These guys are awesome, they towed my hunk of junk BMW in the middle of the night with no hassle. They showed up in 10 minutes - no exaggeration. Driver even helped me put the car in the garage! A++ would use these guys any time.
Tow service service quoted 90 minute ETA and the reported it would be another 2 hours. When I asked why I was not updated on this service delay, the non professional male receptionist canceled the service. Save your time and go with a service who respects their customers time.

The guy put his life on the line to remove the driver’s side wheel on our camper/trailer. Fixed the seized brake and got us out of a bad situation. Fair price.
Our RV died on I75 North just before the exit to Walton. Once AAA managed to get their system working on us, complete towing worked very hard to help us. Bobby was the lucky one to tow us back to the auto repair shop. Colin was waiting for us to arrive. Despite arriving later than expected, he got it in just in time for Will to do a quick before the end of the day.
Our RV was up and running. Obviously something small but very big response to us.
Colin even called us the next morning to make sure we had safely made it on our way.

My boyfriend and I went on a road trip from Fort Wayne, IN when his car broke down in Kentucky. We called Complete Towing and in less than half an hour they located us and got the car on the tow. Our driver (Bobby) was kind enough to let us ride up front in his truck all the way from Kentucky back to Fort Wayne (about 5 hours!). Excellent service!

These guys are 5 star and so much more I had just bought a truck in Portage Indiana I made it to their shop before it broke down A wheel seal led to the oil pressure sensor and several other things needing fixed they We're professional and fast and Dallas even took time out from his off time to run me to a store and let me get some thing and to a Motel To stay until the truck was fixed and then make sure I got back from the motel to pick the truck up I am so glad I broke down in front of this shop these people are absolutely amazing can't say enough good things about them every team member is great and very reasonably priced on top of all of that Here are pictures of just a few things they fixed ty all so much
We called on Friday at 3:30 pm. They sent a man over right away and he could not fix our motorhome. He called a wrecker around 4:30 pm for us. We were on the entrance ramp on Barnes Road. And hour later we called and said we have been waiting for an hour and no wrecker. They said he should be there anytime. Another hour went by and we called again and they said he should be there anytime. Another hour went by it was about 7:00 pm and a very nice lady was on the phone and said she had just come on duty and didn’t know about sending a wrecker for us. She said that the guy who runs the big wrecker does not come on until 8 but we will be his first pick up. And we were at 8:30 he was there. Meanwhile we sat on that entrance ramp for 6 hours waiting for to get hit by someone else. Not fun at all!
Gerald Best Wrecker Driver! Enough said!!! Will never call anyone else when I'm in the area with an issue!!! PM service is definitely there's when I'm due on my run!!! Well had a visit to the shop on 5 23 this time for a fuel line issue, Dispatch was 100% again, DJ came to hook me this time and definitely did a great job, Trent, Kevin and the rest of the crew in the shop just great people to have handle the situation even under pressure!!! No I'm not family but now I'd be proud to call them my friends because these folks are the real deal!!!! Won't be calling anyone else they are the peace of mind when trouble hits on the highway and elsewhere!!!
My idiot self put DEF in my diesel tank. After calling around i was recommended Complete by another shop that couldn't get to us. Collin had the tow truck there swiftly and they we able to fit us in and got the repair done quickly so we could get back on the road to Texas the following day. Price was more than fair. From a business owner myself I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for this shop and employees, if i ever move or come to KY again and have an issue, they will be the only ones I call. Thanks for being our light in a bad situation.

Your employer picked me up last week, pulled out 2 of my axle shafts from my curbside drive because it was easier instead of disconnecting the drive links. Towed me to nearest shop from TA to Fyda Freightliner. I walked inside to check in came back and noticed that your guy did quick on putting everything back together. Didn’t realize that I’m leaking gear oils until few days later by discovering the puddle from my drive area. I inspected the area, front one was replaced with the gasket and the rear was missing an gasket.... Called my maintenance account company and they’ve been trying to get ahold of you. I got fed up from the wait times and discovered that my rear axle shaft plate is damaged.
Jesus was my tech guy he was a cool guy laid back. Hook up the computer and cleared me out and got me back on the road. Customers service was pleasant and prices was affordable. God bless guys.
2019 ram 3500 6.7 cummings shut down with a fuel issue. Turned out to be a simple fix, but without the help from Complete Tow and Repair I wouldn't have been able to deliver on time! Special thanks to David, Andy, and Wallie! You guys saved my week!
Complete Towing and Repair saved us...! Driving day 2 (on a Saturday) from NE to SC, our engine light came on in Walton. After AAA COMPLETELY left us high and dry after almost 4 hours, we called Wally at Walton Towing and he saved us. Jason came and towed us all the way to family in Lexington. They were so professional and we felt confident they would notify us upon arrival, trust that they would show up when they said they would (UNLIKE AAA), and take us and our full car all the way to our destination. We may never be in Walton again, but if we are.........!!! Thank you Wally and Jason!!!
Broke down in an RV on the freeway within eye sight of their shop. After 16 hours of waiting, watching their wreckers drive by, and three separate attempts to request a tow and either being "forgotten" or "unable to locate" I got RBI to tow me. While waiting I talked to several locals and they also had nothing good to say about their service and false promises.
This place did a very good tow for me. The driver took extra caution not to damage my new bumper ( the guy who towed it 2 years ago cracked my old bumper). I went home the night before the tow and gave them instructions the next morning for the tow. He got my tow hooks out to get me out from under my trailer and replaced them where they were when he was finished. I was very pleased with the service. I called in a few days later to their dispatch to tell them I was very pleased with the service. I've only used them once but was a great service as far as I'm concerned.
Came in to fix axle seal. Just 40 minutes and I was on my way. Great service. Mr Trent was awesome very cool person. I really appreciate service. Strongly recommend.
Absolutely horrible company and staff !!! Would absolutely never recommend to anyone !! I can’t stress that enough!!! Extremely unprofessional, very rude employees, pain to deal with. Very bad company. Ide purchase a rollback tow truck myself for a 1 time use and sell the rollback after 1 use before ide ever call complete towing. Ide leave my show car on the side of the road before calling them. Horrible customer service, will definitely be contacting the BBB. I am stunned how they are even in business. All their “good” google reviews are their friends and family members. This is the only review you should ever need to read. Highly do NOT recommend!
This repair shop may be the worst. I had my sons brakes done there. The bill ended up $100 over what they quoted me after they had already looked at the vehicle. About 3 weeks later my roadside assistance dispatched them to pick my car up. After almost 2 hrs of waiting no one showed up. Called them. They claim they never got the order for a tow. I forgot to mention that I wasn’t having it towed to their facility after being taken for an extra $100 On the break job so I’m pretty sure they decided they weren’t going pick the vehicle up. I did receive a confirmation text that showed them contacting dispatch for the tow. The customer service rep for roadside assistance says this has happened more than once with this company. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t trust this business as far as I could throw one of their tow truck!!!!!!!
Some real good people here; helped me out of a pickle and without robbing me blind- very fairly priced for this area. Their driver, John M, was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient; took the time to get to me in my hour of need at 2:30 in the morning. If ever I, or anyone I'm associated with, ever needs any towing, I know who to call/recommend. Thank you John M.
My husband and I were on vacation and our car broke down. We called Complete Towing and they came right out and picked us up. They helped us find a hotel nearby and took us there. They repaired our car in a very timely fashion and then came to pick us up at the hotel to take us to get our car. They even helped load and unload our luggage. Very professional! Very polite! Very helpful! Highly recommend!!
Last night my moms cars check engine light came on and she didn't really know of any towing places where she was (we aren't from here), well State Farm called this towing company. I was still in Louisville at work so couldn't help my mom right that moment. She was towed last night by Colin who not only let her ride with him and dropped her car off, but took her to the front entrance of the hotel I booked for her!! Amazing Service! Then today we talked to Colin today who helped us have her car towed to our dealership at home, no questions asked. He answered her questions calmly and just made sure she was taken care of as a customer. As a daughter, I will always appreciate you taking care of my mom while I couldn't be right there! I'm so beyond thankful!! For Complete Towing and Repair. I had locked my keys in my car accidentally this evening And after hour's of calling local towing companies and getting only voicemails or getting long waiting time. I decided to give them a call and so grateful I did the lady on the phone was so awesome! and the tow truck driver was at my house in little to no time!!
Headed to North Carolina when my trailer started lurching, brakes on trailer were not working, showing a short, had no lights on my trailer. Limped into parking lot of auto parts store and called around to get some help. Could not find anyone to come out except Complete Towing and Repair.
They worked and worked on the wiring on site and then I followed them to their shop. They drove around with me to find the relay (deep in my dash) that was bad.
They had a lot on their plate, they don't even really work on non-semi trucks/trailers, but their whole team was very concerned for my situation and stayed with me.
These are great guys--extremely knowledgeable, competent, they are craftsmen, and just very good people. The young lady that answers the phone is kind, concerned, genuinely cares about you, and you know from talking with her that you are in good hands.
