AAA never gave me a review option, but Justice Auto & Towing is absolutely the place you want to call regardless of what kind of tow you need. Got my lowered car up and off the truck without issue, and the driver was great to talk with. Very friendly and happy to help. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this company. I had the distinct privilege of meeting Roger Justice (owner) today because he was who my insurance company dispatched when my car broke down. However, I believe it was not happenstance at all. I was in a really bad spot financially and he not only towed my vehicle to where it needed to go (a reliable repair shop he recommended btw) but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken to where I needed to go which when you are someone who is at a financial disadvantage, and no longer with transportation is truly a blessing! "In God We Tow" is more than just a slogan for this company. It is who they are and what they stand for! If you want reliable, quality, honest and trustworthy service. Called AAA to come tow a car. Roger called me to verify my info and get our exact location. Probably took 20 minutes for him to arrive. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend using his services. If I ever have to call AAA again, I hope I can request his towing services.

I highly recommend this shop and Roger (owner). He was able to tor my son's car without the keys and two flat tires in the front. I called other places to tow it but would not touch it. I am so grateful for Roger and what a wonderful job he did and his rates are very reasonable!

I was stranded at a gas station with my five kids waiting because AAA had quoted me a 3 hour wait to get my van towed. The mechanic I was being towed to recommended this company. I called them and he told me he works with AAA and to ask to be assigned to him. I did and he was there within 45 minutes! I was so impressed that he even cared about the predicament I was in! He was a lifesaver! I can’t recommend them enough!

Justice Auto got my car home quickly and efficiently when the alternator went out at autozone. Even got it to start to get it on the truck super reliable late on a Friday service just can't be beat 10/10.

I was connected to Justice through AAA and had an impeccable experience. Roger was kind, thoughtful, and improvised a brilliant way to get my Honda Pilot on the tow truck when he couldn't get to it initially from the way I had skidded into a parking lot after my wheel fell off last week. I was stranded on the side of the road in a rental car and the rental car company could not be reached. Justice came and picked me up, towed the car, and returned me to the airport. The owner wasn't even sure he'd be paid for the tow as the rental car company didn't provide him all the info to properly bill them. His compassionate decision to help me, was very kind. What an amazing service I was given. I believe it was the owner that helped me, but either way. He listened to every concern I had and went above and beyond. Even when I got to the drop off location he was concerned about where to put it as to make sure it wouldn’t get hit when we got to the dealership. My car was in park with parking brake on and no key locked out. The tow driver used skid plates and was gentle moving the car rather than drag it like the previous 2 tow drivers wanted to do and make me sign a damage waiver. Luckily insurance covered my tow expenses but if I had to pay, Justice towing would absolutely be my first choice in this area.

Yesterday, I hit a curb, and the curb won. Popped my front tire. After calling my insurance company and finding I didn’t have coverage for tire change, they put me thru to another company, that was going to take 90 min and cost more than I thought was reasonable. I called justice towing, Roger gave me a great price and was to me within 20 min. My lug nuts were hard to get off, Roger told me they may break. He managed to get them all off, without breaking them. The service was fast, professional, and the price was great! I highly recommend them for any of your auto transport/tire change etc needs.

Jessie was so kind in my most frantic moment of my tire being blown to shreds on the side of 75. He towed my car to Walmart to get a new tire and was very polite to me and my 15 year old daughter. Definitely 5 Star service!

We have going to Justice Auto Service for a couple of years now for all of our vehicle needs. Roger is professional, personable and easy to work with. He is always quick to diagnose and fix our vehicle issues. Tonight was the first night that I have had to use their towing service. Our driver John was prompt , professional, and personable. He arrived in 12 minutes. We started with no traffice and ended up dealing with work traffic in our neighborhood as well as an on coming ambulance. I have never seen anyone manuver an tow truck as quickly and safely as John did this evening. He worked quick without impeding the traffic. Thank you both for your time and service. Highly reccomend their services.

This is the best Towing company in the whole city. Specially the driver John who was very nice and got there very fast; less than 20 minutes. If i need this service in the future i will mot doubt calling this same company and asking for the same driver. Overall, extremely happy.

Jon was my driver and I wish everybody was like him. Very caring, honest, and professional! He to extra good care of me and my vehicle! He was 15 minutes early and treated my car as if it was his own. I highly recommend this company for being fair with their pricing. I was stranded 55 miles away from home and Jon showed up in 30 minutes after dispatch said 45. I was also quoted a much higher price from three different companies and was told I was going to have to wait 2 hours. Jon is one of the most friendliest people I have ever met and he made what was a bad situation better just by being himself!! Thanks again Jon!!!!!

Jon was my tow driver, he arrived to my vehicle in less than 30 minutes on a rainy Sunday evening. He was not only courteous to me, but extremely careful with my AWD BMW 330Xi. Please note, the photo below was taken before Jon had finished securing all four wheels. He was very thorough, I would definitely recommend ????
