I been to this auction house couple times now an always find somethin worth bid on. Place is run straight, folks there explain the rules clear an keep things movin fast. Prices go fair dependin who all is biddin, but I walked out with good deals more than once. I like the setup, easy to register an pay, an I’ll sure be back for the next sale.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is the absolute worst! I'm not one to leave reviews like this and I am the type of person to admit when I'm at fault, but I'm not! This place lost my belongings and the only 2 things I need they will only reimburse me for the keys that they lost but what i really need is the signed contract from a client that was in my vehicle when they towed it. That contract Is what hurts me the worst because without it I'm looking at a $25,000.00 law suit. Not only is this business not holding their selves or their staff accountable for the loss of my personal belongings they are making this very stressful on me and my family financially!! I'll take this review down once I get the contract back or at least a check for what they are costing me. I did what they asked, I set an appointment and went there just to wait an hour to be told they don't have my things!

the worst auction, I bought a truck, they don't want to load it on my trailer, they hide a lot from people, but the most important thing is that they write that the insurance company is selling

This place has some of the best people in the country, I get there from Dallas, the facility was clean , the girls on the front were fast and professional, then I had an issue with the car I purchased, I went back to ask for help, the branch manger stepped in and she was amazing person . Andrea I wish we have more people like you everywhere, thank you so much , you make it easy for me . IAA you should hire more people like Andrea

They are treating customers with racism I went to pick up a car said run and drive But it’s not running or driving No power no gas I went back to the office ask 2 times for jump box or jump cable 3 girls on the office said one time we don’t have it I called my friend to get me a jump box I stay out side waiting my friend Some white lady bought a black Toyota from them And not running She went to the office A minute later one of the 3 girls on the office came out with blue jump box and started the car for her I went to her ask nicely Y when I asked you guys for jump box not helping me like her She is starting yelling at me I told her it’s okay don’t worry thanks anyway What you gone call that

They will say the car run and drive and rate the car 50/50 do not believe what they put on the website. Make sure you do your research and understand their definition of what run and drive mean because it doesn’t mean the car drives at all. And BE AWARE OF FEES!!!!

IAA corporate sucks and continues to strip branches of the ability to provide customer support. I’ve been a registered buyer since 1996 through multiple dealerships and bought 1000s of boats, campers, rvs, and salvage vehicles. Your customer service continues to decline along with preview hours, while fees continue to climb. It’s honestly no wonder more and more insurance companies choose other resellers. I’d love to be contacted. Your automated CS line simply hangs up and emails clients a case number to be reviewed within 72hrs. It’s gotten ridiculous with IAA. I don’t expect you to reach out as I have asked. I do expect you to try to disregard this review and give me an email address to forward my concerns.

I've tried calling but no one's answering the phone. I sent a driver from 11 hours away, he got there about 1hr ago and is waiting because there's no internet and apparently he can't pick up the vehicle that has been paid and scheduled for pick up because the office has issues with their internet. IAA needs to work on offering alternate solutions to these very basic issues that happen time and again, delaying and costing customers 100's of dollars more

This is the second time I have picked up a vehicle here in the sublot. The first was a motorhome and the catalytic converter had been stolen, today I picked up an RV and they stole the spare tire, the propane tanks, the cover of the tanks and the TV. I know because when we bought the trailer we printed its photos and it had everything.In the sublot they do not have anyone working or supervising the collection of vehicles, which is why many person vandalize vehicles.

Terrible customer service. I went to look at vehicles and they turned me away. only a 6 hour window to look. I went back with my meter to check and you can't take a diagnostic meter or jump pack in and they won't start cars for you. the people on site were rude and unhelpful. if you are considering using them don't not worth it. waste of time.

INSANE fees. I'll buy one of the lot cheaper without having to fix. I mean 3k for the item and 1k for fees!?!?!? Plus they say they take cash but they don't say they limit it to 500.

I cant get these people to answer the phone! Called several times, sat on hold for 10 minutes each time but never spoke to anyone. Left messages with no returned call. BS!

Probably the rudest IAA we have ever encountered. I strongly suggest working on customer service with the 2 ladies at the front desk.

Left multiple voicemails previously with no response and this time I was on hold for 2hrs until close with no answer. They don’t even answer my insurance’s calls. Do I need to send a search party or police??

They lost a key for our vehicle that was sold to us with a key, and the manager initially agreed to cover the cost. After we picked up the vehicle, we couldn't get in touch with that manager again. Every time we called, they said that the only manager - Andrea knows about your case, and she is never available, never picks up her direct line or replies to emails. It got to the point where they would hang up the phone on me when they hear that I am calling regarding that car. Very costly and frustrating experience. Our customer is angry for late delivery as we have to replace the key with Lexus dealership, and our driver is disappointed as they expected a run and drive car, and the vehicle didn't have a key. They just couldn't care less.

Every word out of there mouth is “should be” “maybe there at over flow lot” someone should be there” I think it’s paid for” Maybe these employees should have a job or maybe not... Terrible business etiquette!

When you have to deal with the public, you might try being a little more compassionate and empathetic. And, perhaps, LISTEN to people. Maybe take notes for when you're expecting people so you're not wasting their time.

Where to begin...when picking up the car the driver ran into our gate which compromised its integrity. I'm guessing they assumed it was salvage because they left the window down and it rained inside. After informing them I was going to fix my car they brought it back, only to drop if off the lift. Apparently it was not common sense to put the parking brake on and/or put it in 1st gear. Dumped it facing backwards with no tags. Called a few times and never received a response. Super!

Staff are very nice and helpful. They have one loader that all he does is complain about everything not very friendly. The other are ok get job done.

Customer service was good but the time it took them to get the car was terrible waited an entire hour and nothing happen had to come back that next monday
