Late in the afternoon I lost a wheel on a trailer in rural Nebraska. We're about 650 miles from home. We were able to get the trailer off the highway. Called to let the Sheriff's Department know about the trailer and asked for recommendations for a tow company. They suggested Renegade.
We called and spoke to Eric, but didn't ask him to come out as we weren't sure how to proceed. We rented a trailer to load our trailer onto and called Renegade to see if they could help us load the trailer. Shelly told us they were booked until early afternoon and we agreed to wait. A few minutes later, she called back to say they had a hole in there schedule and Eric was on the way.
Eric pulled up and immediately informed us he'd loaded trailers in this condition before. He definitely knew what he was doing. Quickly loaded to trailer onto his rollback. We got off the highway and onto a side road where he prepared to load the trailer onto my rental trailer when we discovered it wouldn't fit. I asked Eric if he could store the trailer until we could get it, he readily agreed saying they had a lot of vehicles in their yard.
I then called and asked if I they could recommend a local repair shop, which they did and then took the trailer to the shop for repair.
Eric and Shelly were extremely helpful and performed very professionally. Highly recommend their services should you need them!
Had a car stranded at Milford reservoir and called Renegade early in the morning..he was out there before the time he quoted and towed it about 45 minutes away. No problems and easy to communicate with.
Price was more than fair. I will call him again (lord knows I hope I don't have to) but he was great and safe.

I broke down while travelling between Nebraska and Kansas, called them and they arrived within 30 minutes and had me at a repair shop within 45. This occurred on a Friday and them taking care of me as fast as they did allowed me to get back on the road quickly and not stuck there all weekend.
I got stuck on Friday in the middle of all the crazy storms, call them they had out and on my way in less then one hour, very friendly and the price was very fair I think
I ran out of fuel. Renegade was the only one that would bring fuel to my location and was very prompt. Not a lot of hoops to jump through like the service companies have you do. Within an hour I was up and running and back down the highway.
They were wonderful to work with getting one of our trucks towed to Volvo and having to wait till I could get one of our truck down there to pick up the trailer very fair price and good communication. Would use again.
Great guys and professional service with good attitude especially jerry, they are really 7 days a week available, they were really the only ones available on Sunday on that area. I would definitely recommend or would hire them again.

I had a combine stuck really deep. They came right out. They hooked up to the combine and carefully brought it right out. I thought the bill was more than fair. I'd recommend them to anyone.
This company did a great job of getting to us fast and got us out but seemed to take advantage of us because we were from out of state. Price was discussed up front on the phone before they were told to come out. Once they got us out, they changed the pricing by adding other charges that were not explained up front. If we had known the “real” charge up front, we would have most likely looked into other options.
