Great location! Good stock need more employees that cater to actually work there and not leave the one person up front to help a line of ppl that always has questions and needs assistance.for instance going out side to a customers vehicle but can't because the other person sits in the back! Also I got a rotor and brakes badly needed to be changed at least the brakes but because i was given the wrong rotor I wasn't able to change it that day and it was a difference in price being lower!
I had some unexpected car trouble on the freeway while heading to visit family, so I searched for the nearest auto parts store and found this O'Reilly’s location—and I’m so glad I did! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding.
They had a scan tool available to check the "check engine" codes, provided a printout, and had everything that was needed in stock. Thanks to their help, we were able to make the repairs and get back on the road safely and quickly.
A special shoutout to the cashier who assisted—he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and hands-down gave the best customer service ever received at an auto parts store. Thank you again!
I was traveling from South Bend, Indiana back home to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and having car trouble. While this O'Reilly is a little bit off the main interstate it was well worth the little bit extra drive to get there. Both employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They both helped me get back on the road quickly. Thanks to them both, I was able to replace a $10 part on my car and get back home safely versus rolling the dice creating a $3000 dollar problem.
Bought points for a tractor there a year ago needed another set today the youngest guy there wasn’t interested in looking it up for me wasted a stop for me
Can't thank the team at O'Reilly enough. Driving from Chicago to Miami, alternator went out on my van and they allowed me to use tools to get the job done so I can continue. Great customer service and very helpful.
Bought some windshield wipers. I got pretty frustrated because the new wipers didn't attach the same same way they came off. When I came back they were super helpful. They put them on easily making me feel kind of dumb. But they were really nice about it. Lol. Thanks again.

The service staff has always been friendly. However, I felt I had to remove 3 stars from a potentially perfect score due to the following:
1. I could buy 5 quarts of motor oil elsewhere for what they charge for their store brand,
2. I once got a free engine diagnostic from them, but was told I couldn't have it printed, despite their website advertising that I could, and...
3. I once purchased parts online from them for pickup, and some of the parts received were incorrect.
Despite all of this, they haven't driven me away from their business, most especially because they are located less than a mile from my home.
The guys here are quick to assist customers and really help them. I went in to buy a new battery, but when it was tested, it turned out to be a good battery that just needed charged. I really appreciate the honesty!
Was stranded here, about 7 hours from home, for the day after the alternator and battery went out on my vehicle. They were great about trying to charge my battery for me in the store that morning. Later in the evening, they were wonderful in working with us to get the correct parts right at closing time, providing a headlamp to help us work after dark, and leaving us with some extra batteries. Thanks to Brock and co-workers for the help!
Staff were some of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, especially the manager. I talked to him about my vehicle breakdown that happened, he recommended a place for us to take it, and also secured a ride for us to our hotel for the night. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you
My mom, her friend and I were traveling from Michigan on vacation. Stopped at Mammoth Caves on our way back home and our battery in our car ended up dying on us. Managed to get jumped and we headed to the closest place that would have a battery, which happened to be O’Reilly’s! Rebekah installed our battery, she was super nice and very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this place!
Waited 30 minutes while one employee shot the bull with another man. After looking up the part I needed when he walked off I thought he was going to get my part he stopped and waited on another customer. After 20 more minutes I left. I buy a lot of parts there. Well I uses to.
It was ok but had to return a alternator that had a lifetime warranty and they couldn't find it in their system so much had to spend another 1o some meds did dollars for another one with a lifetime warranty that sucks but I don't believe it was enough to give y'all a bad review because I had a Chang of number on my phone an didn't remember the old on so it was partly my fought but should have been able to pull it by my name
