They were very timely and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. He had to wait for me to arrive at the drop off point and was very understanding and patient.
The tow truck driver was very nice and professional. Delivered to the repair shop perfectly. My only complaint, I was a little slow on email action to pay for service. The threat of impounding the vehicle because I didn’t respond fast enough was not appreciated. Otherwise, very pleased.
Albert is the best tow truck driver I have come accross ever. I will only trust him in the future to move my classic Porsche's. Great care & patience excercised on every move. I now plan all of my breakdowns around his work schedule.
Not only did they tow my car that was legally parked in a public parking lot. They towed it at the request of someone who didn't have the authority to have a car towed from that lot. There for 2 hours, im literally 50 yards away. Then, the car was just painted still wrapped up with plastic. Another dead giveaway the car shouldn't be towed. They tow it flying down the highway, everything flapping and smacking against the car. Rain, they don't care if there's no windows.
And do you think they cared that they shouldn't have towed my car? Basically stole my car. Lol of course not. This place doesn't care about right or wrong.
This place doesn't care about your vehicle. This is nothing but a racket, a criminal like enterprise that should be banned from operating. If you're car has ever been stolen. Very good chance your car is sitting on a car lot, under a different name but owned by a tow company. Who somehow legally own your stolen car.
Harley was PHENOMENAL! Very quick, friendly, professional, detail oriented. My dad, Mike Hays, had called Deena and we sent pictures of the 26ft trailer, about 10,000lbs and where we wanted to put it. They said they could do it. Quinton(not sure on the spelling) came with the truck yesterday and told Dad there was no way he could move it. We called again and they sent out Harley. Same rollback. Said it would be no problem at all. Give that man a raise or a bonus! He gets the job done.
Also want to mention we've used you guys in the past with Tone! Another phenomenal worker! They both do great work!
I would recommend them fair price and great job and Harley Gave me the best tow service ever he knew what he was doing.

On 10/25/24 i had my dually truck and trailer towed, from the beginning to end I experienced the absolute best tow service ever! A true blessing counted in my book. Highly Highly recommend!!
Great experience! The dispatcher was very helpful and was upfront with pricing. Stacy got to our vehicle quickly and had it to the service garage in a very timely manner. Also appreciated they were the only tow service near that was willing to go onto McConnell AFB to assist.
Called on Tuesday to get a quote. Asked for pictures and I sent them They give me a quote and never called to adjust the quote. Today I called and sent me text letting me know the price was 2,000.00 MORE!! Maybe a good towing service in town but not for out of state. Arrow and Kidd had better pricing. I sent pictures before they give me a quote.
I'm a Schneider National driver my box truck broke down on me at 3:30 this morning so Schneider call tow service towing told me 1 1/2 hours someone would be out Anthony was there on time very professional and Courteous knew what he was doing and have me home in no time thank you man
Great experience! Isaac was friendly and fast. He was out and ready to hook up the van by the time I had ordered some drinks. Dispatch was also fast and efficient. Cost was less than I expected for towing an extended van over a ton. Will use again!
