They were able to help me get my car back on the road quickly. All the guys were very professional and researched the cost of a new part I will need soon.
I began taking vehicles from work over to Auto-Tek in 2008. Because of their service, price, and customer care, I began taking our own vehicles to them when they need repair or service. The only time we have not is when the vehicle needed Warranty Work from the dealer.
Gary, Dave and Crew are super thorough and professional. They even pick up and deliver either my car or truck when I have them serviced. They also look out for the overall maintenance of my vehicles. Most highly recommended!
I don't recommend this establishment. I've had multiple bad experiences, from the owner being rude and yelling at me, to the staff letting my battery run dead and trying to charge me for a replacement battery, to requested repairs not being performed and still receiving and multi-hundred dollar bill.
If you need anything more than an oil change, go somewhere else.
Gary and Dave are some of the best guys to deal with when it comes to vehicle repairs. We used them for all our vehicle repairs when we lived in Minneapolis. We came back to visit and had the check engine light come on today. Gary was kind enough to hook up to our truck, even though they were busy, and see what the code was. Great place to do business. Okay customer service, very very over priced called multiple places after I dropped my truck off to have a transmission put in and everywhere was close to $500 they charged me $1,250. After telling me it would only be $1,000 over the phone. If you go to these guys be prepared to spend extra.
Had busted brake line on my old 95 GMC truck than was original. I tried to remove it but no luck. Auto-Tek replace one brake line and the water pump 3 1/2 years ago so took it back to them. They replaced the brake line and bled the system and the brakes work great now! They are honest, friendly, fast and very reasonable on their prices. You can't go wrong with them working on your vehicles. Goes to show you how small town businesses in my opinion, are better than those in the "big" cities!
So, first day on the road and ran into some auto problems. The owner of this shop went above and beyond to make sure we are being taken care of. We have been towed to his shop where we are 'glamping' in his shop yard. He made sure we have electric, a/c and water. We're using electricity from his business! He won't be able to work on our vehicle until Monday but we'll be back on the road safely! So grateful to be safe and have everything taken care of.
Great service, very friendly, and good prices. I had to put off changing the struts on my car bc everyone in Salina wanted close to 1500 to do just the front with alignment. I just spent a fraction of that here. A very big thank you. I'll be back for the other two services I need.
