LMC Truck doesn't just have the truck parts you need, they also have very friendly and knowledgeable employees, both LMC Truck Chevy and Ford store employees are awesome! Highly recommend buying local and visiting them for your needs!
Had an issue with my order promptly called to situate issue both women I spoke to from customer service were rude, not friendly AT ALL hopefully my order comes in perfectly so I will not ever have to deal with this company’s customer service again.
It's easy to walk in and grab some hard to find parts even being repops. Just don't judge the place on their showroom. Used to be the best part of coming here was looking at all the parts displayed throughout the room but it's been under construction so long the barren front area has almost become normal.
I accidently place an order and because it was an international order I was not able to Cancel the order. Just ridiculous I also had to pay $300 just to ship something I didn't need and could not cancel. Be aware before you order!
If you wanna order the absolutely wrong parts even when you give them the correct parts then deal with absolutely rud customer service this is the place for you don’t you worry I’ll just get parts off of marketplace and junk yards anymore
Called in order it was all waiting for me. Opened all the boxes and let me inspect my sheet metal. No shipping charges 10 percent discount for 24 hour notice it was a win win for me! I will be back thank you.
I order parts for a few different vehicles and i am now wasting time trying to figure out which weather strip is for which vehicle. It is the little things that could set them apart. I struggle with this company and have but it is time to find a new supplier for truck parts. I type the sku number in the website and it errors out. Got to love lmc truck. Oh wait you don't. 1 star and try better please.
I give LMC truck 2 stars. The only reasons they don’t get 4 or 5 is the cost of shipping and the amount of time they take to ship. I have ordered from LMC several times now it take them over a week just to process the order. Then they decide to ship. It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive in the mail. Keep in mind I’m only a 3 hr drive away. I purchased something on eBay in California on the same say. eBay order was here in 3 days LMC 2 weeks. Their shipping pricing is out of whack as well. It’s basically a percentage instead of true shipping cost. So basically if you buy a $400 part that fits in your hand and then buy a $20 part that’s 4’ long. The $200 dollar part will cost you more to ship even though it’s smaller and lighter.
Parts do not fit. Lots of extra work to make part fit halfway and still look like trash. Literally NOTHING fits right. End up throwing away brand new parts and buying elsewhere.
Worst service ever.spent 2k last order .order still not complete.made new order never got an answer or phone call that I requested.called today to hear they canceled my order.WHY??no phone call nothing.the girl on the phone says owners name is becky. Doesn't know her last name.says I have to call back Monday if I Wan to speak to her. Again asked for owner to call me and was told doesn't work that way.horrible service.and I need another 2500 in parts..why should I even shop with u..uugh!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would…. They confidently told me that they had the windshield to my truck in stock. Gave me an order number so I left out and drove 5 hours for them to tell that they don’t have the windshield in stock……. driving for 10hrs, wasting $80 worth of gas, and an entire day loss
I wish my review could be better. I had a high hopes. I have a 92 GMC K1500 I ordered black cloth Upholstery for my bench seat. It looks great but doesn’t fit worth a shit. It’s like 5 inches too long from where you need to put the hog rings on the bottom seat all the way around I had to roll it up and then hogging it. I’ve also bought carpet and door panels. Guess we’ll find out how they fit tomorrow.
LMC Truck has long been the goto supplier for truck restoration parts and they never fail to offer the best in restoration in both quality and service. We drive from Springfield, MO. up to this location every couple of years to save the shipping charges and it's a straight shot off of the highway and right in. There's usually only a couple of people working the counter and it can be slowwww so be prepared to wait a bit but they always pop out of the warehouse doors with the parts you requested. They have been a consistent source of parts for many years and worth checking out. There are two locations on Google maps which is confusing but for direct parts purchasing at the counter to pay cash or card, go to the 15450 W 108th Street location.
I'm a huge fan of classic cars from the '70s and '80s, and finding original parts for these vehicles has always been a challenge—until I discovered LMC Truck. This is the only store that consistently has everything I need, at the best prices and with incredibly fast delivery. Even though I'm based in Canada, and shipping costs can be a bit high, the quality of service makes it absolutely worth it. Was told they didnt have any intention of discontinuing parts for my make/ model truck and now im stuck with an incomplete build. Wish there was communication about it through email newsletters or something like that. Was amazing till they deleted everything i need off the website. Hopefully I can use them again.

You can find everything that you need to restore your antique truck. I have ordered numerous parts for my 1963 Chevy C10. The parts are delivered on time and correct for my vehicle. The parts and shipping are reasonably priced. When I call for hard to get parts or parts that I don't really know the name of they have directory and knowledgeable, friendly customer service agent. Minimal waiting period for parts. So, if you're looking for good quality reasonably priced parts and need them in a hurry you can't beat LMC Truck. A+
We repainted our 1982 Chevy S-10 pickup over the summer and needed new body side and wheel arch molding. I contacted Customer Care on several occasions and they were helpful.
First, I found the body side molding back ordered. Dakota said it would be about 2-3 weeks out. Sure enough, it was available three weeks after the call.
Upon receiving items, I noticed installation instructions weren’t included. Taysia was able to track those down and send them to me ASAP.
Installation videos on the YouTube channel are also helpful.
We’re very satisfied with the appearance of our truck!
I enjoy having some place I can drive close to me and get practically any part imaginable for my c10 collection at almost any given point. I research the part I need ahead of time, to make sure I’m aware of what I’m getting and that it matches my need. They can be quite busy at times and still get in and out at a quick pace. Especially considering I rarely call ahead and order the part for it to be pulled in advance. The person behind counter usually is knowledgeable, beyond just looking up part numbers for me and makes sure I get any related parts, I would possibly need that match the project I’m undertaking. Thank you Lmc. Hope someday I’ll have something nice enough to be consider for display in your parts catalog on the front cover when I’m done.
Great products and service,that show room with the trucks was my favorite part, staff were great answered as many questions as I had , helped make sure the parts I ordered were the correct ones, let me roam around a bit and get some pics and videos, talked with them about a few builds I have coming up were extremely helpful and excited to hear my plans and how excited I was to finally be there , since I've been buying parts from them for awhile. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in Lenexa,KS just call and see how busy they are first.

04/09/2019 Well, after more than a decade ordering and installing parts, I've finally go to stop by LMC's location. I was greeted warmly by Nikki (I think that's her name) to very nice establishment. She was helpful in answering my questions and made me happy I'd stopped by. The owner has a great employee working there for sure.
A previous commenter complained about some of the parts. I really do not remember getting any bad-quality or bad-fitting parts. In fact, I believe I have an aluminum radiator back at the shop I've not yet installed so maybe, after I get some home time, I'll get that in the truck and see if I too might come across a similar issue. I also have not had to deal with a return so cannot comment about that.
