I was given a website from a fellow car enthusiast. Which lead to me you. Your sales person online was awesome. Josh hands down the best. He didnt guarantee that the part would be pulled the day was requested. Okay I understand that. But I expected at least to be able to get an update on when my part will be pulled. If I had gone with the auto part store and ordered the part through them I would have had the part today. I would really like to get car back on the road. The part i ordered takes less than 15 minutes to take off. I know this. Because that is how long it took me and electrical connectors were stuck on mine.

I told them I need the trunk lid off the 2014 Dodge Avenger and its paint code is PCL. I wait a week call up there go 2.5 away to get it and they gave me the wrong trunk lid. It was the same color I needed but on an older model which won’t fit on mine. Now I have to wait another week and go back up there and get the exact one I needed.

Called for parts the person asked if I was a dealer which I have done business with Besslers for a multitude of cars. Asked about parts and was told to go to the pull and pay I work 2 jobs one of which is fixing cars for other people. I don’t have the available time to go pull the parts myself guess I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Back in February I purchased a transmission, it was broke, they had to order a new one, that was broke, now here it is July I still don’t have my Truck because Tj Hudson won’t comply with the company he’s suppose to pay for me to get my truck back. What’s the point of a warranty if it takes forever for them to pay the company who fix your car/truck. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

Great company to work with. Shipping took a while for my transmission and was hard to get ahold of them over the 4th of July weekend but those things are understandable and the end result was good.

Worst experience ever, I bought some parts on their eBay page(pick up only), and the lady at the front desk(no the most friendly person)couldn't find my order and said that wasn't a good idea buy from their own internet page because they don't have a good communication with that department. She told me that next time, it would be better to call the sales department. After I drove over 150 miles, I walked out empty-handed

Hi I just want to start of by saying my phone calls don’t get answered by the operator first problem. Then when he does answer after like 8 tries he transfers me to another department where know else answers either does anyone work here. eBay department Hy,Luke,Jess. So far 3 different people have responded to my message and it takes about 7-8 hours for 1 response like we dont have things to do. If I was the owner of this company of would fire all 3 because not even 1 of them can’t respond to a message what’s the point of having them.

Absolute horrible customer service. This company did not disclose that their warranty was by a third party. We purchased a rebuilt engine for our box truck. Our mechanic installed it to standards, and it drove perfectly for awhile. It soon developed a problem. Ok great we have a warranty, but we don't. Besslers would not honor our warranty. Our mechanic followed all the steps required, took pictures. After months of back and forth we were told to buy another engine, and if it turned out to be their fault we would get a refund. No one from besslers has inspected the truck. Other mechanics have said we are in the right. What a nightmare.

My door was dented beyond simple repair. I found exactly what I needed from Bessler, even the paint code matched. Super friendly, answered all my questions, just excellent customer service. I'm a novice at ordering parts but they made it easy. Definitely looking here first!

Have bought many many parts from Bessler's. Honest and up front professionals. They have a ton of salespeople who help get the right part for the job on the first try, whether I'm working with Adam, Bobby, Caleb, Darce, Erik, Jason or Willy they give great customer service. Top notch.

Besler has warranties on their engines, but YOU NEED LOOK for the warranty information on their website yourself -- no matter how you make your purchase AND do not depend on or even expect them to give it to you directly. My husband purchased an engine by phone after learning they had what we needed. He requested the warranty information repeatedly (and NO, they didn't say look for it online). We did not receive the warranty information/requirements for weeks and by then the engine had been delivered (without any paperwork) and installed. Fast forward roughly 6+ months ... the engine failed ... our car then set for more than 2 months at a shop while, first, my husband tried to work with Besler's warranty department person. After he was told the warranty was closed, I stepped in to see what the issue was. One of their staffers told my husband, the dealer could break down the engine, so my husband gave the go ahead. Then the Besler warranty person INSISTED they NEVER allow the engine to be broken down. So he denied the claim. I worked with someone else there and he listened. Photos of the engine heat tab that they place on the engine proved the engine was taken care of while we had it. There was hope in that this staffer was reopening the warranty claim because of that. But then I found that the water pump had not been replaced at the shop when installed and I was honest about it (when the engine was received and installed NO ONE knew a NEW water pump was required by Besler on the "inside" of this "complete" engine) and I found out WHY: No warranty information had been provided in any kind of timely way. Besler's response was to deny the warranty claim because the water pump had not been replaced at install. Along they way, staff insisted their staff would not say "tear the engine down," saying that was just not their policy. But one did it seems. The dealer shop had been waiting on word to break it down and my husband called Besler to specifically ask if the tear down could move forward. He was told yes and passed that on. The dealer confirmed they did indeed wait for the word and that Steve followed up after several days when they had not heard back. But when I talked to Besler, they had not documented any contact with my husband until weeks later. SO yes, do what the warranty manager told my husband, "get it in writing." But make sure you don't touch anything you buy from them until they provide details in writing of what is required for their warranty. Keep good notes on who you talked to and when and what they said and ask them to send that to you in an email -- in writing. If something goes wrong with an engine, DON'T touch it until they say it is OK to and how to and GET THAT in writing too and if you want your car to get fix quickly, be prepared to follow-up with the warranty person daily. Don't expect a warranty to be honored easily. I do hope others have a better experience. I only gave a 2 star because Adam reopened the warranty claim after it had been denied initially. He listened and offered the re-open if the heat tab was in good condition. And it was. Proving we had taken good care of the engine. But in the end, responsibility for communication issues -- including: not sending information timely and miscommunication -- was not taken by Besler. I hope these details will help someone else not have the same issues.

Terrible follow through on order. I was guaranteed to receive my 5.3l remanufactured engine within two business days, it’s now business day 6 and still haven’t received order. Terrible process. Order from Frazer instead. I would rate lower if possible but there is no 1/2 star. Thanks for following up. When I called your carrier on Saturday they also had told me the engine had been delivered. I informed them that it had not been delivered and asked them when it would be delivered. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then informed me it was sitting on their loading dock. Finally received the engine on Saturday at 12pm. If you’d share your email, I will send you the email I sent in to your sales email and also to your carrier. No response on that email from either this far.

Bessler was recommended to me by a friend who purchased from them. He spoke very highly of their customer support and their product, and I absolutely understand why! Ordered a rear differential for my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. Spoke with Billy and he was, is phenomenal! Received the rear end in record time. Installed it and WOW! My truck hasn't run this good and this quite in several years. I have definitely been spreading the word about this business. If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would. I sent an inquiry email about a complete engine after business hours. Immediately the next morning I got a great call from Billy at Besslers. He told of there family operation and then asked about my inquiry. He found a great engine for me and gave me the choice of it or the one still in a vehicle. For simplicity I went with the one out in stock. He gave me an out the door price and even helped me on pricing in my range and a warranty I didn’t expect. I will definitely do business in the future with Billy at Besslers since it was the best experience I ever had at a salvage or used part warehouse. This family company cares about it customers!

I had never had to purchase a new engine before. Being single and no idea what I was doing, I leaned heavily on my Heavenly Father. I prayed God would direct me before my search began. I believe Bessler was the second name listed under my search. I clicked the link and I always read reviews. They had so many good things said about them so I continued to their site. I found out the were a family run business so I reached out and gave the number a call. I spoke with a man named Billy. He spoke with knowledge and I heard integrity in his voice. I was a bit out of sorts that day and he put my mind at ease. I felt the Lord give me peace. He fully went over my options in a way I completely understood. I have never had someone orchestrate things so smoothly. He called my mechanic, arranged everything from start to finish and even called to check in on the progress. I now have a new engine in my car with an awesome warranty. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Bessler Auto. These people here are the real deal and I am so grateful God led me to them. Sent me a defective differential. Warrantied it out and they sent another, but I find out that they only pay $55/hr on labor costs (which covers around half of the labor) and I'm going to have to pay for the warranty for the second differential as well. I'd be satisfied with the process if the first part they sent had worked for any length of time at all, but given that it was defective, I'm disappointed that they didn't make things right by covering the full cost of the second repair. On the plus side, the initial cost was quite reasonable, and the customer service is friendly and prompt. Edit - after speaking with Adam after his reply on the post, Bessler is making things right. Glad to see a company this responsive to customer experience!

Excellent customer service and incredibly fast shipping! I ordered an upper grill for my wife’s vehicle, and was accidentally sent the lower portion of the grill instead. One call to Besslers had the mistake resolved in the best way possible. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and will go the extra mile if need be. I will definitely be looking to do business with them again.

I ordered a BMW F30 hood from Blessler Auto Parts and I was so surprised on how the management was so helpful, thoughtful, organized and so easy to work with. I went to the website and chatted with Billy. This conversation was more than helpful. We ended up speaking over the phone and the Billy helped me finalize the whole order over the phone. The price was amazing and couldn’t find any better deal anywhere else. I received the hood exactly as described and within 2 business days. The prices seem fair although I don't really have much to compare it to. You'll really want to make sure that you're getting exactly what you see when you order parts online, because I didn't. What I received was acceptable, but definitely not what I expected and led to me tracking down another tire for my truck elsewhere. 🤦♂️

I just bought my son his first truck, an 06 Ford f150, king ranch. The seats are in bad shape, when I bought it I had no idea how rare and hard to find King Ranch seats were. I am from a diffrent state and found Bessler online. Wow!!!! Bobby Davis helped me find an entire front set, so now he will get a great in shape both front seats and center console for a VERY reasonable price shipped to my house. AMAZING service cant wait to upload pics for this review, and even more to see my sons face when they arrive!!!!!

This is a fantastic business to purchase quality used parts. This isn’t your typical junk yard. It is clean and well organized with EXCELLENT customer service, friendly, helpful employees and an easily accessible location. Billy is great from start to finish and even followed up after the sale. I love the staff. I stopped at the one in Cincinnati. I worked with a nice gentleman. I wish I could share his name. Mid age white male at the desk discounted parts because they were not perfect. I had driven a long way to get there, and Yes, I was a little disappointed with the quality although, they were reasonable with pricing, so I bought the any way. I am happy!!!!
