After calling every salvage yard in Wichita, Topeka and Eldorado I finally called Emporia Auto Recycling and was delighted they had the parts I was looking for. Crystal was an immense help and Bobby, the picker, was fast and efficient. He even included all hardware and extra nuts and bolts that are usually just discarded. The parts for my project car are very scarce and very hard to locate so I was pleased to know these friendly folks were able to help me not only with parts but with prices that didn't require lube. I would like to thank Crystal and Bobby for making my drive from southern Kansas a very worthwhile trip.
I had my own experience with Crystal. Obviously the customer is always wrong and Crystal is always right. Didn't get what I ordered. Dollars down the drain.
Don't bother at this place. Who ever the lady is that answers the phone, I believe her name is Crystal, SHE NEEDS TO STAY HOME. She is such a horrible person. My company has been calling for 1 week about a wheel, . I have certain words I would like to use to describe this person, but I will keep it clean. Now after waiting 7 days she finally tells us the car is crushed.
Sent an e-mail about recycling a car. Waited several days for a response and when I got one they didn't know what a blown head was. I am not upset that they didn't want the car, I am upset with the rude service through e-mails. Please reconsider your wording on e-mails. The extra !!! come across as rude and inconsiderate. This isn't a text message this is a professional business. If whomever is typing your e-mails doesn't understand this they probably should be reassigned to where they don't have communication with the public.
