3 days ago my car refused to start after being subjected to several very cold days. I called AAA who sent the nicest young man from Parker Towing. He was so polite & helpful getting my car starred & suggesting a trip to O'Reilly in Parsons might be a good idea (again, a very pleasant young man installed a new battery for me). I called 3 places closer to me & all were too busy to help. I would gladly recommend Parker to anyone needing auto assistance!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Parker’s Towing & Recovery LLC. I was dealing with a stripped bolt on my tire and was stressed about how long it might take to fix. They came out quickly and had the bolt removed in less than 10 minutes. The service was extremely professional, efficient, and reassuring from start to finish.
What really stood out to me was the kindness and integrity shown — since it was Christmas time, he provided the service completely free of charge. That level of generosity is rare and truly appreciated. It wasn’t just about getting the job done, but about helping someone out when they needed it most.

Wonderful service and great rates! We were 135 miles from home in a different state when the axle dropped out of the used car we had just traded into. We called 7 companies, including our private auto insurance, and this guy was the cheapest!

This company is awesome. I had a flat tire 5 miles from Parsons KS at 11:30 at night. Kenny the owner, came out to fill up my tire only to find out that the tire was shot. He took me to a hotel in Parsons and then went back and towed my car to the hotel. He met me at the hotel the next day and switched out my tire with new one that I had delivered. He is a life saver. I cant thank him enough. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend.
Kenny and his crew handled moving my new shed from Girard to my house w.of Savonburg professionally and carefully. Even sent me pix of the loading process! Said it was a really long trip at 30 miles an hour, & two tires blew out on a dolly when they hit a rough patch in the road! Got it positioned with only a few nerves frayed on my part, & he said we did a good job on our gravel pad. Recommended highly for any job, even doing a house repo!?????
I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to here. This company is outstanding, with the technician that helped us ( Marshal) being the closest thing to hero that I have seen in a long time. He came out in a severe storm to help us when no one else would. Exceptional price for an extraordinary and professional job. If you're in need of this type of service, it would be a mistake to not call them first. I travel a lot and have not seen this kind of dedicated and professional service anywhere in the world.
