They’re all happy to get you in a vehicle, but after the fact they want nothing but your money. They don’t care about how the vehicle is running afterwards, and when you do call and complain, all you get is attitude and disrespect. Took them 4 months to send my title to me after the vehicle was payed off, after them stating “if we can’t find it, you’ll have to file for a lost title”. Anyways worst place to ever get anything from.

Been buying car's from mitch for over 20 years now they have always been great to deal with always end up with a great car or truck almost like family I do enjoy giving mitch grap my kids buy their too

Bought a vehicle for it to start having electrical problems. Took it to a mechanic who said that some wiring wasn’t properly installed and that I was a tiny spark away from my car catching on fire. Along side having several problems with the physical car it’s self, every time I call and ask for something from the receptionist, she always states she’ll get to it and days later, it’s still not done. I’ve been waiting to receive an email regarding a copy of my cars title and I have yet to receive despite being told that they’re still looking for the file and that they’ll send it once the file is found. This makes me suspicious, why is it taking DAYS to look for my file with the ORIGINAL title? Don’t buy a car here. It’s a sketchy dealership, they don’t care about their customers, just about the money you spend.

Let me start by saying I really wish I could give them zero stars. I wish I could have wrote this sooner but being a WOMEN knowing what I do I was afraid they would come take my car. 3 years ago I bought my first vehicle from them and I was super excited. Fast forward and I’m about to have my car paid off. I called to see if they could fix a couple issues because my vehicle started overheating and my display didn’t work (never did). I called for 2 months each and every time getting attitude and being told to call back next week. I’m finally able to get it in and they proceeded to have my vehicle for over 3 months with absolutely no updates. When I would call for an update I was told “they are still working on it” with a side of attitude nothing more. I finally get my car back just to be told it needs EVEN MORE work done and to call them next week. I think okay fine but come to find out my headlights don’t work. They say they will fix them when they fix the other problem. I call and low and be hold I get told to call in a week….again. So I go somewhere else and turns out they messed up not just my headlights but the whole inside of vehicle and I have now spent over $1,000 getting it fixed and having a lot more to go. So with that being said NEVER EVER GO HERE. You ask for cheap you get cheap. I learned my lesson and now you learn from mine.

Had $64,439 in PPP (taxpayer) loans forgiven on 02/25/2021. Never paid a dime on what they owed. I bought a lemon from them and received 0 support. The only thing this business cares about is how much money they can get out of your pocket.

Against my better judgement, despite what people told me about this place, I still traveled 2 hours round trip just to be turned around at the door. Jerk. Gladly going anywhere else

Purchased a vehicle from Sigg Motors and in less then 2 weeks the motor blew up. Sigg Motors then had the vehicle for 9 months while I paid for it, with no loaner vehicle, and charged me $5,000. Attempted to purchase another vehicle (because I do understand that this is happen) to have it less then a month when the front end fell out and they refused to do anything. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Every time a problem has come up with my vehicle, it's a hassle getting any follow-up on the things that need to be taken care of. One time, I was without my car for weeks just to be told, "The mechanics looked at everything, and there's nothing wrong with it." The next issue that required my car to be dropped off, I was told I would get a "loaner" until my vehicle was ready. Guess who didn't ever get that loaner and THEN didn't even have my car after work so I could pick up kids from school. Which was another promise made that fell through. If you don't need your vehicle, that probably won't be a problem. But I do as a single mom, so it creates a lot of unnecessary chaos when people don't deliver the way they say they will. Tbh, if there was a no star option, that'd be my review. I was leery about buying there since I've heard people say, "You either love em or you hate em, buying cars from them, there's no middle." I've definitely learned that lesson

I bought a F150 there and over the last 5 years have had no problems with it at all. Awesome people with quality cars and trucks. Now I'm sending my son's there to buy vehicles!

My son recently purchased a nice car from Siggs. They treated Tanner very well and really guided him to a car that he really liked. I know he will be happy with his car because Siggs care about their customers. They are very friendly. Anywhere else I have gone I have found car salespersons obnoxious and pushy. That never happens. Thank you Siggs for the good experience my son had at your dealership. Totally honest people and go out of their way to be acommodating. If I live long enough to trade again, I will be right back at Siggs. Great people.

My friend is on car #2 from them. The first one was a 2012 dodge journey that spent so much time in the shop they made her replace it with the second one that is a 2018 Chevy Malibu less than a month ago, and now the Malibu is in the shop because the engine!

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Siggs! I couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness I’ve been given by EVERYONE there! They have always known what I need and never fail to come up with the right car for me!! This place is amazing and I will continue to do business here and will recommend to anyone!! Bought a vehicle from them a few years back, instantly had issues. Took over a week to get my vehicle in and in order for that to even happen I got cussed at by the “shop manager” and the other “manager” acts like you’re putting him out putting in a complaint. Had a rough summer this year explained that to one of the ladies that generally answers the phone and she said that was fine. As we never had an issue paying before with them. Gave a timeline on when we would be back up to snuff on payments. Not even a week later we get a text… a text message saying we had 24 hours to get a payment in or they were repoing the car. The past due total was under 400 dollars and were told “you have cheap payments”. And after borrowing money from family (which I hate doing) to pay the balance we messaged the number that texted us the day prior letting them know it was in the payment dropbox. I’ll post photos of the texts soon. Customer service is awful, communication within their business is terrible, and it’s a “family run” business so they have no standard of operating procedures when it comes to any issue, it just depends on their mood that day. Use money orders and request receipts if you pay any other way. I’ll be asking for a letter of loan completion once I make our final payment even though we use only money orders because I just don’t trust this company. The front office ladies are nice but that’s about it.

Bought a van from them, not even a week in it died and they picked it up and I haven't had it since. They won't let me put that money towards another vehicle and have left my kids and I stranded. Horrible ladies at the front, not friendly and will yell at your kids. Not family friendly.....

This location always has the customer in mind! With tons of vehicles that range through different body styles and vehicle makes. It's why Siggs Auto is always looking like it' poppin and the place to be. When in fact most of those cars parked out front are just waiting to be sold to you. They are family owned and operated and you can definitely feel your business is always appreciated.

I will tell you this. This place may not be the most organized. They do not send out monthly statements, you must be responsible and just always pay when you are supposed to. The office ladies have always been nothing but nice, (as long as I was nice) and willing to help when there was questions. Mitch can be intense...however, anyone who gets a vehicle from them must understand he has a business to run and collecting on past due payments and such is what he must do.He does not always speak to customers they way he should but he got us up and running in a vehicle when we needed one most, low interest and without looking over our credit with a magnify glass. We are almost finished paying off our vehicle and we are thankful for them when we needed them. This business is very busy and in return clients must be patient. It is a hometown business and not ran like a large corporation. Anytime we had life events that struck us financially they were more than willing to work with us, (as long as we reached out before late). Once again just be kind and pay your payment and you will not have any problems! Over-all giving a 4 rating due to not statements go out. Over-all we have had a great experience here.

Shady place. Do not recommend if you are LGBTQ. They interrogate you, asking all sorts of personal questions that have nothing to do with a vehicle purchase. I was told to give them a couple days to find me the right vehicle. So I called after three days just to be ignored both times I called. Never got a call back but that's okay I found a different dealership to go through and I'm loving my new car.

Walking into a warm and welcome place with friendly people, seemed to good to be true! Because it was, after spending 2 days with my infant and 2 year old son, sitting in the building watching the workers work with EVERYONE but myself. Sat there waiting and waiting while they beat around the bush. Finally ended up telling my significant other, NOT myself who was buying the car, that they didn’t want to help me. Don’t understand why I wasn’t told in the first place and why they told me to come back and waste more of my time. I have heard SO many bad things about this place, but now, I have my own experience. DO NOT waste your time.

EDIT: I really do love my vehicle purchase, and albeit at very first they did make us feel very welcomed. Now that some time has passed that warm nature is gone. Just because a customer is fairly younger than the seller, it does not give rights to talk down to the customer treating them childlike. Very poor attitude and behavior. If improvement is shown, I will change my rating, but I wouldn't hold my breath. 👎

Excellent family oriented business with a bountiful variety of vehicles and financing. They seemed to be conscientious and focused on customer service. Found a Buick Enclave with low miles in great shape, and ready to roll. Upgrades to the facilities are in progress. Thanks to the guys. Nice experience.

I looked for a truck for 8 months at many dealerships. My credit wasn't the best but I had some money to put down. They were very patient with me and allowed me to spend the time selecting my new truck. I absolutely love my new truck and I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity to own the nicest vehicle I've ever had. I felt like family the whole time I was their and I will never hesitate to go back. Thanks guys I love my truck.

Have been working with jarick hes super nice talked to mitch yesterday he wanted know more about me and my sittuation he made me feel like he actually cared unlike some other dealerships i have delt with he didnt have anything bad to say about any other deslership again unlike the other dealers around town. They are awesome great service and super friendly. Mitch was willing to work with me and help me get my first car and they didnt pass judgment on me when i told them i have never had a license at my age another dealer just laughed at me when i told them

Worst buying experience I've ever had in my life. The owner trys everything in his power to screw you over, and is a jerk while doing it. Only bought a vehicle because I absolutely needed one at the time. Took 1/2 year to fix what was agreed to at signing and only 1/2 Of what was agreed on got fixed.. I hope something happens to shut them down. For the love of everything holy go somewhere else. 4 stars for the lady's in the office they were very nice and helpful. UPDATE just received notice from owner threatening to take legal action against me if I do not remove this post.

I do not know how these people sell cars. There is only one guy to talk to & he is very, very rude. We tried doing business there 4 times & waited for over 2 hours & still cold not get service. The one time we actually got to drive a car, he left before we even got back. But that's ok because the car was dirty (they do not clean their cars at all) & the AC didn't even work & it was WAY overpriced! They were too busy helping customers that had already bought a vehicle there that was bringing them back with problems. Steer clear of this place!

Their customer service is poor, they're very unorganized. Too many vehicles, not enough space on the property for them. The salesmen are not very knowledgable or helpful. Seems as if no one knows what is going on, or where anything is. We visited twice. The first time was better than the second.We spent a lot of time just standing around waiting for someone to figure out what was going on. If you're not planning on buying a vehicle the same day you go in, don't even bother coming here. We were made to feel as if we were inconveniencing the staff to even look or ask valid questions about the vehicle we were considering purchasing. While talking on a one on one basis about our interest in the vehicle the salesman ruddily answered a phone call and just cut the breeze. He was also interrupted by his secretary who wanted to use profanity multiple times while my one year old child was in the room. We were not impressed, and will be taking our business elsewhere.
