Me and my husband were stranded at Kroger in Carrollton tonight The gentleman who I talked to on the phone, I believe his name is Bo Was so nice and so caring he knew that I had to be on my way to work that’s why we were out and he offered to come take me to work which was above and beyond any towing service I’ve ever seen. He Also made sure that we had help no matter what I told him I didn’t have a lot of money and he worked with me really well. I just wanna say thank you so much to everyone tonight that helped from Cummins towing. These guys are truly the best.
A snow plow forced me off the road. I called Cummings and they said they could get me out the same night. Fast efficient and courteous. Highly recommend for anyone in Gallatin or surrounding area.
On Jan. 31, 2026 I was stuck in the snow in my car. I called Mr Cummings hoping to be towed. I was not expecting I would be able to get a tow right away due to the shear volume of calls. To my surprise he told me he would come ASAP. He was there within 2 hours. He had my car parked in it's space just a few minutes later. What a lovely man. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He is in my phone now for the future.

Truck broke down on I71 North near Sparta at 9pm!, Sean and team Cummings were there quickly and had my truck up on the flat bed and off to the repair shop quickly and professionally! Well Done, would highly recommend them!
I cannot say enough about the fellas that literally saved my daughter last night. She was stuck in the middle of the road on a hill on 355. They called and checked on her while she waited. They had to pull her up into a driveway for the night. It was nasty out, but they made her feel safe and that was so important to me. Thank you guys!!!!
Beau and his team drove over 30 minutes to get my car and I to a safe location after AAA said they couldn’t do anything for me.
They were so polite and professional. Beau even called me back before they got there to let me know they didn’t forget about me. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such caring people to help me in a really stressful time.

I want to give a shout out to Cummings Towing as my rental cars engine blow and Bo came to tow it. After it was realized the car was trapped and could not get towed that night he stayed with me talking to AAA and Hertz to figure out how to get me on my way. Bo is an amazing human being and should be called any time you are in need of a two!

We had to pull off of the Interstate when our car lost power and ended up waiting in a cemetery for a tow truck. Mike called to say he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. He worked quickly and efficiently to get our vehicle on his truck & we were on the road within minutes. We rode with him in the cab and really enjoyed our conversation with him. Wife was stranded at work because her shifter cable became disconnected. Me, not being a mechanic, was communicating with him via phone, and he walked me through how to fix it in the moment. We were able to get her home!
Now to deal with dealership who "fixed" that recall a little over a month ago.....
Started the day in a beautiful rental car on a weekend getaway and an hour into the drive we have a flat tire. Cummings got us fixed up and road ready in minutes. Bo was prompt, polite and very professional and informative. He stayed focused and calming when I was unable to tell him exactly where I was at first. Michael pulled up and went straight to work he put the flat tire back inside the trunk for me actually stopped me from picking it up myself and said I will do that for you. I felt so relieved and thankful. Micheal was nice, fast paced, and showed me the problem on the tire was flat. Thanks Again Bo and Michael you guys rock!! Perfect duo like Shaq and Kobe!!!
Traveling thru Kentucky from Alabama and truck broke down in Lagrange, KY. Contacted Cummings towing for rescue and they were ready, willing and able to help! They went above and beyond what was ask of them. Got my family to a hotel and the truck to a shop! The next day they even took us to Cincinnati Airport so we could rent a car to get home. Beau, Michael and the tow truck driver, sorry can't remember his name, were extremely nice and offered to help in any way possible. Highly recommend this company if you are anywhere in North Kentucky! Best of the best!!!
My girlfriend and I were traveling to Louisville from Columbus this past 4th of July evening and blew a tire on I71. Being a holiday, it was difficult to find a driver but Beau came through and had a truck to us quickly. The driver Johnny was awesome, and took great care loading and unloading my Tesla, and was great company on the 50 mile drive to get us the rest of the way to Louisville. Thanks to Beau and Johnny we made it time for our bourbon trail tour....thank so much guys for finding time on your holiday to help us out, very much appreciated!
Michael was truly amazing!! He cared for my car with prestige. He was very polite and concerned for my safety. Once we got to the service station he went above and beyond. He helped get everything that I needed to leave my car at the dealership. He was super helpful and I felt valued and appreciated as a customer! I highly recommend this towing company and Michael deserves a raise for his superb customer experience!!!!!
Blew out a tire and limped it to a gas station. They were quick to let me know they’d take care of me. They were a little backed up, but kept me informed and let me know that they were on the way and didn’t forget about me. Dropped me off at home, then took my car to a shop to be fixed so I didn’t miss any more work for the day.

I had an amazing experience with Cummings Towing. I wish I had gotten his name, but the owner personally towed me 35 miles back to East End of Louisville after a breakdown far from home. I panicked as I didn't have a lot of extra $$ to spare for a tow, and his main concern was getting myself and my boyfriend home safely and collecting full payment later.
I had two guys come out- one to try and put on a spare. When the first man arrived, it was within 25 minutes. Fastest tow i've EVER gotten! When I didn't have the wheel lock key, he had to leave and I called the owner back, and he said he'd come tow us himself.
On the way home, he asked if we needed to stop at the restroom or at the grocery store since our car would be out of commission at least for the night. That's customer service I've NEVER received elsewhere! He wanted to make sure we didn't go hungry that night.
He was so kind, friendly, and personable. He made small talk comfortably, and I would recommend this company to ANYONE and EVERYONE. I used to work for Carmax, specifically in the service department, and dealt with tow companies every day, and i feel this adds some weight to my review. Please call Cummings if you are local and need anything related to your car.
This place is not a good place. Yes it was my fault I went to jail and my car had to be towed. But what wasn’t right was the guy that runs it told me if I signed my car over to him, he would let me get my belongings out including my subwoofers and amp. I told him would leave the stereo itself which was expensive. When I got out of jail I went to sign the car over and he wasn’t even there but he got called and had his employee help me. I signed the car over and then was told I was not allowed to take subwoofers and amp, he changed his mind after the title was signed and in his employees hand. My car was by bar no means a beater with a heater. Custom paint, custom rims, blacked out, ground effects (lights), and of course the sound system. And to top it off this was in August 2023. It is now April 2025 and I received a notice from the transportation department that I am still paying taxes on this vehicle. He never had it taken out of my name and still hasn’t. My next and only move left it to contract a lawyer.
Driving from AL to Oh my tire had a complete failure on I71. Michael was my tow driver and was prompt and professional from loading vehicle securely , to keep my mind at ease talking to repair shop, and unloading. Again super professional and grateful.
probably one of the best towing companies & drivers I’ve met. Had one of my EKs blow a rod, called triple A and they sent me Cummings towing, Micheal was the driver (think that’s his name, cool dude) and he was there in 20 mins, had me loaded up and was a overall amazing experience and so much less stress then what I’m use to when I deal with Mosbys (don’t recommend them) gonna start referring Cummings towing to customers at my shop when they need a fast, reliable tow. 10/10.
My dads truck unfortunately stopped working at a Loves Gas Station at around 3:30 - 4:00 am, After calling 3 different Road Side Assistance companies only to them not having availability since I wasnt an account holder, I called Cummings Towing and the guy who helped us was very nice and arrived at a timely manner. I appreciate him so much for helping my father out at such a last minute notice. I definitely recommend this company!
This company was able to assist me in under 30 mins. I was renting a car from enterprise and got a flat on the highway. After enterprise tried finding a tow company 4 times, they ended with this company and they helped me quickly. I was stranded on the highway for almost 2 hours. The owner called and assured me that he would be sending help. The driver also called to ensure they had the correct location on the highway after enterprise entered the incorrect location. I travel from Cincinnati to Southern KY often for work, I will add this company to my phone list for future reference.
