This used auto parts place is the best. At one time or another I have bought enough parts here to build a whole car. You can remove the parts yourself or they will take the old for yrou.
Not only that, but Amen is also a metal recycling center. They accept, copper, iron, steel, aluminum. Plus Batteries and old appliances
The woman that attended my husband this morning was very rude and harsh. The idea to make someone who is bilingual work at the front desk is amazing, but they still have to be a kind charming person.
Amen saved the day when I had to put out to pasture my high mileage Volvo on a recent road trip from TN to OH. Thankfully, I received excellent help from Chuck’s Automotive, Amen Auto Parts and Salvage, and Enterprise Rental Cars!
All of the associates at Amen, both on the phone and in person, were professional and helpful. Diana and Bo in the scrap metal office helped me through the process kindly and patiently. Brian, an associate in the yard, helped by taking off of the car’s new tires, which I wanted to take with me. Tulis helped me by loading the tires into the back of my rental van. It is so clear that this is a solid company which values its employees. Everyone on site, and there are many, seemed motivated and driven. They were attentive and hard-working. They were kind and clearly enjoy what they do! It was providential that my car broke down near Shepherdsville, Kentucky! Everyone I encountered helped me. This was key since I am a middle-aged woman who knows nothing about cars! I’m very thankful to Amen for taking such good care of me.
I’m a loyal customer and have been for years now. I will not go anywhere else The employees are amazing and will lend a hand at anytime is needed. They are not just my friends but my family. I will continue to keep family and friends in my prayers.

The people that work here give the true meaning of Perfect Customer Service.Not only does each individual help out when it's needed but also they will lend a shoulder when it's needed. Excellent place. I had been looking for parts for my 1992 pickup truck in different places, I went to Amen, the employees were very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The woman who works at the cash register was very kind, she reminds me Tia Imelda's character, and she gave me very reasonable price. 100% recommend.
Me and my mom took some scrap here last week last minute, and they were nice about it. It was on a Saturday so they closed at 1, the lady told us to hurry that we had 7 minutes. I definitely went over 7 minutes lol unloading heavy stuff by my self. But she waited in the office for me, even gave me a bottle of water . She was really nice.
Friendly people and have competitive scrap prices! I got top dollar for my scrap today! I highly recommend Amen AP! I've been to Louisville scrap yard's with no luck getting a competitive price for my scrap..no other yard compares to Amen AP!
They never have what I am looking for. Won’t be back to this place. Seems like as big of a yard they would help customers locate and purchase needed items for their auto needs.
My husband goes nowhere else but here! We don’t even live close so it’s worth the drive. Workers are so nice and polite. The lady up front is very helpful and sweet! Great job yall!
Cashing in my scrap at Amen's on bluelick Rd n shepherdsville. I hands down make more money in Louisville at GradeA but if I can't get to Louisville. Amen's is my spot to go great people everyone's nice n helpful both places are owned by the people so idk why the pay is different?!? But it is what it is! I recommend either of these 2 places for all your scrap needs they are also junk yard and have decent prices on used parts!! I am not very computer savvy, Ashley in your Dayton location was tremendously helpful and located my online part and made the transaction flawless. It's nice to see you have competent employees.
Fair prices, nice staff and good inventory, only thing I would like to see is different carts to carry in your tools, the ones they have are not very good so it might be hard to get your tools to the back lot..
Had just what I needed and Hugo was there to help me the whole way from moving the vehicle I needed parts from to loading the parts in my truck. Highly recommend. Someone give this guy a pay raise.
This place has good prices and very good customer service. Hugo in particular is a very helpful guy. He knows where the cars are and he would tell you exactly where to go. He’s always very helpful and goes out of his way to help customers. This place generally is more reasonable than any other place inKentucky. They are always working and improving the quality of their products and customer service and they always strive to make everybody happy. I am so pleased with their customer service.
It's a junkyard... so there's nothing too fancy about the place. However. In my most recent visit a lady was behind the desk, she greeted me and asked if she could be of any help. After a quick search, she informed me that didn't have the vehicle I was looking for and continued to tell me what other spots near by may. That courtesy was outstanding. Not to mention her morale, she didn't at all seem to hate her job, more so, she seemed to just be in the zone of it all. Kudos peoples.
