INCREDIBLE customer service. I found a hood for my car on eBay and noticed they were located close by (2 hour drive away). The price was great and the pictures showed that the hood would match my car perfectly.
I called up and spoke with Junior and he informed me that it was noted on his end that this hood had some hail damage on it that wasn't super visible in the photos. I went ahead and purchased the hood over the phone with the expectation to drive 4 hours round trip to pick it up the next day.
Without being asked, the next day Junior sent me up close photos of the damage to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying the hood, but Denton Auto Salvage could very very easily have allowed me to drive 4 hours round trip and waste my entire day to pick up a part that I wouldn't have been happy with.
I was instantly refunded the money to my card and left with a feeling of being treated very well in this situation. Would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Denton Auto as you can rest assured that they will make sure you're taken care of and happy with your purchase. Will be recommending friends and family to use them in the future.

Denton Auto & Autoland in St. Marys Kansas needs a 10 star review. Their customer service and response time is top notch. They went above and beyond to find me an almost new console for our 2017 Ram Rebel. They had to search for it because I wanted the exact one with the red and black stitching. They found it and even sent me pictures to make sure it was acceptable. They shipped it to my local dealership for easy pick up.

Incredibly impressed by the customer service and timeliness of Denton Auto when I needed a new transfer case for my Dodge 3500. The replacement part was 1/3 the cost of a new/refurbished one and it worked flawlessly.
I don’t order car parts often but on a recent 1998 Honda civic I had I needed a new window and couldn’t find one anywhere. Trent took it upon himself to find one and the only one he found was all the way in Emporia which he order and got to me really quick. Great job to Denton Auto and absolutely amazing customer service from Trent!
I have been working with Trent and he always sends me the best parts at great prices! He asks the right questions to make sure i get exactly what I need. Company wide I love the how easy they make it to buy parts and they offer and stand by their warranty.

I was fortunate enough to work with Trent for a recent auto part search. I hadn’t searched nationwide for auto parts in the past and ended up making an inquiry at Denton Auto. I was connected to a text conversation with Trent. Trent was exceptional!! I asked a lot of follow up questions, asked for price concessions, asked for pictures of the product, etc. Trent was extremely courteous, patient, professional the entire time. He provided all the info I was looking for, set appropriate expectations, etc. I found similar wheels in other sites, but because of the service that I received from Trent, decided to place the order with Denton. I was looking for a part and having a difficult time in my state. I called this company and they were very helpful not only did they have one of what I was looking for but they had several. They sent me a photograph of the part and helped make arrangements for picking it up. The price was spot on and Trent was extremely helpful. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
I would 100% recommend this company! I have been looking for an extremely hard to find part. I reached out with all my information and Trent spent 2 days working with me confirming and researching to make sure the part they had would work. Extremely patient and professional.
I gave it 2 stars because ive never had problems ordering from denton before but this go around has been AWFUL!!! was told my part was there drove all the way to st marys to be told it was their mistake but i could drive to Carbondale to pick up said i couldnt do that so had to wait 3 more days drove back to st marys and they had ordered they wrong part (mind u they had the vin#) so here we r was told the new one would be in in 3 days....4 days later and im being told it still hasnt shown up im very frustrated and aggravated with the whole situation was supposed to leave today to spend a week with my family who lives 2 hours away and am now being told it wont be here til probably monday!!! Wont be ordering from denton anymore....ive had to spend way more money than i should have and they have yet to make their own deadlines

Trent was super helpful in helping me find my parts over the phone. I drove to the Carbondale location, and I remembered I needed a couple more things. He was very helpful and accommodating in getting me those things while I waited, as well. He took me out to the yard to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I was getting. I needed parts for a 2008 Audi TT - I needed the front end with radiator and inner cooler and all the parts in between Dash Denton Auto was able to find all the pieces and parts I needed make sure they fit and was the right thing - they are helpful n fast - Trent is the best!

I have been in auto repair my entire life and in business for myself for 15 plus years. This place has probably the best customer service I have seen. Great place and had the parts no one else had. Denton Auto is almost 8 hours away from me and it did not effect they way they done business with me. Very quick response and went the extra mile. Highly recommend and if available holler at Trent Hodges. He is the one that took care of me.
Called about a part and asked to make sure it wasn't bent or dinged up, I was told it looked in good condition. Drove an hour and a half there to get it, they wheeled it out and it was scratch to hell with dings on it. Maybe once you pick the item if you notice damages you should call your customer back and let them know so they don't waste their time. I chose to ignore the other guys snarky comment but at least the one I was speaking with was very apologetic and well mannered.
ordered a dash panel... they said it was not in good shape so they decided to refund my money but im still giving them 5 stars because they were good people and i'm glad they wanted to make sure my product was either in good shape or money back.. 10/10 will go here if i need anything else
