Great staff, had what I needed. Had a busted AC hose on an 88 379 Peterbilt. They had all the correct parts on hand and the staff with the knowledge to make a proper hose. Pretty un common now days. You can bet I'll be back,
Needing front brakes on our pickup, with todays culture being throw away, did not know of any one to check the rotors and turn if possible. Mario at store 800004101 in Lyons KS was willing to work with me on the prices, order the parts, and hold them for a few days till payday. Not the service I expected. Very helpful, greatly appreciated. Mario and Robert (counter person) were true examples of customer service, thank you.

Counter was covered with junk if you don't have specific needs they don't seem willing to help it's like there help has no mechanical aptitude or could care less
The community of Rice County Kansas is very fortunate that the Wheatland Auto parts store # 122 in Lyons stocks just about any item a customer would need. I have been in the store many times the last couple of years. Caleb, is very helpful to all customers. If he knows the item is in stock, Dell will go to the shelf and bring the item to the desk and Caleb will verify if it is the correct part. He is very knowledgeable and hospitable, being bilingual too. Caleb is very kind and communicates so well with customers in the store and on the phone. If an item is not in stock personnel will see that it is ordered. Everyone that is helping make the store a success , works to make your experience as friendly and professional as possible. It is so nice to not have to drive many extra miles to a bigger town in order to shop. I like to shop locally.
My car had a dead battery when I stopped in Lyons. Call the NAPA store and he offered to change out my battery. Bought the battery and he drove to the other side of town and put it in my car . He wouldn’t take anything for installing the battery, he said they don’t charge for service. What great customer service!
Customer service isn't a priority and I feel talked down to when I go in. Just not a really enjoyable shopping experience. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt thinking it was an isolated incident. Although, each time I go in this is the feeling. Shop elsewhere unless they have a part nobody else has in stock.
