I was impressed with the service I received from Battery Outfitters and specifically Harrison. I was in a pinch to get 2 batteries for my partners van and they took care of me quickly and the price was better than 2 other places I called.
For shipping and receiving with a OTR truck, you must come in with the store on your driver side a difficult back due to traffic going both ways on the service road in front of the store

We needed 8 batteries for our small RV and were so glad we found Battery Outfitters. They were friendly and helpful from the start. They had what we needed and at a great price. Jacob Grady was phenomenal. His experience and willingness to help remove the old batteries and install the new ones made the job hassle free, simple and fast. It took several hours. He stayed with us the entire time. He was very thorough and professional. He took before photos to insure battery placement then helped us install the new ones. When they were connected he tested them to make sure they all worked properly. The other employees checked in to be sure Jacob had everything he needed. They removed the old batteries. They don't care about their customers or employees. They are disrespectful. They don't test their batteries. They will sell you a battery that doesn't work and do not care. They don't have any integrity. They claim to be a Christian business but discriminate if you are tattooed or not white. Jesus loved all. He did not pick and choose based on looks. This business needs to learn a lesson.
I came in with a battery that had the connector wires stuck and was unable to switch them over to the new battery. All of the guys were very helpful to get the problem fixed for me. I truly appreciated all of the effort and time they took to make sure I was taken care of.
Battery Outfitters didn't have my battery on hand but assisted me with installing a new battery from a different company during an urgent matter. Area Manager Cameron was very helpful as an installer and making sure my car was back in action ASASP. I'd highly recommend calling this company for any battery issues or needs!

Today makes my 3rd satisfied time working with John and his team at the Battery Outfitters location in Lenexa, KS. They have batteries for every need.
I have a motor home. I prefer the Trojan brand AGM series for their deep cycle performance and longevity. Battery Outfitters typically has those plus other brands like their Pro-Series brand which I had them install on the chassis. Great performing products.
John has created custom cabling to connect in series or parallel, depending on the application. He explains his approach and checks his work. He’s been helpful in identifying other wiring that needs updating for safety. He thanks me for coming back.
I leave confident because of the products and quality of work performed and satisfied with the choice of where I’ve spent my hard earned money. We couldn’t ask for more these days.

I have been looking for a 12v golf cart battery for 2 months (supply chain problems due to pandemic). John was super helpful over the phone, answered all my questions, and held a battery for me to come get that afternoon. I showed up, they took my core, and loaded up a new battery into my truck.
