EXTREMELY RUDE. Called to ask a simple question regarding whether or not doing a "simple" diagnostics test on my car would be free; Since A LOT of shops like O Reilly's, Auto Zone do these tests free of charge. I can barely even get my car to start, so I can't travel the distance to a mechanic over 30 miles away... I was talked to like I was a complete dog and it was completely uncalled for. I am a local here in Sharon Springs. Have been for about 6 years now. Whoever I spoke to, I just want them to know they completely ruined my day with the way they interacted with me. Hopefully in the near future, their customer service improves because it surely is due to. Will not be receiving any further service from me. Thank you and goodbye!
I went there with a generator that needed a new pull cord and the man! the myth! the legend! skylar took care of it.hands down the best service you could ask for.. highly recommend going there with any mechanic or generator issues.
Words cannot express how thankful I am for the people at Sharon Springs Car Quest. I was in major trouble after a blowout I experienced a few miles away on the high way. The blow out damaged my heater line on my passenger van which caused the coolant to drain out. I thought I had rigged it enough on the road, but man was I wrong. The owner helped me out with the parts that I needed, and His son came a bailed me out after I was not able to fully fix the van. If it was not for the kind people of this car quest I would have been stranded. Again words cannot describe how kind and helpful these people were.
The mechanic working on my car called these guys and let me use his car to go get it. As soon as I walked in the guys working greeted me and were very friendly. They had my part, which was a serpentine belt, ready to go. I will go back for parts if I'm ever in that area.
They will treat you right when you need parts. They have many on hand, and can order anything in, usually within hours. Also they have many tools and a wide variety of fluids available. I came here often in my two years in the area and was never disappointed.
We were halfway through our out-of-state move in a 26' U-Haul when we stopped for gas and my husband noticed what he thought was a transmission fluid leak. They took a look at it for us right then, diagnosed it (it was low, but not leaking), didn't charge us and we got back on the road to our new home
