AJ not only went to get my vehicle, he came to me to get the key for it in a totally different direction than where my car was located. Excellent service, and very friendly.
I was incredibly impressed with AJ’s towing especially with Aj himself , who towed my car. He was incredibly professional and courteous, even following up with photos of the car's delivery. He went above and beyond by interacting and keeping me up to date. The office staff was also great coordinating the billing and tow. I highly recommend them! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Towing your car is not an experience you want to have but AJ's Towing made it quick and easy with no issues. They were able to get to me within an hour of my call on a Saturday night and had the best price compared to the other companies I called. If I ever need a tow again, AJ's will be the first and likely only person I call.

Very unhappy with this towing company. Our son called to get towed and was told someone would be there in 30-60 mins. After more than an hour waiting in freezing temps, they called him to say it would be another 3 hours before they could get to him. He couldn’t wait 3 more hours in the freezing cold so he told them to cancel the tow so he could find someone else that could get there sooner and they charged him a $60 cancellation fee! They didn’t come when they said they would, couldn’t come in a reasonable time, and still took our son’s money. Absolutely ridiculous.
AJ really helped us out on a Friday night when a deer ran out in front of my tiny SUV. He was there ASAP, and was so kind in helping me deal with my first accident. I appreciate his help and kindness! He's the best.

I’m from out of town and I locked my keys in my vehicle with my dogs inside. I left a voicemail with AJ explaining the situation. He called back within a couple minutes but I didn’t answer because non emergency police showed up and was able to unlock the car. AJ then showed up without confirmation because he didn’t want to risk dogs or kids in a hot car. I tried to offer him some money for his trip out but he wouldn’t take it. I’m grateful that there are people like AJ who are selfless and kind.
Great friendly service. Arrived within the time frame I was given when I called. Initially I had asked for a tow to a nearby shop but AJ was able to give me a jump so I could just drive over. Would highly recommend over other towing services in the area

AJ’s towing is incredible! I had to have my car towed late last week on a cold and snowy night. AJ and Christie got here so quickly, made it seamless, and were so personable and helpful. With my unfortunate car luck I’ve been through several, and hands down the best! Can’t recommend enough.
I called and the woman answered and told me it would be a hour, I had a flat and needed a tow to a tire shop that was closing soon. The woman and tow truck got to me in less than 20 minutes and I made it to the tire shop in time before it was closing and everything was fine! Thank you AJ towing!
I would definitely recommend this tow company. The first woman I spoke with was very friendly. She was able to get me a driver asap. The guy came about 5 min after we showed up and was very polite and friendly! I'm definitely happy with my experience and how quickly they were considering it was a holiday weekend.
After that last ice storm, my poor car ended up stuck in frozen mud. These lovely folks came out at like 9pm and were able to winch my car out of it's muddy prison. They were both friendly and efficient. 10/10, will definitely call AJ's the next time I need a tow/on the road help
I’m out of town in Cincinnati for the weekend for my birthday. Accidentally, for the first time in over 20 years, I locked my purse, phone, wallet, hotel keys, and car keys right in my backseat. I used Kia Roadside Assistance and they sent AJ’s towing to help me. He was super quick on arrival, when Kia had already tried to set me up with two other business who ended up canceling on me at the last minute. When he arrived he was SO incredibly friendly, professional and understanding. I’d recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!!!!
AJ himself showed up with a nice truck and a helpful disposition that immediately made me feel a little better. We were broken down near a highway ramp late at night and he got there in 30 minutes like I was told. Excellent service, would definitely recommend, and I will be using their services again if I need to call a tow truck.
AJ was called out to Fenders to tow my vehicle to my house due to a ball joint and control arm busted AJ had no room to work but still managed to get the car out he was very professional and made the best of a terrible situation would strongly recommend his company for any tow. My car alternator died on me while I was driving. I called AJ about how half on my car is in the middle of a driving lane. With him understanding the situation. He came and towed my car within 20minutes and literally saved my situation. He even drove me to wemdys to get some food because I was hungry just getting off work. He also dropped me off at home. This is on July 4th by the way. So He literally saved my day. The price he charges is great. I would definitely call AJ next time if I need tow service. Greatly recvomend AJ towing
