Worst experience ever with a business I spoke with them on the phone asked about the tow bill because was alot higher than most tow rate charge bill came out approx $25 a mile tow and his response was did i have the F money if not why was wasting his F time to the point I just hung up after him saying he was being pretty F nice for me calling on sat afternoon I apologized ad says 24 hrs 7 days a week
Top notch service, clean facility, and professional business conduct.
Seemed to do a great job recovering and keeping my dad's vehicle safe. My only complaint is that it rained heavily while we were waiting for the sherrif's office to release the truck to us, and the truck was not covered. I'm not sure that would have even been Barnes responsibility. The sherrifs office probably needed to tarp it or tell me to tarp it. Mr Barnes actually saw there was expensive equipment in the truck and took it into the shop for safe keeping.
The guy is super professional and went out of his way to accommodate our checking on the equipment, retrieving items, and let us know the minute it was released so we didn't get a large storage fees bill. Top notch service, clean facility, and professional business conduct.
This place is out of business and I can't find it and I can't find my vehicle I need to find the lady that owns it if anybody knows of her or knows where I can find her please let me know

I own a restoration shop and simply do not trust just anyone to move my clients cars around! Barnes tow initially moved two classic cars for me and their care for the vehicles was top notch. Wow! These guys are amazing! I slid off the road, down a hill, and got stuck in a ditch during a storm. They showed up immediately and were so friendly and answered all of my questions. They were true gentlemen and they provided exceptional service! I was terrified and these guys reassured me and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. I am forever grateful for the work they do! Thank you!!
Out of town so park ranger called this poor excuse of a man. He wouldn't answer the ranger who was on the phone with me to get a understanding before he even touched the car. Asked about pricing and wouldn't say anything about that either. He took advantage of the situation charged over 400 dollars for 7.3 miles he claimed to be 9. Said the little dirt hill it was on was 8 foot talk when it wasn't even a whole yard stick in height! Kept trying to tell me it's junk now it's so bad, that I don't want it at house should let junk yard have it. I popes 3 clips back in from front finder and sprayed dirt off and drives just as good as before. I shouldn't have to argue where I want my car towed to. Called to talk to owner 2 days later ( week day) and unfortunately it was him! He started cussing at me when I was explaining why this was wrong in how you should conduct business.
Called them when my car broke down on the side of the highway they came out and towed my car and didn't charge an arm and leg. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous.
Honest people, exceptional service. I will call them again if I ever need help. They traveled to Linn Valley Lakes and helped to recover our boat, in the lake, which was turned on it's side, and 3/4 sunk underwater. Thank you for helping my wife recover our boat.
Solid service, father/son duo was johnny on the spot when I needed a tow out of a deep ditch off Hwy 69 and another wrecker couldn't get me out. Do yourself a favor and cancel the random tow service your INS Co or Highway Patrol called and contact Barnes. Guarantee you'll save a bunch of time and money.
I was stuck in a muddy, icy ditch tonight. I was cold and scared, and I wasn't sure it would even be possible to get my car out of the high-centered mess I got it into. Mr. Barnes was there sooner than promised, got my car out of a difficult spot quickly, and was kind and friendly. He even drove it past the icy spot that started my trouble for me. It's never great to need a tow, but I'm so glad to know Barnes Tow is there if I ever need them again!
