This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service this time I had the brakes done on my car. Spoke with both Sandy and AJ and they both were able to help me with any questions I’ve had. My family will definitely come back to Bachuras.
Chris and Sandy were understanding of our situation. They had there tow truck pickup purposes van and take it to the shop. Sandy found the necessary part and gave us options on the repair.
They're always friendly and get us in as quickly as possible. This was just a simple oil change and tire rotation, but they took care of it quickly and checked several other things to make sure we were good to go. We dropped it off early, and they may have gotten to it ahead of its appointment, because they called to say it was ready before I expected. We are pleased with their work.
Bachura Automotive did a wonderful job. They checked my car out. Told me what I needed repaired in my car and only what it needed nothing extra. Then they always make sure everything is correct and I was happy with it.

The wife & I were far from home RVing parked at a nearby lake. Our truck encountered a check engine light on a Sunday. Monday called shop in Manhatton but they wouldn't look at it till late Tuesday and wanted batteries checked? Called Bachura and they could check batteries and if needed tow it to Manhattan. I drove truck to Bachura in limp mode. Chris took the time between his other work to look at our truck and diagnosed it to a defective TCM. Bachura took me back to the lake while they called all over to find the part. We found the TCM in Illinois. It arrived on Wednesday. Wed afternoon Chris had part replaced and back running and shifting better than before. They even came out to lake and picked me up to get our truck. Wife and I were sooo happy.. these folks at Bachura worked us in thier buisy schedule to take care of our every needs. Bachura Family Automotive has taken wonderful care of us for years. Whether we’re in a major pinch or just need something routine, they’re the kindest, most skilled, and most helpful humans every single time. This week alone both my husband and I needed serious help with our vehicles and they got us taken care of so quickly so we could be safely back to busy schedules. If you need a trusted mechanic to do the job, and it actually get done right, then this is the place… Not exaggerating here… Chris Bachura is a car wizard and if he doesn’t know right off the bat what is wrong with your car, then he digs deep until it is found.. This is also a family owned business so you know customer service is top notch.. I don’t care if they’re booked up 3 months out, my vehicles will still be taken there to wait in line because I know when I get it back… It is TRUSTED WORK!!! and you can drive your car not worrying about some sketchy mechanics finding short cuts.. These are Facts here I’m stating.. This family and their mechanics are Superior!!! :)

It was great! They were able to diagnose what was wrong in a timely manner and gave me the reassurance that it was a cheaper fix than I had anticipated which was fantastic! They also didn’t try to tack on anything extra to the bill “just because” and made me feel really confident in their services. I will definitely take my car back in the future!

Nothing but the normal. Absolute the best service around. Had my vehicle taken in for an alignment, they notified me of needed repairs before they could align my truck. Checked in the day of the repairs and another issue was found and they made it happen, so I was not without a vehicle.
During the terrible "Snowmaggedon" we had some car problems... it just wouldn't start. I called Bachura's, we're new to the area and I was so impressed. They were out in no time to tow our car and with it being a 2021 we had extended warranty coverage and let me tell you this, Bachura's team is amazing! They made this process so easy. The office staff made countless phone calls and the Inspector at our Warranty Company bragged about how detailed the images and reports were from Bachura. We ended up having to have our engine replaced due to a manufacturing issue, they had our car ready to go 2 days earlier than expected. Everyone I talked to especially Sandy were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the process and what was being done. I appreciate them for sure and recommend them to everyone. Their honest, knowledgeable and their workmanship is impeccable. Our car runs better than ever. Thank you Bachura, you definitely made a lifelong customer with us!!!
Took my truck in for a repair and they test drove it, then said they could change some parts out, but didn’t think it would correct the issue. Appreciated the honesty. Then when asked to pay my bill, they said no charge as they really didn’t do anything. Which wasn’t true, as they spent time driving and analyzing the issue. Have had several appointments for repairs and have been very happy with the results every time. Honest, very professional and knowledgeable. Five Stars.
