I drove my 76000lbs tractor trailer into the grass, and They arrived ahead of their ETA, and were able to extract the vehicle I was in quickly without ANY additional damage to my truck. True blue professionals, and very courteous despite doing an EXTREMELY difficult job in the freezing cold. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our emancipator was so amazing! When he pulled up he kinda had a what did you do????? look on his face but got right to work. Within 15 minutes we were out of the quagmire and on the road again. I understand Auto House Towing & Recovery goes all over the US wherever needed. We hope we don't need you in Florida or Texas but we'll definitely keep your number handy - and share it with the internet ? Really, all things considered, it ended up being a good experience

Sean and Eugene were a blessing! They were able to help FedEx when we couldn’t help ourselves. Not only did they tow the truck back to the building, but was able to safely and skillfully get the truck inside of the building and park it in its correct space.

I was driving a 20 ft. travel trailer and got the trailer stuck in deep.mud. Good Sam dispatched them to my location. They were spot on for the wait time & when they arrived. Sean was the tow truck driver, did an excellent job. I called their office spoke to a man who vert professional and answered some questions. Sean was professional and looked over my situation and had a plan. He got me unstuck pretty quickly. No damage and I was able to drive away. I was low on gas so I followed him to a gas station to make sure I made it. Great company, employees are experienced and do a great job, would call them again.

Sean was very professional with helping me get off the side if the road. Would highly recommend the auto house team just because of the service that I got from Sean. Sean was fast and called me with an eta so that I know how long it was going to take. Made sure that I got to the truck stop safely.

Sean and Blade were fantastic. Driving across country we took an exit to rest our eyes and ended up on a muddy road stuck. Those roads are usually posted but this one wasn’t. So there we were 16’ moving van with a car trailer in the dark and stuck in a foot of Kansas mud. They came out as quick as they could and brought a Bobcat aka a skid steer loader. It took some doing but they got it out and we were on our way. They were polite and respectful. True professionals. Thanks guys!

On the night of October 26, I made a bad turn into a parking area that was completely saturated by continuous rain. I struggled for hours trying to free my semi. I gave up on freeing my semi which lead to calling Auto House Towing. Sean was dispatched to the shameful incident caused by yours truly. Sean arrived to see my 78,000 lb loaded tractor trailer deep into the mud, most people would’ve called for a heavy wrecker and written off the day. Not Sean. Armed with nothing but determination, ingenuity, and a skid-steer that by all logic shouldn’t have been able to move something that massive, he got to work — and somehow, he pulled it off. Watching Sean work was like witnessing a masterclass in physics and finesse. He didn’t just rely on brute force; he strategized — repositioning and pulling in careful stages. Every move was calculated. With patience and precision, he managed to free the rig that everyone else thought was a lost cause. By the end, the truck was back on solid ground, and the only thing deeper than the mud was everyone’s respect for Sean and his skid-steer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars — a true legend of leverage and determination. We can't thank Auto House enough for their help w/our 5th Wheel. We had leaf springs and tire issues in McPherson, Kansas on 135. Not only did they come out to the local Love's where we were stuck but came out in monsoon rains. They got us in a trucking spot. The next day, one of their techs came out to help us limp it to their shop four miles down the road. Not only did they fix everything, they let us stay in their parking lot and let us hook a hose for water. All the help and compassion we received is beyond anything we have ever experienced. Thank you Auto House for all your help getting us back on the road. Please continue your amazing service. It will come back to you 10 fold! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Fair pricing. Very mindful when hooking up your vehicle. I got stuck in some mud after a heavy rain and Eric and Steven got me out and back on the road with minimal delay! Great guys.

Got ourself pretty stuck. They came out an got out and a mile up the mudy road no problem. Will be calling them for their service anytime we are stuck for sure.

Shawn is a dedicated technician, formerly a driver himself. He worked diligently to find a solution to what was a total crapshoot in order to help me get back on the road asap. This is the place to call if you need an advise/ wrecker anywhere near Abilene and beyond.

I have used Auto House and towing to get my semi trailer pulled out of the ditch. Driver Tom had came out in 45 min from the time I called. Tom had me out of the ditch safely with No straggle and no damages. I would definitely recommend this people. Thank you guys for the great service.
