I had a flat tire on the highway heading out of town and Ken’s Auto Tow came to the rescue. My roadside assistance told me it would be up to 2hrs or more wait. I called Ken’s Auto Tow and they sent someone out right away and I was back on the road in no time. Kenny was very polite and got right down to business. I appreciate them coming out to assist with my tire right away. I definitely recommend Ken’s Auto Tow if you are needing any kind of assistance when it comes to a breakdown of any kind. They will absolutely get you back on the road in no time or get your vehicle where it needs to go.

Approximately October 19 , 2024.kenswas called into service at then request of the Sedgwick county sheriff subdepartment deputies. The debate of ownership rights bound by vehicle title appointed owner and possession. I honestly haven't had my motorcycle sense the date mentioned above. I'd be very thankful the day my dirt bike is returned.

Just for general information...... after hours calls out of town are easily 150.00 or more coming from someone that lives out of town. As someone that was a service writer, broken ball joints and other certain problems require the use of a skate (not just a piece of wood) under the vehicle as to not cause more damage than you started with. If your vehicle was towed and it looked easy your driver was experienced and knows how to do his job. If he does additional work to prevent damage more than just hook on and pull your car up he is obviously taking care of your property and feels it necessary. Folks should be ashamed giving a bad review on something they don't understand without attempting to call the business owner for explanation.
Don’t want to get ripped-off and get scammed? Call a different towing places- need my car tow- at first, it is missing one 1rim & 1tire- the lady said, it will require equipment and told us $150 - we were able to get a wheel and tire on- the guy just use a block placed underneath the car, took him less than than 30sec- she couldn’t go down the price and charge us double. Just using a damn block and call that an equipment and charge double. Took Less than 30sec to do, with a small block. Rip-off meters 1000+
Where do I start…. Had to have my vehicle towed after an accident due to leaking coolant from the radiator, the front end being crushed onto the tire, and the front passenger tire not turning appropriately. They attempted to drive the car onto the truck despite being asked not to. The gentleman who showed up to remove the vehicle was very nice, despite not listening to what I asked him to do. None of the ladies in the office told me or my husband the same thing during the multiple trips and calls to their facility seeking information and trying to make payment. Somehow in two days time, the estimate of charges went from $655 to well over $1k for the same time frame. They were supposed to deliver the vehicle prior a very precise time, but did not have the vehicle there. When I called, I was told they had a shift change and it would be there shortly. It arrived an hour and a half after it was scheduled to be delivered, canceling the inspection appointment and making me very late to work. When they arrived with the vehicle, they explained that they drove the vehicle a SECOND time after being asked not to due to the damage. There was also, no apology for the inconvenience or being so late.
Very prompt excellent service. They sent out Kenny and he jumped my car gave me some good advice and I was on my way in a jiffy. I highly recommend them.

Definitely do not recommend. They sent me a letter telling me there was a lien on my truck due to unpaid fees and that they would sell it at auction, that was printed and mailed certified mail I had to sign for. The problem with that is the truck was taken from their lot to the body shop over a week ago. I sat on hold for over 11 minutes just to be told they do these letters all at once, and to disregard it. The stress of losing my vehicle was compounded by this insane threatening letter. Take my advice, use any other service before using Ken's.
Kenny picked up my project vehicle, took it safely to its new home. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, helped me get it secured.

They got 1 star only because zero isn't a choice. We had a terrible experience with Ken's Towing that I feel compelled to share. The way they treated us was nothing short of scandalous. After our dirt bike was towed, we encountered numerous obstacles when trying to retrieve it. Their staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making it seem like they were more interested in keeping our bike than returning it.
Communication was a nightmare; they provided conflicting information and seemed to change their policies on a whim. It became painfully clear that they were trying to exploit the situation for their own gain. We felt like we were dealing with crooks rather than a legitimate towing service.
I strongly advise anyone to think twice before using Ken's Towing. Their lack of professionalism and integrity left us frustrated and disappointed. Save yourself the trouble—look for a more reputable service.

I can't express how greatful we were to work with Ken's Auto Tow. Our car was stolen in Nov and recovered Feb 1st. The sheriff's office had the car impounded by Ken's, closed the case as unsolved and never contacted us. Only found out after Ken's tracked us down and sent a letter, unfortunately by that time the car was on the lot for half a month incurring fees. Receiving the letter from Ken's we went immediately there in which we were able to discuss our options and they worked with us and the sheriff's office over a few days to make sure we weren't charged for the time the car was there without us knowing. They provided customer service above and beyond and were so compassionate in an unfortunate situation. If I am ever in need of having a vehicle towed I will most definitely contact Ken's.
I wish there was zero stars. They drop the car at the dealership and didn't tell them that the car had been delivered. Therefore the car did not get looked at and when we call them to find out what happened they told us that they didn't tow that model of car yesterday. DO NOT use them.
I will edit the stars when my insurance company finishes it's investigation into why a dispatcher at Ken's Auto Towing charged me out of pocket when they were already paid through said insurance company.
The drivers are nice.
I called Ken's Tow Service to move my travel trailer which was in a very tight situation in an RV storage facility. The dispatcher was very polite, after gathering information on my predicament, quickly called back and dispatched a wrecker. The wrecker operator was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, took great care to not cause any damage to my RV. The equipment looked brand new. I can't say enough about the excellent experience of dealing with such a professional business.
I highly recommend this business, they've earned a 5 star rating. The wrecker said Tow Service on the side, I believe it's a sister company.
I was in an accident this morning and called this place to tow my highlander! They were there in less than 10 minutes and Kenny was extremely nice and helpful! This was my first accident and was completely clueless on what to do, but Kenny was very kind and helpful, even gave us recommendations on where to take our car to get fixed! Had such great service with Dylan (tow truck driver) as our 31 foot Class C RV was in need of a rollback tow. He treated our RV as it was his own. That was exactly what we wanted.

I was stranded between towns and it was HOT. I was on the side of a busy highway and hardly no one was moving over for me. Not even semi's.

After blowing a tire on my bike trailer I was sitting on the canal route in the center emergency lane. Called Kens towing and they arrived in a timely manner. He was very helpful looking over the trailer and giving suggestions of what could be done. He was very careful while loading the trailer and bikes. Once he arrived at my home he took his time to make sure that everything was unloaded without any issues. I highly recommend Kens Auto Tow. The service I received was amazing.
