I sent almost 8 hours on the side of the road and call several road side assistance & tow. No one showed up but total i woild have had to walk with bad back & legs.. he got me Back on the road in nothing flat without even having to tow me.. Total towing is amazing. I had to have my car towed out of our steep driveway. Mike showed up in 30 minutes and babied my car onto the flat bed like a champ. No damage, great rate, professional service. I will always only use them.
My sons car broke down on the Gene Snyder Freeway. His car has been lowered. Mike did a really good job at loading and unloading it without scraping the car on the road or roll back. I can’t begin to describe Mike’s efficiency, kindness, and helpfulness. He provided so much guidance after quickly getting to us to tow our car to get a tire replaced. We were traveling home to Oklahoma when a big fat pothole on I-64 in southern IN blew our front tire - on a Sunday late afternoon! He helped us find a tire, a place to have it replaced that was willing to wait on us to get to them. I hope to never need a tow, but if you’re in Louisville, KY., call Mike!!
