It was the first time I used LKQ and it was horrible, I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for my order and then the lady said that I owed another 6 or 7 dollars more. I said that I paid for the order over the phone. I don't know if I will ever use this company again in the near future.
I am not sure why and how they are still open and in the business. Several days for weeks I called and never got anyone to answer the damn phone. What a lazy group of people working there, if you can call it work at all.
The truck driver on March 18 around 3:00pm was going way to fast. Almost missed the stop sign at 178th and Evans Road. What does that say about your company??
Terrible customer service team. Does not like to help with questions. Does not answer phone in timely manner. Was on hold for 32 minutes before speaking to someone.
LKQ has really fell off if you are lucky and they answer the phone you can order parts that may never get delivered. i ordered a ac compressor last week still has not been delivered nor can get anyone to answer the phone to see what is going on. I have called 6 times today and never got anyone on the phone.

I ordered a part and they never delivered it like they promised. Now everytime I call i cant get ahold of anyone. what a joke.
Worst used parts dealer in the greater Kansas City area. I'm an auto tech who runs my own business and let me assure you all how unprofessional and sadly this particular lkq is in fact despite it being 2024, racist. If you are not of Hispanic ethnicity you might as well not even waste your time you'll be treated very poorly, they'll do nothing to make you feel valued as a customer and finally which is in my opinion the worst of it all. They will sell you a engine used for 4k and lie about a compression test they surely could not have properly performed on a motor with a broken timing cover because I assure you, you just can't and expect it to be conclusive. So not only are they racist unprofessional and all around a horrible used parts dealer please if you took the time to read this I assure you they sold us a motor without the engine mount brackets and then swore they just threw them away. Worst experience I've had with any used parts place bar none. I hope this review is taken seriously by everyone they will waste not only your time but also your money. I felt obliged to share this on the internet just so the next unsuspecting person who just wants to buy a quality used part doesn't make the same mistake I made. Lkq I hope your business gets straightened out I can't see this front lasting a whole lot longer someone more important than me will have a similar experience and I hope they have the power to close this joke of a business.
I was given 2 business days for my order to arrive, then delayed for another week. No explanation for the delay. There were no tracking number and now item was disappeared from their systems. Have to place a new one. Also, their customer service are not helpful and rude
LKQ online it's just terrible over two hours on the phone and two and a half weeks just to get the wrong part and then had to spend another hour on the phone to get a label that was promised to be sent and never was so now I'll be on the phone again for another hour tomorrow to get the label. Then I have to send the old part back which is probably going to take another week or two and then wait on them to send me the correct part which will probably take another week or two. Be prepared to pull your hair out!!
If I could I would give this place a -30. People upfront are absolutely rude and when you ask why a part is broken when they bring it up they say well you should’ve bought new. Absolutely terrible parts terrible people why would you waste your time here.
Service sucks, have called 4 times for an engine core pickup. They still haven't returned my core money & basically refuse to pickup their core. That has been sitting in my was for 6 weeks now.
