The parts ordered on this page do not arrive and the seller does not answer calls. I have an order with an unknown output status and they do not give me an answer. I do not recommend this service for purchase because they lack transparency. I am filing a claim through the appropriate channels for a refund of what I paid. The merchandise never arrived and I never received a response or explanation. I feel disappointed as a consumer.
Purchased a ford steering column and specifically asked to make sure the shift link was tight, as most Fords become floppy with abuse. Spent the money to send a courier nearly 6hrs round trip for a $100 part. Part I received was nearly broke through. Was told I would get my card credited back, no mention that they would want the broken part back. After 4 business days I called requesting a copy of the credit, and was told I needed to return the part (at my expense) for a refund. Then the manager/owner had the audacity to say if I were in his shoes I would do the same thing. NO we wouldn't, If we sold a broken part I would (and have) either paid for shipping to return and refunded ENTIRE amount or asked for a satisfactory compromise. Not only did they not sell the quality stated, but then expected me to spend $120 to get a $100 refund with zero attempt at apologies or compromise other than being upset that I don't spend the time and money to get another one from them. Now I understand their business acumen
People, this place is legit. I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s about time I was able to get good honest service. Wish I had known about this place sooner.
A good selection of parts for my vehicle at the best price I. I was able to go inspect the part before I bought it (a door assembly). It is a rather large salvage yard and it took a few minutes to find the vehicle, but just knowing the condition of the part beforehand was worth the effort. After verifying the part, they went out and removed the part and loaded it into my vehicle. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They do not accept checks, but I assume they have a card reader. (I paid in cash. The waiting room was cool and comfortable and they gave each of us a bottle of water while we waited. Staff was friendly and personable.
The gentleman on the phone is unprofessional. Asked for a special request that was a man Minor ( transmission drain plug) and he made a fictitious remark about the value in Broadway Truck and auto, he was utterly disputatious about a small inquiry. Will not go back to this place and will not recommend it to another soul on this earth. Extremely poor service for their customers.
They discouraged me 2 times on the phone, that they did not have the rim I was needing. I went there anyway. After being sent to the furthest end of the lot I came back up to the building and in the rim and wheel area, (by the office) low and behold there was the exact rim I was needing. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because I found the rim I needed. Not sure how the salvage yards still survive with terrible attitudes, and cheap after market parts but some how they are around. They have a big selection so if you know what you are needing, save the waste of a phone call and go find it and get it.
If you order a Crankcase Vent filter for a 6.7 Powerstroke, double check the filter. The one I ordered was beat up with brown residue inside the housing of the filter. I'll order a “NEW” one through a reputable Dealer.
I recently bought an alternator from them.The alternator was bad.I noticed connection piece was lose after purchase.I never installed well piece fell off. After a month i called and was told bring in receipt and no problem i had a 90 day warranty.I went in there next day and was told they did not have another.The owner told me i broke it and refused to compromise in any manner.I took alternator off counter and exited just as i entered.I would not accept ice from them if we lived in hell.Very unprofessional will never return.Contacted BBB.....
Got screwd on scrap metal. Dont trust there scales!! Took a previous load of same material to another place and weighed more! Have recipes to prove it!! Plus I've done scrap for a long time. The weight is never exactly 5,000 lbs. There is always fluctuations. Never going here for scrap again. Thanks for nothing!!
On our way to Pagosa Springs the car had a low tire pressure light and these folks jumped on it and fixed it faster than I could believe. All super friendly. Highly recommend them.
I realized I got there kind of late in the day on A Wednesday And the yard guys had already gone home The Feller at the front desk That greeted me when I came in the doorTold me that he would have his help is help look for a set of rims that I was looking for 1st thing Thursday morning and he should know something by 9 30 10 o'clock 9 o'clock I called them at noon time they still hadn't looked still hadn't lookedI guess my sale was small peanuts And not worth the effort to do what he said he would Maybe you could do better
I drove here from Oklahoma City to get a specific light truck axle I needed. Their employees were very careful removing the parts from the salvaged truck, and and included all the brake lines, springs, bolts, park brake cables, and etc. They didn't hack it out like other salvage outfits do. The pricing was so reasonable, and I also bought interior parts, and a door and a fender. They helped me load my truck, and and provided cardboard to protect my bed.
Their yard is clean and very well organized. I was impressed. Wish these guys were closer to Oklahoma City!
They had what I needed and they were very nice to talk too, they pull the parts and they have coffee while you wait for them to get your part's. I was very pleased to do business with them
Employees are rude and need to learn better customer service skills. I tried to return or exchange parts after they gave me the wrong exterior color. I didn’t realize this until I had gotten home, since the colors are very similar. They provided me with B2 (Harvest Gold Metallic) when I needed C2 (Gold Ash Metallic). Due to their poor customer service and rudeness, I will never do business with them again. I found the right parts at Sandlian and they were $45.00 cheaper on the total amount.
I’ve been ordering parts off & on from Broadway for a little over a year (April 2018) over the phone using Metro Courier service to ship without any problems. WELL TODAY (6/11/19) I called Broadway from the parking lot of another salvage yard freaking out over a missed part. These wonderful ladies bailed me out, calmed me down, had the yard guys pull the part while I was driving over there to pick it up and even proceeded to give me some lessons on the salvage yard software package we use in common. ALL after 5:00 (they close at 5:30) THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES for bailing me out of the fire & pulling me back from the brink!!!
I highly recommend these guys, I got excellent customer service even before they knew I was from another salvage yard. They were quick, friendly, helpful, and taught me a bunch in the meantime.

I bought a motor and had to pay before they would take it out of the vehicle paid extra for them to them to take out and it’s been over 24 hours. I keep calling them, they said they’ll call me when they get it out. Very rude person and all of the workers were only inside doing nothing. Very lazy people and the worse thing I can’t get my money back.
I always get a good deal here. They can pull your parts, or if you prefer, you can pull your own. Great place with awesome people, can't recommend them enough.
Very courteous on the phone prior to visit. Drove 4 hours to get part they were right on top of that I had my part within 5 minutes and was gone. Great job
Drove 200 miles to get a receiver hitch. After trying to install it, I realized it was sprung 3 to 4 inches. Took pictures of the hitch and sent them to the owner, the owner was very rude and said it was not bent when it left the shop but claimed I had bent it. After looking at the pictures he said "all I see is a receiver hitch and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, just bolt it on." The hitch was clearly 3 inches off center, but he continued to be rude and say just bolt it on. I would not recommend for anybody to do business with this company. He does not stand behind his product.
Curt, but quick, they had the transmission ready to go, even loaded it up for me. Cheaper than LKQ, and faster than pulling it yourself, which you can also do. Decent selection
Been going back and forth. These guys told me that the were busy and could not pick up my truck for a week. So I checked around and found they were the cheapest. So I made an appointment with them. They were going to come out and get it on Tuesday but I had to get tags so I cx the Tuesday pick up and told them Wednesday would be better. So Wednesday came and went and no tow truck I gave them till Friday to come puck up truck. On Friday I called to see why they didn't come to pick up truck. I tried to talk to the guy I made the appointment with but the lady told me he wasn't in I then told her my situation and all of a sudden he was there. The reason why they didn't pick up truck was he was waiting for me to let them know to come pick up the truck when we discussed a Wednesday pick up so I gave them till Monday and still no pick. I cancelled my appointment and went to another machanic. I was looking for a regular machanic to work on my truck. I will not give them none of my business do to the way they handled my experience .
