Called at 7:30am for a tow, their phone is operated by AI. For 6 hours, calling every hour asking for an ETA. I've asked to speak with a representative and was told I could not be transferred. Finally at 1:30 I'm tired of waiting so I call to cancel the tow. As soon as the AI hears cancel a human starts calling me. Kinda pathetic that I call and wait for 6 HOURS and not ONE human interaction. But stop doing business and they'll contact you in a heart beat.
These people went above and beyond with their service. Love that they are family owned. Super friendly. Good prices. Easy to get in touch with. Great communication. They are who im going to from now on. Love them.
Real nice folks, super helpful. Car was towed by LMPD, they do pay in 4 so I was able to get it out the next day. They pay the bill at the lot and let you pay it back, which is real cool of them. Thanks bros
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I called at 8:29 AM 08/22 to have my car towed to a dealership for a 10:30 AM service appointment. The dispatcher promised a driver would get my car there on time — no problem. That was a lie.
By 9:45, I checked in and was told the driver took another job first because the dispatcher “forgot” to note my appointment. While I understand mistakes happen, this immediately meant I was going to be late, but she said my car would be the driver’s next stop. At 10:30, when my car was still sitting at the pickup location, I called again and was told the driver was still 22 minutes away — meaning my appointment was completely ruined.
When I pressed them, the original dispatcher suddenly claimed I never mentioned an appointment at all. Conveniently, they refused to provide the call recording to prove it — because they know I did. Instead, they doubled down, got defensive, and the second dispatcher even mocked me on the phone rather than taking responsibility for their screw-up.
This company wasted my time, cost me my appointment, and treated me like I was the problem. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and rude.
If you want your car towed on time and without attitude, find literally any other company.
Called, got no answer, but then got a text asking for my coordinates. I put in the coordinates, and then I got another text asking for a review. Never talked to a person, never got a tow, and now They want a review? It’s a shame I can’t give them zero stars. I’m in a precarious place, and this is the best that I can get from this company? I will pass on these jokers, because they obviously are not interested in taking care of the customer or making money.
Very pleased with the service we received. They were quick to respond and were able to diagnose&repair our vehicle in a timely manner. Also feel that the total cost of the services was a very good value for the time and effort of the gentleman that was sent for our emergency. Our whole family, Thanks You.
I own a shop and these people where given specifically detailed instructions where to drop the vehicle... Instead they blocked my whole drive way with a car that dont start or move...I have no help to push the car so I have to shut down for the day! Good job!!!! If u need a car dropped off and put in a specific location they dont care! Dont use this business...Plus u cant contact them if u have a problem! Just sad and super unprofessional! THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE LOCATED 1MIN UP THE STREET FROM MY SHOP!
Hands down the absolute best towing company, they are super helpful and compassionate. Will definitely sympathize with you over your situation and help you with your problems. Jacob was the first employee we interacted with and definitely made the best first impression we've ever seen, bonus he was super cute. He was very knowledgeable as well. Definitely will reach out again if we need towing but fingers crossed we won't anytime soon!
Called them up and after a short phone call they were here in 15 minutes. Pretty amazed by the speed and even gave a discount for the tow! Highly recommended.
I truly wish I could give a million stars. This is by far the best people and company I've EVER encountered, from Dispatch to Owner and all inbetween! I was traveling from Colorado going to Kentucky for a work assignment. I was driving with a packed vehicle including my prized possessions, my boys. My boys are 15 year old Duke and 7 year old Bowie both 100 pd + long haired, German Shepard, and Shepard mix, and just had serviced, my 2020 Chevy Suburban. My car engine blew Friday around 1300 CST while on the road, about 5 hours outside of KY in Warrenton, MO. I was stranded by my vehicle for four hours (luckily in a safe spot). Left my vehicle at 1700 and rode in the back of a pick up truck w/ my dogs to a cheesy urine smelling Super 8 in a scorching heat advisory. Called EVERYWHERE, and couldn't find a rental, not even the airport that could accommodate me and my boys. This is now Friday after 5pm all garages were closed for the weekend, and I start the new job 0700 Monday morning. I spent the next 5 hours trying to figure out the situation once I got to the Pee Pee hotel. After another 5 hours of endless phone calls and trying to come up with a game plan, I ended up contacting 502 Towing and Recovery in Kentucky at 2100 pm. After some figuring out how to do it, Logan and Tommy and the owner, and his team of Wonderful ladies, special shout out to Kim and her pups, (have a feeling their dog loving ways helped my situation!) they came up with a game plan. The plan was to place the owners personal vehicle on their flatbed tow truck and the two guys Logan and Tommy, after working the entire day, came and got me in Warrenton IMMEDIATELY arriving at 0430am. They had that SUV prepared for my boys with the back seats down and the air-conditioner blowing! I offered for them to sleep a little before heading back and they declined, we immediately left and hit the road. I arrived at my rental property, they unloaded my vehicle by 1130 Saturday morning, only 13 hours later than I had planned. I feel that they went above and beyond and was extremely fair in pricing given the situation, and for that I will be forever grateful. It was an amazing deal!! They said they would also give me priority when I called them back to take the vehicle to the dealership, which Logan provided me with so much information and his suggestions for someone who has never been to his state, was AMAZING, not to mention they felt like my BFFs by the end. I am heartsick that this happened to my 2020 vehicle, but I recognize where my blessings are during this whole ordeal. My biggest blessing, being guided to 502 Towing and Recovery!! Would highly, highly recommend and have even told my Agency about them since all of their employee travel to job locations. They are so much more than I can describe, you can't go wrong here, promise!!
Was broke down and stranded with a car full of groceries. Called them up, they dispatched the friendliest tow truck driver, did an amazing job, got me and the car home safe. Would recommend to anyone in need of a tow.
Very unsatisfied! I called i was stuck on side of road needed a jump. GHRN - CHRIS DEMARSH* was the one who arrived to help. I stated the vehicle online when I put my info in. When he showed up with a little jump.pack he hooked up right away. Im in a diesel that little jump pack isn't gonna work. He refused to use his vehicle to jump mine. Charged me $90 with no help. Will never use this place again or refer them to anyone. So $90 when I could of used my own little tiny jump box.
I called unsure about how to get my disabled vehicle moved 50-55 miles away. I talked with Zac who was extremely helpful! He was able to work with me a bit on cost and absolutely went out of his way to help me out! I will certainly call and use them again and recommend them if you need towing service!
Best rates I’ve ever gotten from a tow service!!!! Phone operator is extremely friendly and helpful. The driver than came to get my truck was also incredibly friendly. Highly recommend there services when you need. Sense I now know who to call, I will always call them when I need them.
This place towed my son’s car from the UofL campus by accident with no reimbursement. The driver failed to check to see if he had the right car before loading it on the tow truck.
Would not answer the phone Interesting service when you call they give you a text message to get information from Maps but you have to log in ??? How many times do you call a tow truck? Why would you need to login to some other company? It doesn’t give you their company name so you don’t know where you’re logging into silly silly.
They were most helpful and would reference them to anyone. Just wish they were a little cheaper then it would make it more possible to tip drivers if they allow that. But you pay for what you get and I got professional quick smart help. Highly recommend.

I'm from Michigan and was traveling with my 16 year old Niece on I-65 in Kentucky. Sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 PM my driver side rear wheel fell off from my Jeep. We watched as it rolled over 4 lanes of traffic and jumped the middle cement barrier, fly into the air and cross 4 more lanes of traffic before hitting the grass at the edge of the road and going into the air and disappearing down a hill. We call 911 because the wheel well and fender were in the lane next to us and vehicles and Semi trucks were swerving around it and soaring within inches of my Jeep to avoid the part in the road. I told 911 we did not feel safe. They said they'd send an officer out to remove the debris. I called 2 towing companies in Louisville, both said they couldn't help us. I called 911 again, told her our dilemma, (by this time a mini van had hit the wheel well and pushed it down the road and out of traffic) she gave me the name of 502 Towing and Recovery and told me to call. They went Above and Beyond to get us off the highway, all the way from the initial conversation through to the end. The driver of the first truck communicated to me when he was almost there and apologized for taking so long? It didn't seem that long, especially knowing they were at least coming to help us. They sent a second truck to take my niece and I to the airport. The police arrived after the tow service (even though they were the first phone call I made). We ended up riding with the officer to the airport. On our way to the airport (I know this is long but it gets even better) I realized I had forgotten my phone in the Jeep which is now being loaded onto a flatbed trailer. We call 502 Towing and let them know. They were closed at the business, but the woman on the phone told me to let her know when I got a rental car and someone would meet me there to give me my phone. Now we're at the airport setting up a rental to drive home to Michigan and 502 called my Niece's phone to let us know that George was on his way to bring my phone to us. Unbelievable! Just great people working for this company. I wish I knew a way to show them how much we appreciated (and still do appreciate) them and will never forget what they did for us as we were stranded, traumatized and so far away from home. They also worked with a repair shop in Michigan and got my Jeep to them here in Michigan the next night! A big Thank You to all involved!

Hit black ice at the rest area, near Shepardville, slide off access road, of course couldn't get my vehicle back on the road. After calling about 30 or so different companies FINALLY, our guardian angel showed up to rescue us. To say this has been the best experience with towing company ive ever had would be a total understatement. He kept talking me thru everything, keeping me calm and collected before I completely lost it. Had me laughing by the end of the conversation, so very thankful for all your hard work and quick response. No amount of money could repay my gratitude for your kindness. Thank you again.
