My Dad was assaulted, robbed, and had 1 truck impound outside his home while the guy who did it stole his 08 Silverado and was finally caught near Ashland Tennessee. The gentleman at the counter understood the situation and we were able to recover the truck after a 4 and a half hour drive. Thanks again.
They solicited a tow recovery by contacting the Sheriff's department and stealing my vehicle before a different tow agency could get to it and then tried charging over $600 to get my vehicle back. I'm currently filing a complaint with the KY Attorney Generals office and KYDOMC. I advise everyone else that they've taken advantage of to do the same.

My car was having issues and it needed immediate attention due to some travels I had coming up. The staff at the auto shop looked at my car in a timely manner and were really helpful understanding what was wrong with my car.
This is an honest place. My brakes were totally out and they told me it was just a hose. A lot of other places would have found “extra” stuff wrong with my car but they didn’t and it was a cheap fix and they did a great job. This is a place you can trust with your car and your hard earned money. 1000% A+

Horrible seeing treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know anything I went to auto tech school for a 2 years and when we took our car in it had 21 codes on it and the check engine light has been on since we bought the car got the car back the codes were gone and so is the check engine light told us nothing was wrong with the car said they couldn’t hook a diagnostic computer up to it until the check engine light was on, but it was on there when we bought the car
Not sure why I was charged $625 for my car to be pulled out of the mud and be put on the rollback and I even assisted the driver by turning the steering wheel for him . It was in less than a foot of mud just in one side and was even able to drive it off the lot when it was picked ,even though I was told on the phone that I would not be able to drive it and would have to make plans on having hauled from there lot when I did get it, which wasn't true at all, there was no flat tires on it but they had to jump it because they left my lights on all weekend. The tow driver informed me the window would be covered as well but never happened, why lie to me or anyone else . That was on a Friday evening and they was called before noon on Saturday and I was informed that they was closed till Monday even though the website says they was open and open till 530pm that evening but I was told that I couldn't pick it up till Monday for 625 and that was with fees waived to beat it all , so I don't think it's a terrible question to ask why so much when I wanted to pick it up the next morning but couldn't. I understand you have to make a dollar but why try to make them all on me, just don't get it, dang I understand gas prices but come on !!!!!!!!!
My husband died in his vehicle it was not a wreck.He had a heart attack.They towed the car 6 blocks. Hooked it up wrong and damaged it. Charged 595 cash no receipt. Charged impound fees car was not there even 24 hours. I do plan on reporting it to better business bureau. I’m sure you are taking a lot of cash payments. We had AAA was refused to use it. The city of Ashland should not use this company gives them a bad name.

Unfriendly because we questioned about fees on call out services 175 26 fuel for .06 mile 2 storage fees on not even 24 hours 50 administration fees 50 gate 85 tow really crooks hung up on me. Took advantage of a bad situation. They was called out at about 430 still business hours and charged all this. Oh I ain't no ones sweetheart very unprofessional.

I was charged a Hazmat fee for picking it up out of a parking lot administration fee of $35 a $50 a day fee for keeping it in an unlocked fenced-in area and my $129 JBL Bluetooth wireless speaker got stolen while it was there for 4 days
Needed an alternator replaced dropped my car off about noon. About 3 pm received phone call that it was indeed the alternator and I gave go ahead for repair. Phone call next morning around 8:30 that my car was ready. Great , fast and friendly service. I highly recommend
A bit of a mixed review. Please don't take it wrong when deciding on using them. My truck would not start. After several calls to other locations I decided on Moyer's. Schedule the tow for Thursday pick up. Scheduling was quick and easy. I did not have to be home so I guess the pick up went good. Called Friday afternoon, unfortunately they had not had a opportunity to look at the truck yet. Monday morning I called and they told me they were getting into the shop. a couple hours later called with an estimate for both a new and remanufactured starter. I chose the new. Received a call back with in a couple more hours and my truck was complete. Picked it up that evening. Staff is super friendly and professional. Would completely recommend them. Prices were reasonable for the service, although I do think the towing should be waived if the repairs are completed at the shop. I'll admit I was beginning to get antsy with the time but I would much rather have quality over speed. Overall 5 of 5 stars. Hopefully I don't need to have any more major work done but if I do, I'll chose Moyer's.
This place accepted a service call to replace a blown out trailer tire in the middle of night through our insurance’s Roadside Assistance. Because of the late hour, I called and texted to confirm he would come because My family was with our 2 dogs off a busy highway and desperately needed service. He never answered his phone and his voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. I texted but had no reply. I called the insurance company 3x to tell them I could not reach him and needed confirmation he was in fact coming. After more than an hour past his ETA and another call to the insurance company, the company finally notified us he could not make it. It is really poor customer service to accept a respinse call in the middle of the night for a family with pets and then be a no show. If he can’t be a man of his word, he is not a good business man. He should have notified us and the insurance company that he could not come instead of letting us wait so long and be a no show.
I was stuck broke down on the side of the road my husband called Mike and he sent someone out to help us get home. Great service, reliable and reasonably priced. We will bring my beauty back to Mike for future repairs! Thank you so much for your help! "Chris' wife", lol"
Awesome service Mike is great. And so is his staff. I am a truck driver. My wife called me with my son crying broke down on the road. I'm 2000 miles away. I made a phone call to Mike. They towed my wife. Off the road took my son and wife home. And my car to the shop. Fix my car. Right to know there's a company out there that I'm away from home. I am the fleet manager for my company & I use these guys for everything. I have used almost everyone in town. I will never give money to another auto shop as long as Moyers is in business.
