Absolutely horrible service do not use these people. They will steal your money and waste your time. Waited 3hrs for the driver to show then he got the truck and trailer stuck in a ditch waited 2 hrs with them to get their truck out at which point I had someone else show up and pull my truck out before they got their truck out of the ditch was told by the driver and by the office they would refund my money Monday then they called back 20min later to tell me they would not be refunded my money. So paid $800 for them drive out to me and get there truck stuck in a ditch before even attempting to pull my truck out never even unchained their equipment
Had a trailer tire that had begin to wear quite badly and wouldn't have passed Inspection. Swing into Strickland and they had tire replaced in well under an hour. That is incredibly quick for a transport truck. Often times would wait hours for that. The tech and office staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this shop. As an added bonus there are a number of friendly cats around to entertain you while you wait.
Strickland’s ALWAYS does a wonderful job and has very reasonable prices. It’s a huge relief that they’re open on the weekends too because, of course, that’s when I’m bound to run over that pesky nail lol-never fails. Thanks for all you do Strickland team!
F550 truck went into limp mode and they picked it up within a couple hours and towed it right to the shop. Very fair price for quick turnaround! Highly recommend for towing.

Our tow truck driver was kind and helpful, after having an obviously busy day and especially with it being so frigid outside. The ladies that I spoke with were more than accommodating and communicated so great with me in my time of need. They were genuinely concerned about my safety and everything was handled in a timely manner. They are also so reasonably priced, would definitely recommend to anyone needing any of the services they offer!
Had my vehicle towed, very easy to setup and work with! Micheal the driver was very helpful and respectful of my vehicle, he was great! I definitely appreciated it, I can say that I'd recommend Strickland from my experience. Thanks again!

Our truck died on us when we're driving down the street. It would not start. We needed our truck towed to the mechanic. Strickland called to let us know that they had arrived on scene. We met them there. The driver was nice. Explained to me what he was going to do step by step. Followed him to the mechanic. Did a great job. I would recommend them. Thanks Strickland.
Strickland has taken good care of me with my towing needs for years. The dispatch team is good about communicating and the drivers are always professional, kind, and competent.
mechanic showed up within an hour and helped bypass the generator coolant system to get me up and going untill i can get the correct fitting.. price was fair and service was quick
First yes I recommend these guys to anyone in the area who’s broke down to call these guys. The lady who was dispatching was so nice and helpful. The driver was also nice let me stop at gas station helped hotel. Thank you !!
Great service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and to the point. The gentleman that drove the tow truck was there when he said he would be, just all around very professional.
I had a blow out on the trailer. They there there with in 20 minutes. I was back on the road with in our after that. I would.

I had a flat on the Kansas Turnpike put on a spare and headed to Strickland since they had the tire I needed. They got me in so fast and had my tire fixed within 30 minutes. I was driving from Texas to Omaha Nebraska and their fast service helped me get home when I needed to.
I had a new RV that I just purchased from Alvarado Texas and had some problems with the air brake valve and Strickland‘s diagnose the problem and fixed it and we were back on the road. Great service. Great people, would go back immediately if I needed to.Thx so much!! 5 Stars!!?
Good service from the shop.
However, the stupid service window is ridiculous, nearly offensive. I realize there might be legit reasons for security or some such but dude the rest of the yard is a security disaster so I just don’t buy it.
The pickup experience was less than wonderful. As requested I called more than an hour before arrival and still had to wait at least half hour to have a tech show up to sign off the paper with no offer of a soda or water etc.
so the shop service was a 4+ out of 5 but the customer service was a 2 at most.
Just got towed home. M was patient and helpful. Knowledgeable about the issues my vehicle is having. Made a couple solid recommendations I will follow up with tomorrow to get my vehicle fixed. He is a stellar person. I don't trust many. I automatically liked him. Reminds me of my kids. That's high praise.
Office staff were patient with my phone calls on requested updates. They walked me thru online payment process. Both ladies I talked to were hopping they were so busy but still took that time for me. It was a stressful event for me but all 3 of them I dealt with were upfront on wait times and put me at ease and got my humor. Make sure you recognize them please. They did your company proud today with me.

What they told me they were going to do they did exactly that. They kept their word. They followed thru...office staff and the tow truck driver. They were thorough. They meant exactly what they said. They kept the price exactly what they quoted. They called back as promised about the email with the payment link to make sure I got it. M the driver also has this quality in his work ethic. I'm grateful for it and them.
Everything you’re looking for when you need a tow - prompt, affordable, friendly service. Driver even followed up with a text to let me know my car was delivered and the keys were in hands of my mechanic. I highly recommend!
Was kind and respectful over the phone. Got my car safely to the mechanic. I used a free toe from triple A so I can’t really review their prices or anything. But overall a good service was provided.
From the dispatcher to the tech, the service was top-notch! If I ever need repairs in the future, they’ll be the first ones I reach out to!

She provided directions to their facility in New Haven and ensured us they had our tire in stock. We pulled right in and three gentleman met us immediately to investigate our situation. Hands down the best service we could’ve asked for in such a stressful situation. So glad we found Strickland.
