Great people worked with Jake Lubbers and Tommy the numbers guy. Both were easy to work with. Gave us a very reasonable deal on the purchase and trade-in. Discussed a few tweaks to the offer. They stepped out so my wife and I could discuss. Told them we needed a little more time. To think it over We would get back to them in a couple hours one way or another. They were okay with that and let us walk out the door. After a couple hour of mulling it over we purchased a new vehicle and drove it off the lot in a short time. We toot their horn to anyone who asked about our new rides

Told service writer to replace my driver front turn signal. Came back and they replaced my battery but didn't even bother with the item that was MY concern.

Maybe don’t have your techs tighten the oil drain bolt to the point not even a breaker bar can help get it off and to top it off the bolt is stripped so you can’t even get it off

Excellent place to take your car Chevy service side and Ford service side are both very professional Darren on the Chevy side is very very knowledgeable. Danny and Nate on the Ford side or very very helpful when it comes to getting me in to have my car looked at or for an oil change would highly recommend lubbers service.

Really bad experience at this place, not even a month after I got my truck it started having problems with the engine, we had a warranty and they didn’t fix it. We noticed something was wrong with the truck so we called the dealer, they had the truck at the dealer for a month, just to tell us that they couldn’t do anything because the tires the truck had were big for the truck and that had caused the problem. We bought it with those tires from the dealer and they still didn’t do anything to mend the situation. They magically forgot to add that to the contract so it wouldn’t be in the warranty. We are now forced to fix it out of pocket (which is not cheap at all!) since they blindsided us. We bought the truck because it was needed for work and now we’re back to square 1 with no working truck. The only thing they said was sorry so I guess SORRY is the new currency!! Never buying from here again. Never going to recommend this place not only did they blindsided me but they also caused me and my family great damage.

Ryan Lubbers is the BEST! Lubbers will get you in a car, make sure it's running properly, and take care of you even after you drive off the lot. They take pride in not selling you a crap car, it is worth the drive to Lubber's if you want good, family people, who take pride in what they do.

Terrible service experience. I asked a lot of questions before I brought my truck in about out of pocket expenses. My truck is under warranty and everything that was repaired was under warranty. Somehow I still ended up having to pay a lot of money out of pocket. Didn’t have enough money to cover it and was told that I’d have to come up with it somehow so my truck can be released back to me. Rick said is there someone you can beg borrow or steal from. Recorded calls are the best.

We came here a little under a year ago, thinking that we would never be able to lease a car again due to a recent repo. However, they worked with us anyway and we were able to get a very nice car and the payments are fair. They are amazing to work with and we go here for all of our oil changes and everything else related to the car and they do not over charge for any of those services, like you assume most dealerships would. I am so grateful to this place for working with us and making it possible for our family to have a reliable car again. The year before we leased our car from them, we kept buying cars online and they would break down on us. So it was a nice change to know that what we got thru them was reliable. There was a point where my husband was in between jobs and they worked with us on the payments instead of coming out and taking the car from us. This is the one and only dealership we will be going thru for any cars in our future.

I drove down from Kansas City because I wanted that small town dealership car buying experience. It did not disappoint. The guys at Lubbers Chevy were awesome and well worth the drive. I highly recommend taking the time to drive down. They are just great people to work with.

I tried several places to get financed and every place denied me except lubbers they approved me over the phone so I wouldn't have to go up there and sit for hours just to be denied and top of all of that I got a Silverado I thought was a pretty good deal I will be coming back once my credit gets better and the truck loan gets almost paid off and maybe get a full size truck next thank you and i love my truck

Lubbers was awesome! We drove an hour to come look at a car, which they hid in the back for us so noone would take it before we got there. They gave us an amazing deal, which included a warranty, free oil change and filled up my tank. They were quick and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and the next time I'm in the market, we will be back.

Bought my Escape at Lubbers in October. Love my car, they worked an honest, fair, and excellent deal. My payments are what I can afford, my interest rate went way down from my prior car, and everything was clear and simple. This is my 3rd car I’ve bought from them over the years. Everytime I try another dealer in Wichita I am disappointed and often get lied to or sold a cruddy car. I’ve learned my lesson and will only buy from Lubbers now.

We have bought over 10 vehicles through this dealership and have always had an excellent experience. Always quick and efficient and fully satisfied, or they would make it right.
