I paid Big Rig $900 to replace the alternator and it broke down next day so I had to replace it again for $650. Big Rig said they don’t provide warranty on their work.

Cool and professional. The people were good and helpful . I got an oil change and they’re good about getting it done in a fashion manner. And special, thanks to the young man that was telling me about the great oil that they have for my truck. Not a lot of people pressure check their oils before they sell it. Thx Sir

My husband and I were 11 hours from home and just purchased a used Motorhome. We had a sudden problem right at 5pm and would not have been able to get home if it wasnt for “Mr. Bob” and the staff who were there. My husband walked over from Love’s fully expecting a shop about to close. Mr. Bob was an absolute Angel. He diagnosed our problem and had us on the road in a short time. He never sounded frustrated, rushed, or made us feel like a burden. He is a reminder of how simple kindness can ease a stressful situation. People will not remember what you did, but will remember how you made them feel!

Our bus broke down and Ricky was great. He worked very hard to help us and even helped the random truck driver that stopped with a major problem.

This is a very awesome shop. The people are great and will help you in any way they can. I've stopped in 3 different times when I needed help and white they got me fixed up fast and on my way. I highly recommend this shop .

Had a radiator coupling blow out on I71. They sent Dave out to fix it. He was very professional and got me back on the road. No issues

They are scam pretty much they inserted a big bolt in my tire and then took a picture and showed me although that there was no bolt when i was putting air

Came in with 2 blown trailer tires and they fixed me right up with 2 used tires! Quick and easy to deal with, Brett and Clark (i think it was Clark) were awesome to deal with. Thanks guys!!

Big rig One stop shop... I just want to say thank you guys for giving me back on the road. Came with some headlight issues they got me back on the road within the hour. Want to say thank you to David and Noah you guys did extended job. Will highly recommend anyone having issues on their unit.

Great people and great company! My semi truck had a coolant leak, turned out I needed a whole new radiator installed. Nothing I was ever expecting, but these guys stayed after hours until 1:00am to replace my radiator and get me back on the road! Would 100% recommend and stop there for anything. Big shout of to Brett and Braeden and a few others for all the help!

I visit the shop on a Saturday. Even though the shop was closed for the weekend. They have road side assistance available for help. I drove my rig to the shop and they replaced my airbag on trailer. Knowledgeable technician and nice lady on the phone who has patience even though I was kind of rushing and nervous about checking truck in. She assured me that I will be taken care of ? “Slow is smooth , smooth is fast” Thanks to Big Rig One Stop, I was able to make my delivery on time!

We had a tire blown out on our 14ft work trailer on our way home from Columbus Ohio. We contacted Big Rig and they didn't have the tire we needed but they told us where to go and who to contact to find the tires and to bring the trailer to them and they would do the work for us. We took out trailer to their lot, got the tires, and Big Rig installed them for us. They were fast courteous and did a great job. I appreciate great customer service and a well ran family business!!!

Never needed the shop, yet, but the parts/store dep is good. It's my go-to place for brass Weatherhead connectors. Very good selection or airlines, lights, lubes, etc
