Top notch attention to detail! I recently had a shark fin antenna replaced on the roof of my car. The entire process from quote to pickup was clear and fast. Our hybrid ended up at Boruske to deal with some serious rodent (electrical wire) damage. While they ultimately had to outsource the electrical work to the dealership, I am so happy we went to Boruske first. They made dealing with insurance as painless as possible and made sure that the work completed at the dealership was done right, even sending it back when they realized not all the wires had been replaced as needed. Would highly recommend Boruske!

Can't say enough about how great service was here. They kept you continuously informed and everything turned out beautifully. Especially important was Deb, who was the person I interacted the most She was professional, friendly and apparently always in a good mood!

The staff here was truly so kind. One of the first questions they asked me was if I was ok. I felt like a human that they cared for rather than just another customer. I was provided with updates twice a week even if no progress had been made on the repairs. Work was done in a timely manner and my car was returned to me fully cleaned inside and out. They made a very stressful incident very easy and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Boruske Brothers repaired the quarter panel on my brand new Explorer when someone hit and run it. I did collision repair myself for 20 years and this shop came highly recommended. Boruske Collision exceeded ALL my expectations! My car went in under an insurance claim. I was given updates every few days about the process! When I picked my car up it was fully detailed inside and out. The body work was fantastic! If you need a body shop, this is the one!

I HIGHLY recommend Boruske Brothers for all collision repairs especially on luxury foreign cars! I had a minor "oops" in November in my 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. My insurance company gave me several options but the reviews the Boruske were the BEST! I couldn't be happier with the results!! Due to a tight supply chain, there was some waiting time for my parts but I was contacted at least once a week with updates on the process. When I picked up my car today it was also detailed inside and out. (Probably the best the inside has looked in years! ;-) ) Thank you to Brad and the rest of the team for fantastic customer service, body work and painting!

I had damage to my 2020 Tesla Model S a couple of months ago. Tesla didn’t have an opening to even inspect the car for 2 months, but I wanted to get it fixed sooner than that. I’m new to the Cincinnati area and I ended up finding Boruske Brothers on Google near where I live. I figured I’d go for an inspection. I met Brad and Greg and they were truly amazing. They took the time to talk to me on several different days, explain to me exactly what they would do and were upfront about what they couldn’t do with my Tesla. Even though they aren’t Tesla certified, they do work on aluminum cars and they did a phenomenal job on my Tesla!! My final bill was less than what I had expected when I dropped off my car. They were finished with it promptly and they called me several times to update me on the progress so I could make proper arrangements and I really appreciated that. They washed and cleaned the whole car inside and out the day I picked it up (totally didn’t expect that!). They even took care of returning the rental car. These people are truly Godsend. Very honest and respectable. I give my highest recommendations for Boruske Brothers. They’ll be the first I call next time I need anything car-related.
