For one thing it's not an auction you cannot test drive it. you cannot Finance. you cannot write a check you can't use a debit or credit card. I was interested in an 8000 truck they want me to bring $8,000 cash and give it to them when I can't even test drive it there's probably a thousand other places in Wichita to go to instead of here.
I recently purchased a car from here. and while I was initially happy with my purchase, unfortunately, I experienced some mechanical issues shortly after. To my relief, the dealership was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They worked diligently to resolve the problem, and when it became apparent that the issue was more significant than anticipated, they offered a full refund without any hesitation. I was impressed by their customer service and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. While I was disappointed that the car didn't work out, I appreciate the dealership's honesty and willingness to make things right.

I have bought a few cars and trucks here , if u are mechanically inclined great place to get a good deal , the staff are amazing an will work with you anyway they can!
All the vehicles I looked at had dead batteries, most had flat tires, you can not test drive them, and the prices are outrageous compared to the mileage on them
Today's market has got the used car selection crazy scarce and inflation got the costs up nearly 50% so looking for a good deal is hard if your in the market. Was lucky enough to find a car here at a decent price. Since it is an auction lot there are differences in buying her vs. typical dealership. Call or come in to familiarize yourself with the way the do business and how they sell their cars. Once you understand, you could possibly find a REALLY good buy. Will refer this place and buy here again if and when I'm back in the market for another used car. Staff was very helpful too
Typical Broadway car lot. Stay away at any cost. Rude people including every staff member. Was told you can schedule a test drive, but when I showed up, they said no you can't drive the car. Jeff, the rudest and Broadway finest guy there drove, that way you won't notice any transmission slippage. They got really upset because I asked for the car to be driven before I make an offer. Good thing I insisted on the test drive because when we came back, the car was already dripping oil, covering the control arm and the oil pan with oil.
Please stay away from this place we bought car from this place literally quit working in 30 minutes

DO NOT BUY! These people are scammers. Unhooked the battery so the check engine light resets ... get about 20 miles down the road and it comes on. AFTER ITS PAID FOR. Mine just so happened to be a bad catalytic converter. Stay away from this place.
Patrick is the man to talk to. When I had a couple issues with a couple vehicles there, he spoke to his manager and got me a good price for a vehicle that needs a some of small repairs.

Worst people ever. Bought 2 vehicles paid fully for the first one Rude bih that claimed to own the place had the audacity to sneer in my face talking about well what are you complaining about you got your money back didn’t you. That first vehicle turns out had a bad transmission and had been mislabeled. I had my children and wife in the “new car” and it didn’t stop. We ended up hitting 2 cars in the parking lot. And the rude bih thought that was all ok.
It's a hit and miss kinda thing. I've personally bought 4 cars from here. It's a good place if you have limited funds. Large selection. You cannot test drive the vehicles. There are fees. Good place to sell vehicles as well. Recommended. Friendly staff. The place is not climate controlled.
The only thing that could make it better is the people that are auctions are to sell your car quickly with little hassle if u want top dollar then fix up ur vehicle and sell to a dealership can't get the prices like its mint condition not with vehicles that have body work or needs repairs to drive it
They have several cars that they auction on Fridays, the first Friday of the month is a bad time to go due to pay days falling on the 1st through the 3rd. Some nice cars some not that great.
Staff was both incompetent and rude. Would rather walk than use a car purchased from this location. If you want to have a good experience buying a car literally ANYWHERE else would be a better option.
We've bought 6 cars before from different places and this was by far THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. We were able to come look at the cars the day before the auction, the clerks were very friendly and helpful and the lot attendant was very knowledgeable and jumped cars for us to make sure that they ran and test drive. Came back the next day for the auction and got a vehicle for $400. They gave us a 60 day tag and sent in our info for the title for us and we went home with it that night less than 30 minutes later.
A place to buy a dissent car, you have to know what you are looking for. Some cars they warranty they will run on the action day. As well they will tell you that there is no warranty on some cars. Not a bad place to get a chip car
Friendly place where dealers are allowed to show up and Bid up the same cars they are selling. Taking advantage of people that don't know any better and this place supports it because they make $100 off the sale. Bs! Shady business! I watched it multiple times.
