Heartland Cores Auto Parts was great! The staff was helpful, the service was smooth, and I found exactly what I needed. Everything was well-organized and fairly priced. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality parts and good customer service!
I called him on the phone he said he had the part I told him I was driving a ways to come get it and he said that was fine get there and all the sudden he has minimum amount you can spend of twenty dollars and my part being ten dollars I said I don’t need nothing else and you just let me waste my gas to come here for nothing this place is a joke
Great customer service, went out of the way to help find what we needed and gave a great deal. Yard was clean and organized, didnt have to wait. Very pleased!!!
I've been there several times and they're very very helpful I tried to call but I think they were closed other than that when I go there they're very very helpful always very nice
It was very friendly very helpful and when you found out I was to bed they cut me a little slack there too they had a good business had everything on you good too
It nice to have auto salvage yards close. They havent been here long. They have a nice variety of autos but many have been picked over to where theres not much left. It is a smaller salvage yard but very organized. I'm sure their inventory will increase as time goes on.
Went for a light censor and found it. Price was really cheep and it worked with my car. They were very friendly. Great experience. Won't hesitate to go back when I need other stuff.
love that they have a good selection of old cars and its always fun to see the scrap yard. the prices are good and while the staff is not the nicest they make the place run efficiently
I've checked occasionally to see what vehicles are there and the exact same Toyotas have been there every time I checked. I understand there's not much of a demand for Toyota parts but seriously, get some new inventory!

If you aren’t going to be open on Sundays you need to change your hours on the website. I drove all the way there to find out your closed . I am not the only one there was two outer cars there thinking the same thing!
Bought a part got it home took mine apart put their part in .PART WAS NO GOOD I'LL never return there..there yard was confusing no organization. No one ever ask if I needed any help.
They stole my 2002 jeep after it was reported stolen in Buchanan County I call and ask if they had it and washed lied to and finally when I went in person they admitted to having it and the tow fee was too much for a single mother of 2 afford and when I asked Tim if he could help me explaining my situation and taxes wouldn't come for 14 days he became very rude and said he isn't a man of any deals he wants the full price of tow and storage and I can't even get my belongings from it and my jeep was stolen from my drive way sometime on Sunday and this was on a Friday. I lost my vehical because they didn't call me to say they had my jeep I believe it was done on purpose to keep and good vehical pretty much robbing the poor is what Tim and his FAMILY ARE BOUT
