Helped father purchase a used car here. Very easy and they have a wide range of options available for cheap priced used cards and trucks. Will be looking here first in the future. Zero pressure sales. They also sell used parts and have a shop. Vehicle we purchaed is mechanically solid. They even put new tires on the vehicle before we picked it up. Good experience all around.
Our company bought a radio for a 2003 Dodge Dakota with the understanding it was tested, radio and C/D player were in working condition.
She came back in and found out the C/D player does not work and an Alan Jackson CD was still in it and stuck. I've tried several times to reach out to you with no response. This woman just lost her daughter and I wanted to get her radio and C/D working, she's a good customer too. I'm sorry your customer service is non-existing and I have to leave a bad review.

Found what seems to be a good used car for a great price. They were also quick to get my junk car off my hands, and got me the used car same day. Also great service team who took good care of me. Even got light headed during the purchase and they made sure to get me water and sit me down. Nick and his crew are great. For a local small business I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call about tires or a cheap ride that runs well.
Needed a wheel for my 20 year old Ram. Wanted to sell me a newer one for 300. No Thanks then wanted to sell me an 18 inch with a bigger tire. Nope. Said even if he had mine it would be 200. Picked it up for a hundred. Way over priced and apparently thought I was an easy mark.
Been calling yards all day along my route seeing if I can find parts for my car and this has by far been the most polite and helpful interaction I’ve had today.
Update I have changed my review to five star and this place has earned my business because he very respectful and upfront about everything so I changed my review from one Star to five and you have my business from now on whenever I might need parts and I can’t find them anywhere else
Called and left message on what i needed and provided my information. Waited 2 days for a return call. Called on the 4th day at 830am and spoke to owner about what I needed and he stated he had several vehicles. Said he'll call me back, took my information and still did not return my call.
Nick and guys did an awesome job on my husband's truck brake line nowhere could we find the brake line and we went to see Nick and he said he can make us a brake line and the first time it was done it wasn't correct but Nick had told me if anything was wrong to let him know immediately so I did and he made me bring the truck back in and didn't charge us an extra dime and got the job done If I was going to suggest anybody to get something done and being honest and helpful I say go see Nick at 169 Auto parts thank you Nick
I went here to see if I could get a break line for my 2001 dodge Dakota sport. The owner Nick was really helpful with throwing out a good price and affordable for the work. After the work on my truck was done my wife went to get my truck and was told if we had any problems to give him a call or bring the truck back and he will fix it. I haven't ever got that treatment with the old set of guys. Like this new set of guys out there at 169 auto salvage yard
New ownership seems to be taking great care of the business and doing great at restocking with newer cars for more parts. Already contains a great selection of parts. You cannot pull your own parts any more though

Called looking for used tires and was able to let me know over the phone they had what I was looking for. The tires were practically new as far as tread. They got me right in and the price was more than reasonable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. If I weren't from out of state this would be my go to place. Nick is great to deal with, I drove over 2 hours to get some Dodge dakota parts from him and they were just as described and you can't beat his prices. Nick and his staff are super friendly I wish he was closer but I will definitely make a trip back if I need to!
I started getting tires from Nick back when he had the Olathe KS shop. He moved down to springhill and took over 169 salvage. I've been getting tires from him since 2015 and every time I get three things.... The right tires.... The best price... The best service.

Newer owner Nick was awesome. Helped find some parts for our minivan out in the freezing rain and even helped switch out some wheels for me. Courteous, professional, and extremely meticulous.
I have purchased multiple sets of tires (2 different suvs, 1 for my truck, and one set of rears for an old muscle car I’ve got) from this dealer and will soon be purchasing my wife’s sedan new tires as well. They have had consistently fair prices and fast service.
I really appreciate the quick and good service I received from 169 Auto Parts when I purchased my tires. He had me out the door in about an hour. When was the last time you spent less than an hour getting tires put on?
Bought rims that I had to get myself but the tools were provided. However the rims were the wrong size. Maybe a little more knowledge would have saved me money and time
I like that he's close to home instead of having to drive all the way downtown. I've been visiting this location for years, and haven't had any unpleasant experiences. The parts are maybe a tad more expensive than a big name junkyard, but are not unreasonable what-so-ever. I enjoy the selection of good parts from old to new at this junk yard, and always find something cool to leave with.
