The cashier was polite and found the bulbs I needed for my car. However I did ask a simple question about them and he said he knew nothing about changing bulbs in a car. So not real knowledgeable but very polite.
Not very noligable about anything they don't know the right parts and don't like helping any one put a bulb or fuse in for women or say they can't guess they just want to stand there and have the counter hold them up
Always pleasant experience. I am female and there is no gender dis rimination. I am never apprehensive about getting assistance and all associates are very helpful.
I love the guys at O'Reilly's. I'm an old lady and can't get hood up on my truck to check the oil and they are so good about doing that and offer good advise when necessary. No other place in town to check the oil. Love em, Love em.!..
Great staff that knows what they are doing, sometimes they do get busy and try to give every customer there undivided attention to insure they get the part they need.
I like O'Reilly pretty well. I do most all my auto parts here and usually have instock most of what I need. Sometimes I do have to wait overnight but not most the time. Usually the staff do a good job of taking care of customers.
James was extremely helpful. I was driving from Texas to KC. Had a bearing go out on my truck. Got the right part and found someone to install for me. Was back on the in under 3 hrs. Thanks guys .

.....so I get stranded across town at G&W and call and see if they are able to bring over a battery because mine is obviously dead, the jump didn't work at all. No biggie if they can't, and even if they did, I'd install myself. I'm just so far from home and I was trying to avoid asking my disabled hubs to drive over to get me a battery. The other stores I called couldn't because they were short staffed and explained it nicely. Oreilly's gave me the loudest and rudest NO I had gotten from any of the parts stores around here. Wow. I'm stranded, over 20 miles from my house, and you yell at me? Normally super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff so that's why 2 stars. But tonight they went from my favorite store to the one I will now avoid.
Employees are friendly and they can get most car parts you need in short order. My only complaint is the mechanics tools they sell here are chinese junk. Nearly every tool I’ve purchased here either didn’t work for its intended purpose or it broke.
Just because I am a woman does not mean I don't know what type of vehicle I own. The man fought me about what type of truck I have. Then asked me to drive it in as I was holding the fuel pump from the truck. Then told me the so called pump I need was $400.00. I got it somewhere else significantly cheaper. I will never do business with them.
