Nobody likes having to call a tow truck, but Santa Fe made it a great experience. They were prompt, got my car handled quickly, and were kind. When I got into my car after being towed, I did notice some grease marks left on my light grey upholstery by the gentleman that towed my car. I sent them the photos and immediately heard back, they apologized deeply, and immediately made it right. They got my upholstery detailed where the marks had been and did so in a fashion that would be as minimal inconvenience to me as possible, which was also huge. Cannot recommend enough.
My car’s shifter cable unhooked at 11pm last night. My car was stuck in park and I was at a stoplight. I called Santa Fe tow service, and in seconds I was connected with an operator. She was quick to respond to my call. She got me a driver instantly and sent me a link to my tow truck driver’s location. It only took about 15 minutes for my tow truck driver, Brian, to arrive on scene. Brian was extremely professional and got to work quick. He was able to turn a negative experience to a positive one. My biggest fear was the fee, but I was surprised by how reasonable it was. I’m extremely grateful for the operator, Brian, and Santa Fe tow. Thank you

Excellent service. Arrived on time, clean well rigged truck and a knowledgeable, service oriented driver. Was picking up a car I preferred not to start due to a mechanical issue. Took time to assess options to get it loaded and secured, and came to a solution I was comfortable with. Genuinely cared as he handle the loading and tie down. Will definitely call again if the need arises.

My 2019 Yukon XL's starter chewed up the flywheel, so I wasn't going anywhere, and needed a tow to the transmission shop. It is a big truck, lifted 6" on 35" tires.
I called Santa Fe tow because they were the 1st result on google, and I've seen them plenty around town.
Dispatch was great; she took down my notes and said they would be to me in less than an hour.
About 25 minutes later I got a text that the driver was in route. 15 minutes later I got another text that the driver was 5 minutes out. 5 minutes later he rolled right up. My truck was in a tight spot in front of a building, and up against a curb. The driver chose good, safe chain spots on my front end to winch me over to where he could pick it cleanly. No damage to my truck. Rolled me up onto his rollback, secured the wheels carefully, took photos of everything and off we went.
Driver was personable and good at his job. Dropped my truck precisely in the only spot available at the transmission's shop lot. While he was finishing up, i got a text with the invoice, and paid with a credit card on the spot. Rate was very reasonable.
I couldn't fault any part of their process, so they got 5 stars. Was super pleased with their service, and would recommend.
Messed up my wheel pretty good. Service was fast I waited less than 20 min for my driver and he was very kind and took the time to explain to me how he was going to get it on the flatbed .. ya know cuz the tire was gone. Definitely will use them in the future (although hopefully not anytime soon)

Starting out with the lady who answered the phone who was very professional ask me was I in a safe location and my name and address where the car was broken down at, and whats wrong with the car after telling her what was wrong she ask me the address of where would the car be towed to and then stated that they would have me taken care of in approximately 1 hour and the driver did show up on time and greeted me with a pleasant attitude and told me that he would make sure my car reaches its destination safely. AWESOME TOW SERVICE WHO I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. SANTA FE TOW ROCKS. Call them when your car gets sick and they will take care of it. You’re in good hands
Aftet my car got drop off at the mechanic. I received 3 phone call with in 10 minutes to pay the invoice. Trying to explain to the mechanic the problem so I can get back to work.. I will never use the company ever again
