The original employee I interacted with was great. The second employee however was very rude and decided to take my money elsewhere. Probably shouldn't cuss at a customer with a pocket full of cash.
Great staff. Had a friends bike get picked up by them. Did a great job hauling the bike and kept it inside a locked building instead of outside. Great service.

Owner is a great person and helped my family tremendously in a pinch. My car broke down 30miles from anything in Kansas. AAA sent this company and I was so thankful by the end. A family of 3, only 2 of us could fit in the tow truck. My husband walked 3 miles to the nearest public location with air conditioning during 100degree day. The owner of this towing company called his grandson to pick up my husband and deliver him to the uHaul place where my toddler and I were headed. Every time we passed a convenience store or gas station he asked if we needed water or to use the restroom (it was an hours drive from the location we broke down). Upon arrival he made sure me and my child remained in the air conditioning until he verified with the uHaul owner that he would be able to help us. He then called AAA to complain to them for how long it took them to dispatch him to pick us up in such heat and with a child. (2hours, when he was no more than 40min away)And that they had us trying to catch a Lyft for that length of time which would never have come way out there (AAA told us because of COVID we wouldn’t be able to ride with our car being towed but they could give us a LYFT voucher.)
This man went above and beyond what was expected of him and didn’t ask for a single penny over whatever AAA paid him. I am so very grateful for it!
