Referred to Walt from my Mom-needed to sell my truck (blown engine) It could have been a huge headache (my truck blew up on the road). Texted some pics and Walt gave me quote and told me to bring title and we met at garage. He was quick to get there. Professional. Fast. Gave me some names of where I can buy a good car to replace my junk truck. A+ from me!
Extremely rude. Refused to give estimate after asking a bunch of questions about the car, kept trying to get my address and I said I wasn’t comfortable until I got an estimate(but told him Overland Park, he still kept taking for street and address until I said I was uncomfortable), he cut me off several times when I was answering his questions and hung up on me when I gave him grief about taking photos - I just called for an estimate, before I go to the work of emailing u, I’d like to know if it’s worth my time (or his!) - I was willing to provide pics but he hung up on me when I said I wanted a general estimate before emailing him. Easier than I expected. Auto Salvage Buyers came to my house in Overland Park, gave me a quote and 4 hours later when I decided to go with his offer, they came and picked it up and paid me in cash for my sons old car. Very easy and would recommend them to anyone needing to sell a car.
Horrible service. I couldn't get him to answer a simple question "Do you pay different amounts for different car models?" without quite a struggle.
After our call he texted me the single word "Rude". I blacklisted him. I'm not thinking his business model is going to work out for him in the long run.

Good guy always help you to get top prices for your junk vehicle. Usually junkyards get you low price for your car, but this guy will get you a way better deal and helps you with all your needs in order to get rid of your car. I recommended him.
After making the deal with Walt over the phone, and two days of being told that someone was going to be calling when they were on there way to pick up the car. I had to finally sell it elsewhere! Terrible experience! Will never try and do business with them again.
