We cannot recommend this business. Shady business practice and unreasonable company. William makes false claims. We let this guy know all the steps along the way. Shameless.
It's definitely one of the greatest repair places I've ever visited. Very honest and he is all about fixing things right and not out to get rich. Very glad he is always there to help us. Jessica in the office is so friendly and will always do whatever it takes to get the job done. Glad to have them on speed dial. Will always use them for our automotive repairs.
Great service! I was traveling back from a trip to Texas when a leaf spring on my travel trailer broke. We were 3 hours away from home. Willie fixed the trailer and got me back on the road within a few hours for a very reasonable price. I’m very thankful to this shop.
Absolutely the best shop ever! Super helpful and accommodating. Very nice, pricing is fair,straight forward and honest. They definitely go above and beyond to get the job done! Also they had to work on our motorhome, so if you aren’t sure where to go for your RV it didn’t seem to be an issue.
Was referred by my mother who worked with Willie's wife. He is incredible. I live in Wichita and after four shops and the dealership said they couldn't figure it out, except one who charged over $400 just to tell me it would cost over $2,2000. Willie did his own diagnostic for free and got it done for $318. I will for sure drive half an hour to save that much money. Greatest and most honest mechanic I have ever met.
********** 10 Stars here for Willie!! Excellent Service received from our experience with Automotive Repair Service. Willie Troubleshooted a broken air conditioning compressor on our vehicle. We were travelling so we didn't know Willie whatsoever, but he took us right in. Willie explained the problem and gave us suggestions to get it fixed correctly. So, we lost our air conditioning, but we were able to continue on our trip with little delay. Thanks again Willie!

We were driving through from Texas and had some car trouble. Called just about every other place in the area but no one was available. The wonderful people at Automotive Repair and Parts were willing to help us out on a Friday afternoon, right before a holiday, no questions asked. They got us back on the road quickly and for a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough!

Our experience with Willie was exceptional. Our car was not running right and we called Willie's business. He said that he could get us taken care of that morning. I was driving my F150 from Texas to Nebraska and heard a grinding noise whenever I pumped my brakes. It was 3p on a Friday and I called to see if they could take a look as I wanted to try to get home. Willie took a look and sent the parts person to get a brake hose. It ended up a broken bolt that he replaced then we found out my rim had been damaged so Willie jumped right on it to put on my spare. Drove the truck around the block to make sure everything was working and I made it home that night. Much thanks to them for seeing me last minute and the effort to get me back on the road. Make sure you see Willie and not the characters across the street.
Driving north from Fort Worth, our van's indicator light showed that the battery was not being charged. We turned off of the Kansas Turnpike and found Willie Sinsel's repair shop in Belle Plaine, KS. It was determined that the alternator had failed and Willie picked one up from a Wichita supplier. The alternator was replaced and we were back on the road for Missouri in short order. I recommend Willie, with his 30+ years of automotive experience, to meet your needs. Thanks, Willie.
I was traveling across the country and broke down on the Kansas turnpike. Willie and team did everything they could to ensure I got back on the road that same day. This shop seems to pride itself on quality work and their customer service and honest pricing makes you feel as though you're doing business with family. I can't recommend them strongly enough. While traveling home to Oklahoma from Utah my truck broke down. Through contact from my insurance company we were put in touch with Auto. Repair & Parts in Kansas. The repair was completed quick and payment was very reasonable. Willie and crews work was honest and reliable. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place for any automotive repair .

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Willie and Jessica!!! These people are awesome! Let me tell you why... I was traveling back to Iowa from Texas and had a bad tire. They helped me find a tow service AND were able to get me in the shop AND get me a brand new tire, all within 2 hours of the call! I cannot tell you how thankful I am! They have AMAZING customer service and are all around WONDERFUL people! Not to mention, the minute we got there, they got my car right in, got my kids’ tablets hooked up the to WiFi, offered me fresh coffee and food- all with a genuine smile. Because of these wonderful souls, I am now home- in Iowa, safe and sound. I truly am so thankful for such kind and wonderful people in this world. Thanks again Willie and Jessica!

I stumbled onto Willie by accident and my only regret is that I didn't find him years ago. I know a bit about cars to know when I am being fed a line. He is a STRAIGHT shooter and truly cares about making sure you know your options and doing what is best. He goes the extra mile to see that you're taken care of and at a very fair price. I will be taking all of my vehicles to him from now on!

It is so nice to find an honest automotive repair facility. Being a female you never know if you’re getting the truth. I needed some new tires, and Willy took his time to help me find the right set and made sure I understood my options. I will definitely go back when I need repairs in the future.
Willy, the shop owner, is exceptional in knowledge and hands on experiance with any major to minor problems with your vehicle. His prices are extremely reasonable and hes very timely with his appoinyment and will make time for walk-ins. The office offers immediate parts and maintenance items gor convenience.
