Unbelievably Helpful. For the past couple of days I had been having some trouble with my car. To make a long story short I needed to have my car towed a very short distance back to a mechanic shop I had just came from, I called Quality Tow and Recovery to have it towed back to shop and upon the arrival of the employee who's name evades me now unfortunately, he nearly immediately began trying to see if he could get the car working and within a matter of 5 minutes he identified the problem that 3 Advance Auto Parts employees could not find after hours of diagnosing. He saved me 100 dollars on a tow and I could truly not be more grateful. If I ever need a towing service in the future, you can be absolutely sure it will be with Quality Tow and Recovery.

One of our repair vehicles wouldn’t start at a customers house. One quick phone call to Brittany and she had James out to us in no time at all to pickup our repair van and dropped off from Lawrence to our mechanic shop in Olathe! Very affordable as well and highly recommend. Repeat

I’ve used Quality Tow on multiple occasions whether it as a lockout, a broken down car, and even having it towed at my fault. Every single time they’ve come quickly and been super helpful. Mindy, the owner, helped me while I was in a financial bind and gave me a huge discount and I cannot thank her enough. Great guys, great services, and great owner! I will always call Quality Tow!!

Okay so this is a story within its self. Sunday I got my car towed to a tire shop cause I left work with a nail and it was flat and not fixable. And a great great guy name Jared helped me. Later that night when I got off work my tire popped off and caused damage to my car from Big O’s tire shop “complimentary tire rotation “ they didn’t skrew all my lug nuts in right in my tire. So I called the quality tow to take my car back to the shop and Jared came to the rescue again. He was really helpful. He was a good samaritan to me❤️ I know if I ever need a tow again I have a reliable company and guy who will help me.

They were quick to respond and sent someone out immediately to get the vehicle we needed towed. The price was far and they handled the tow very quickly. Would highly recommend using them for all your towing needs. You won't be disappointed

Smart car with odd behavior and wouldn’t start. AAA for a tow and quickly got a call from Tyler with Quality Tow indicating he was on the way. He was able to jump start the car with success, and also provide some helpful information should the problem happen again. It turned a frustrating experience into one of gratitude.

Excellent service throughout, from arranging the tow to getting a car to the mechanic. Cody called me 30 minutes prior to the prearranged time and was actually early for the pickup. Great person to deal with and I would definitely use Quality Tow again if the need should arise.

We had two vehicles that needed to be towed, which is not a fun situation to be in. However, we could not have had a better experience than we did with Quality Tow. Mindy and Austin are the two we worked with throughout, and they were both fantastic. The customer experience and service we received made the situation we were in so much easier to deal with. Mindy the owner and her staff member Rosa treated me as a family. They resolved my needs even though I live in NewJersey. My son died on a fatal car accident on 1/10/24 @ 12:38 pm in Kansas. Awful snow storm the prior day. My son Damian Garcia Osborne, just turned 24, auto was a total Lost and taken by Quality Towing. The owner Mindy, it felt like she held my hand thru each step. Mindy even mailed me my son’s cell phone no charge. She would text me and followed up to see how am I doing and if I needed Anything else. Mindy Coordinated all the activity with Officer Wilson who was also very good and supportive and did not charge me a cent. She organized cutting my sons car open and witnessed by Trooper Wilson to look for his personal belonging. Mindy arranged took my son’s car to salvage. Though we meet under aElgin and circumstances, Mindy was a god sent angel that helped me coordinate activity in Kansa with the Trooper to help me from New Jersey. If more businesses treated their clients with heart as Mindy, owner of Quality Towing, treated me with heart, imagine how our world would be. On a dark and foggy night I took a wrong turn into a flooded field. It was cold and rainy. The tow truck came quickly. They were so kind and apologized for having us get out of our warm car and walk through the mud. They even gave me a coat to put over my baby. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Quality Tow. I had a blowout on the way to work and had to deal with roadside assistance from my insurance company. They finally got me connected with Quality Tow in Lawrence, KS. Matt was a my driver(he was super friendly and helpful) and had my vehicle loaded up and transported to a tire shop with 30 minutes of arriving. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a broken transmission cable and called Quality Tow at the recommendation of a local mechanic. Mindy was incredibly helpful on the phone and their service was fantastic. The tow itself was a fair price, especially considering the car had to be manually shifted to neutral, as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent work by their team, my car was dead on a secluded stretch of county highway in the sweltering summer heat. The dispatcher was quick in finding my co-ordinates and the towing truck was at my location on time. The tow driver noticed my severely debilitated condition and moved swiftly to get me back to a safe place in town. I would recommend this business!

Gentleman over the phone was courteous and made scheduling for a pick up easy. The day they came to pick up my vehicle, they were a half hour late before I called and the lady over the phone was apologetic and informed me they only had one driver that day which it would have been more appreciated if they would have informed me prior to my scheduled pick up considering my car was scheduled at a shop, communication is key when dealing in customer service. The guy that came and picked up my car also told me he'd let me know when he had it dropped off at the shop but I never heard from him. All in all the service is good and the price is the lowest in town (paying with cash). Really the only things that kept me from giving them 5 stars was the fact that there was no communication.

This company has towed two guest vehichles from my property multiple times after our management company said it was fine to park in the lot for a few hours, as long as it wasn't for an extended period of time. I know the tow company doesn't not work for them in any way, but the fact that they drive through my lot and check the permits on every single car is annoying and frustrating. They will tow every single car that doesn't have a sticker, when there are tons of empty parking spots already (clearly residents have enough parking). Picking up the vehicles felt really sketchy too. The men who showed up just took my cash and let me go back into the lot to look for the cars... Do not recommend this tow company.

We called an hour before arriving to pickup our car, as they instructed, and we waited over 30 minutes for the driver to arrive to get our car. We called the number 3 times and she kept telling us he was on the way with no further information. $200 for this kind of service is absurd.

SO HELPFUL AND RELIABLE!! My car started making weird noises on the highway which caused me to pull over. I was in GREAT HANDS when Dakota showed up! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient!! He towed me to a mechanic that was about to close then HELPED me to find a new one and took me and my car to YET ANOTHER location. He did his job plus more! Couldn’t have asked for a better company or person in this situation.

Life savers! So at my own risk I went to the top of the Vermont St parking garage knowing my car wasn't doing the best. Well it died and wouldn't stay running and Quality (Austin) came all the way to the top and towed me back to where I needed to be. (Even tested my alternator for me) My family has known them for years and I'm so glad I called them! Thank you, Austin and Quality Tow :)

I found myself with a flat tire on I-70 outside of Lawrence in late July and wasn’t able to get the lug nuts off my tire during rush hour. I called quality towing for assistance and the woman who answered the call was very polite and understanding. She explained that their driver “Matt” was assisting another vehicle and would be there as soon as he could. I’m impatient and was able to loosen the nuts myself and change the tire. Matt came as I was tightening the lug nuts and offered to assist. He was super polite, calm and kind. I’d use them again and would recommend to anyone in a crisis such as mine.

One of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had. They put my dead car where I wanted it even though it was a very tight fit for their truck. They even offered to push my car to its resting place. Great customer service, and for a really reasonable price. Thank you!
