Are you kidding me! What happens when your truck pulling a camper breaks down 500 miles from home… This roadside services team both on the phone at corporate (Adam was his name) And your field technicians in Kcmo, Bill, and the other gentleman went far above what anyone would consider normal in today’s world!!!! Additionally, it was a priority to be sure that I was safe. Can’t say enough about these folks.
Guys if u are in the kcmo AREA and you have AAA Please request this company. I wish I could give them a bonus star! If you're using this company , see if you can get Helen on the phone, helpful,kind, Polite and just a pleasant voice.Walking you through all of the steps. I think Bill was my tow truck driver and when I said he was polite as well. Update update!!!!!! I have had to use the company twice in the last week and the Customer service is A1.Trey and JT helped me today in the heat for about 2hrs moving my car. At this point, whoever does the hiring out there in belton they need to teach a class because they know who to put on what job and how to get the job done.Let me add Meagan to the list,she has all of her duck in a row Very well, spoken!!!!!!!!
