Looked up a mower belt online and ordered by calling the store. The price online was $49.99 and when we went to pick it up it was priced at $62. Complained about the price and was told he'd give us the farmers discount and he brought it down to the online price. Seems like every time we go there the price of the same item is different. I realize that they're out in the middle of nowhere and they need to make a living, but price at a consistent markup that's not above Napa's online price and stick to it so that you don't feel like you're getting ripped off.
John is literally the best! I was stranded on the side of the highway 20 minutes away from Napa. John called one of his customers and he came to fix my car in the rain! Highly recommend!!!!!!!
I went to a part stores and ask for a good price on power steering fluid
They did not have the court that I asked for but they sold me 12 oz for almost $9 dollars.
I want to cross the street to Casey's and 12 oz of power steering fluid there is half the price as Napa
I needed to get to FortScott.the oil light came on. It was not my car. I borrowed it and needed help.
They were kind enough to find the correct oil for me. And help me get the hood of the car open to put the oil in. It saved the engine from blowing up it was 4 quarts low.

Expensive 30$ higher than advance auto parts for the same coil! Didn't have a choice down here. Only auto parts available down here! A monopoly in a small town.
The sales floor is small and just crammed with stuff. The layout makes no sense. Making it hard to find anything. The guys that work there are good. They are helpful and seem to be knowledgeable.
They have your basic car needs and accessories but if you're looking for someone that can actually help you or give you some guidance I would go elsewhere. These guys are busy standing around doing nothing instead of helping people.
Terry and staff are great at finding what you need in a hurry. I've been to a lot of parts stores in a lot of cities and none are as good as this crew.
