When I accidentally put gas instead of diesel in our F350 and stranded us with an entire horse trailer full of small exotic animals, Get EM In Towing came to the rescue within minutes, took care of our dually, the trailer/animals and made sure we were taken care of to get the truck repaired and get us back on our way home! Life savers / and husband savers!, can't believe I put gas in a diesel!
Amazing experience during a very stressful time. Two blown tires on a travel trailer. Insurance was being a massive pain, but Tyler was very quick to respond, arrive, and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Our vehicle broke down while on the interstate during rain and flooding. Austin was a lifesaver and came and towed our vehicle so it could be fixed. He was professional, and the price was what was quoted before pickup. Austin even dropped us off at our hotel! Fantastic experience under not so fantastic circumstances.
Called for service and got one price and charged x3 more then agreed upon.
As soon as their technician arrived, instead of providing needed service, he tried to paint a bigger issue to get a bigger $$$bill$$$.
I've used their services before, and they were honest and polite with reasonable pricing, but last interaction wasn't pleasant. Hopefully, they will fix the approach before they ruin the reputation that they built.
I really wanted to love them because they did come from Hopkinsville to Dover to tow my husbands truck. BUT….. I just can’t. Not only was I told “Allstate already did me wrong because they told me it was a 1500 and it’s a 2500 so they cheated me out of money”, but they also charged about $10 a mile. Which is just insane to me. Allstate paid $100 of the 38 mile trip. (Driver took the long way- the short way is 31 miles) I paid just over $280. So $380 in total. I later checked my towing policy and it clearly shows our truck is a 2500. So if there was a breakdown in communication between them and my insurance company, that was not my problem nor should it have been stated to me in such a rude manner.
Lastly- the person who arrived to pick up the truck was on the phone almost the entire time which made it very difficult to ask him any questions or even get a answer when I did manage to ask a question during his gaps in communication with the person(s) he was speaking with. The driver did make it a point to tell me that he’s been working extra hours preparing for snow removal and he only had a few hours of sleep the last few days….. so that is incredibly concerning when he’s on the road in a massive vehicle and sleep deprived.
All in all- I feel they took advantage of the situation and knew Allstate had been trying to find a towing company for a little while so they used that as a way to get more money for a simple tow. As a veteran family, I typically prefer to support veteran owned businesses but this is just not one I can support.
Couldnt have asked for a better person to help me with a flat on the side of the highway... was there super quickly and went above and beyond for me on my way home to Florida... I will keep him in mind next time I need help in this area!
Get Em towing is a life saver. I had a tire blow out on I-69 at 12:30 am. I called several other companies to come help change my tire. Get Em Towing is the only company that answered the phone and was willing to come help me. Tyler tracked me down on the freeway and got us back on the road. It was a scary situation for me thay was quickly taken care of. Get Em towing will get you back on the road... Call Them!!
They were really helpful. Came out to me in about a half hour and took me to a tire shop in town. The driver Josh was very friendly and helpful. Waited to make sure the tire shop had my tires and the price was very fair
Our car had a questionable engine light pop on around 4:45 on a Friday night. We went through our insurance to tow our vehicle to the closest dealership to have it looked at. We had no faith that anyone would come to a small town and tow our car during the weekend (small town problems I know). Within an hour we had a phone call and they were on their way. He drove a little over 1 hour to get here then towed it another 30 minutes out of his way. He was kind and attentive to detail. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs them!
Very friendly. I called because I had a flat tire and was running late for work. I am a RN so my presence at work is very important. Driver was there in about 30 min and was friendly and helpful. Also, best price by far! Thanks again!
Kerry/ Kari was the driver that helped us out, was very quick to load up my CR-v and delivered it to the shop and had it unloaded before I could get to the bank and back. Arrived quicker than quoted as well as cheap overall. Would reccomend to anyone who needs a tow.
We had a very polite, professional driver, Lucian, who towed our car and family to a local tire store to replace our blown tire in route to a Florida vacation. He called around looking for a shop with a tire in stock for us. Because of him, we were taken care of and on the road again within 3 hours. Thanks so much!!!
We were in the process of moving my parents from CA to South Carolina when my dad's boat trailer lost a wheel. This stranded us along the side of the road in a torrential downpour. After Mitchell's Towing and Roadside Assistance decided they were unable to help and didn't even bother to call when they cancelled on us, Get 'Em Towing sent Lucian and his partner to the rescue. They came out at 4 in the morning and were amazing! They really went the extra mile to get us off the side of the highway and in to safety where were able to get the trailer fixed. If you need tow service, this is the company that will take care of you!
Fantastic not only A LOT CHEAPER (without haggling)) but stuck with his quote on a job other companies wouldn't do after quoting. On time courteous helpful and professional. If I could give 10 stars for such an amazing performance. The man I can I did not get a chance to ask his name. But he was absolutely amazing. I am so thankful that I decided to call this company. I had drove all the way from North Carolina up here. And was lost and my car tore up. And needed a battery terminal change. And instead of just like some tow companies just towing me just to get that tow. Instead he fix theProblem. He didn’t have to do that but he was willing to instead of telling me help me get home. By fixing my battery. And I am just so thankful to have called this company. If you ever need anything from these people do not hesitate because he got to meet with in 15 minutes and stayed with me until I was back on the road no when I was in such a bad area. Thank you so much GET EM TOWING!! Because of you I will be making it home today.
We were traveling and blew a trailer tire on the way home, (we were still a few hours from home) it was almost 5PM, so it was close to closing time for most people. Even those that closed at 5:30 were unwilling to help. NOONE was willing to help that we called. The owner was friendly and efficient. He made the whole experience very tolerable. He worked efficiently with my insurance in coordinating with the body shop. I would recommend him to anyone.
My car broke down in the country near Hopkinsville at 10:30 on a Monday night. I contacted Get Em In Towing and explained my situation. I also explained that not only did I need my car towed all the way back to Clarksville, but that I had no means of paying for the service until my car was towed to my home.
So, not only did Get Em In Towing come out to the country (in less than 30 minutes) to get my car and agree to tow my car 30 miles back to Clarksville on good faith that I would pay them when we returned to my home, but their driver also waited with me for almost twenty minutes in the pouring down rain while my ride arrived. This man was nothing but kind, courteous, and professional throughout my entire experience.
Long story short, I would recommend Get Em In Towing to anyone in the Hopkinsville or surrounding area who is in need of towing services.
Extremely helpful people! They towed our broken down vehicle to their shop in the middle of the night and helped us get into a rental with a car hauler to get us the remaining 2 hours home!
Our Tahoe went down on our way through town to Tennessee. They went out of their way to make sure we found a good mechanic to get us back on the road quickly. The owner even came and picked my kids and I up and drove us to the mechanic. Fast and friendly service.
Our van broke down on the interstate as we were driving through Kentucky. They came out quickly to pick us up and tow the van so we could drag it back to Iowa behind a U-haul. On the way back to the shop we told the driver about our car problem and he stopped at a mechanic on the way who he thought could fix it. Everyone went out of their way to help get us back on the road. Within a couple hours we were all set. They saved us a bunch of money since we no longer needed the U-haul and couldn’t have been nicer. Great service great people.
