couple months ago had a engine replacement, customer service was excellent and i had a warranty covering it and worked with me every step of the way after gettin the car back there was a slight issue still but they towed and fixed the issue at no cost and had it back to me in less than 24 hours very reliable and dependable place can for sure count on them
I wouldn't give this guy a dime. My employer had my car towed buy mistake. I went to get my car and this guy wanted me to sell my car to pay him after he lied and told my employer he would work with me. He charged me over a grand to get my car back. Which was illegal since he can't charge for days he isn't open and for the 1st 24hrs. He literally took Christmas from my kids and didn't bat an eye. Even laughed when I told him he is taking Christmas from my kids. I will never spend a time there. Truth be told he wanted to keep my car and was hoping I didn't come up with the money. Never reached out to me, broke in my car, and started my car and left it running after I told him not to because there was something wrong with the engine. He will hear from my attorney. You lie. When I came you demanded almost $600! And you told me to sell the car to pay your ridiculous bill. I have spoke with my employer and everything you wrote is an absolute lie. You are a sorry excuse for a human . I have the proof to back up everything I wrote. Do you? You sir will reap what you sow. I just hope I get to witness it.
My son Brian's car would not start today. Tried all the usual. Hail and rain was heavy. Bob's towed his car to his house. Bob's was quick to arrive sbout 35 minutes and the tow driver was very nice. Very professional. From what was posted by customers they like their service. I do too. Will return when needed.
We were on our way to TN from MI on a family trip. My water pump failed on the freeway and we managed to exit and park in a hotel parking lot. It was a Sunday eve and we feared we wouldn't have many options. The manager of the hotel recommended Bob's and they managed to get there to give us a tow within 15 minutes. We found a rental car and Bob's assured us my car would be all fixed up and ready to go when we came back through on our way home. It was ready to go, as promised, & we were very impressed by the affordable & efficient service. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! They went above and beyond on helping me get my window fixed! I brought it over because I just had a repair done on it and wasn’t confident in driving because the shop I took it to wasn’t all that great. My mom told me to go up to Bobs so I did and they looked at it and said everything looks good!
My window regulator and some other parts were broken though. My car is older and surprisingly the parts my window needed; vendors no longer sold. Which is crazy because I never would have thought it would be hard to find parts for a civic but oh it was!! I got turned away by a couple shops because of it but Bob’s was able to find the parts we needed from a salvage yard!! It got fixed within less than a week. If I run into any future car troubles. I will be going back to Bobs. Thank you for taking care of my baby!
I could not recommend at better company! They were so helpful after my car broke down. I called and asked about time, they said about 15mins and did just that. It was also an amazing price with how far we had to tow it. Thank you guys so much for helping a young gal out!
I got a flat on mall road. Police officer stopped to help and said he had to call a wrecker for a four way tool. Wrecker came , put on my spare and charged me $150. I didn’t even ask for them to come. Pretty shitty esp around the holidays and again this is just for putting on a spare not replacing the tire. EDIT SINCE RESPONSE BY OWNER :
Of course I’m going to pay. Of COURSE I’m going to tip the poor guy that came at 630 am. I’m not a mean person. Doesn’t mean I wasn’t blown away by the fact that I didn’t even call you. Cop told me he was calling you for a four way tool, not to change my tire. When he did change my tire what was I going to do, refuse to pay ? Just understand that putting on a spare shouldn’t have costed $125. It’s taking advantage of people is desperate situations. Had I known I’d be charged that much, I would’ve called a friend. But again, I’m not a jerk and I’m not going to throw a fit or not pay. Lower ur prices.
Best vehicle mechanic in NKY! I take both cars to Bob’s Service. I was referred to them when I first moved to NKY 3 years ago and have been a customer ever since. On multiple occasions, they have helped me out tremendously.
Alternator went out in NE Cincinnati. They picked my car up that night and towed it back to Florence even when I wasn’t there. Tom called me 3 times to let me know what was going on and to give me piece of mind (last call he gave me was around 9:30pm on a Saturday night).
On another occasion, I was having some issues with my car, little bit of rattling and leaks. I take my car into Tom, they look at it for 30-45 minutes, find no issues and don’t charge a dime since they didn’t fix anything.
Lastly, after a wreck, one of my cars needed some serious body work and I didn’t know where to go. I call Tom, he points me in the right direction to an auto body shop they work with in Union and they did a fantastic job fixing the damage.
Tom, the towing crew and vehicle mechanics do a great job for our family!

Tom got me in for a quick oil leak emergency. Small fee to cover my oil change filter being stripped. That was not there fix from earlier. Genuine, caring, upfront, honest, that is Tom! Great family protects the reputation of great family businesses. That’s them.

Bobs Towing has excellent service!! I called right up in a state of urgency when my car skidded off the road. Bob himself pick up and helped me get a tow truck out to the site in less than 30 minutes. Jordan was the man who helped get my car back on the road. He didn’t hesitate to get down in the mud my car was stuck on. I wish i tipped more than I did for such amazing service that truly got me out of a stressful situation. Absolutely love these guys! The guy that picked me up today was the one that helped us last time with our tow. At this point I have him on speed dial lol. But they have been the best for towing and reasonably priced!
First off, the customer service was excellent. I couldn't be more happy with the service they provided, they really came through for us and helped us when we needed it. Secondly they had the lowest prices around. The driver was friendly and answered any questions we had. I definitely will be using bobs towing again, I've already recommended them to my friends and family!
Can your drivers follow simple instructions? I had a car towed yesterday and when all was done, I received a message from the recipient about there experience. Driver sat outside the address for 20 minutes. Recipient hears truck drive away and then a back up alarm. They were lining the truck up to drop the car off at the wrong address on the next street. Recipient sees driver prying on car door. They had locked the keys inside the car. Recipient questions why they were dropping the car at the wrong address, recipient was told boss had told them to drop it there, they knew the car had no brakes and could not be driven. I left the driver with instructions to call the recipient so they could tell the driver where the car would go and the phone number. Recipient asks driver why they didn't call, driver says they did, there was no record of a phone call on the recipients phone. When asked what number they called, they could not produce the number, nor the paper that I gave them. Driver was asked why they didn't just knock on the door, recipient was ignored and driver started to leave. Recipient has not been given the keys at this point and asks where they are. Driver says they're in the glove box. They were not. Recipient tries to ask again, and driver tries to speed off. The keys were found on the drivers side floor. I was told the drivers were generally rude and unprofessional. I was not there to witness, but I know the recipient and they wouldn't lie about something like this. I am honestly embarrassed about the recipients experience as I was the one who ordered the tow. I should have had Don's Garage do it.
The owner Bob is absolutely awesome. We called to have our truck towed home within a couple hours he had our vehicle home. The tow truck driver went above and beyond to get our vehicle out of the place it was at. They were very unprofessional and rude to the driver but he continued to do his job and got our truck out of a really tight spot he is awesome as well. The towing fee was the lowest we found in the northern KY area. Give Bob Service Center a call if your looking for a quick and easy tow. He also does Mechanical work.
Had to get my car towed the other day and Jason came out. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. He knew what he was doing and was extremely careful. Also been going to service shop for along time and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work.
Best price . Daniel was the driver. He was very punctual, called me before arrival and used extreme care with my truck. Delivered it to my destination no issues at all. I certainly appreciate him. We were 600 miles from home. I would use him again if I ever needed help in the area.
Never written a review in my life but just had a tow 20 mile done by Jason and feel it deserves one. He arrived faster than I expected and reassured me he'd make sure none of the common damage points (BMW rear control arms) were harmed in the process, as I let him know they'd just been replaced less than a year ago from an improper tow. He took great care of the car and I experienced the most customer-focused service I've saw in a very long time. Huge thank you to him and this will be my go-to provider for towing from now on.
Absolutely wonderful service! My car broke down and they had the tow truck out to me very quickly. The repair estimate was completed in less than an hour and was very reasonable. While working on the car, they found another issue and called to let me know. This catch saved me from a future breakdown. Even with the additional parts and labor, the cost was less than expected. Also, they had my car back to me in just over 24 hours. Best of all, everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!
My car go towed and I picked it up this morning to find my mirror scratched and broke. They didn’t even bother to let me know it happened. Completely unprofessional!
