My car broke down in southern Kansas and B&L came out on a Saturday to get me towed back to my home town in Oklahoma. He asked a few questions to understand the condition of my vehicle so he knew what equipment he might need to get me towed. He was very professional, polite, and arrived when he said he would. Since I travel through this area often, it is good to know that there is a reliable tow service nearby that I can rely on.

Locked my keys in my car. They came fast and got in and out without any damage. Recommend to everyone needing help getting back into thier vehicle

The guys at B&L did a fantastic job putting my truck back together after I struck a deer. I cant thank them enough for such a painless process as always.

They started off by failing to hook my stuff up properly to tow it and caused extensive body damage to my vehicle. When brought to the attention of the owner he refused at first to make it right then finally agreed to make it right and put pull off/used body parts on my vehicle that were already dented!! Then told me I’d have to PAY to have different ones put on that weren’t damaged OR I could buy new ones and bring them in and they’d put them on for 1/2 price regular shop time. Total sham not real a business.

B and L are awesome! They came out super fast and helped me get my van unlocked when the key was locked in it! All of them are super nice!!

Called these guys late one evening in an emergency they went out of their way to go to their shop and even offered to come pick me up Great people and service !!

I had my duel fuel tank truck serviced. They replaced both fuel pumps and the rear tank. Worked fine at first, so I made an appointment to have the clock spring replaced. My truck set at B&L for six weeks. I called and checked on the progress twice within that time frame and was told first they hadn't gotten to it yet, then they couldn'tget the parts in. The third time I called to check on it, I was told they just didn't have time to work on it. Since then, the fuel tank problem I went to them for in the first place has returned. I spent around $1400.00 on that repair to no avail.

B&L took great care not to damage my motor home, and made sure to tow us that day even though it was late ,cause I told Bob the door lock was not working Definitely 5 stars

Waited awhile due to poor directions but once they got to me, It went quickly. Chatted with the driver on the way back to town. Great service!

Great people if you need a tow. They arrived quick and Kyle did a great job with my truck. They also were able to repair my truck quickly and a reasonable price

Had a restored VW bus that gave us troubles and needed a tow half way across KS on a late Sunday afternoon. Had the employee Shane come help us he was super fast to get to us, he greeted us with a smile, he was extremely careful with our bus (huge deal when dealing with s restored vehicles) and gave us the best 5 start treatment I’ve ever had from any service. We couldn’t thank him enough he saved our day!

Called the tow service during lunch time today as a young lady was backing out of the neighbors driveway and dropped the rear wheels off into a deep ditch. The owner of B&L answered the phone and said he would be there soon and in twenty minutes he assessed the situation and assured the girl things would be alright. I know the young lady was very relieved to see her car back on level ground. I really appreciate the way this was handled and glad we could help. You can trust B&L Auto .

I brought my husbands truck to B &L auto there was a misfire in cylinder 2 these guys went above and beyond to find and fix the problem. Will definitely return if I have any other automobile issues! Very professional they know the business very well! Highly trustable and affordable

Had to have car towed last night at 11:30 after hitting a deer. B and L were there quick and the service was great. They delivered the car to Andover. Very good friendly service.

There are still good people out there... Thankfully, this business was there for me when they didn't have to be at all, not knowing me from Adam. I had a very hard situation getting my Skid Steer stuck in a pool and they came out in very quick time and got me out for a very reasonable price. Couldn't say enough about their expertise and timely response

I had a really bad morning with a vehicle of mine.. Got stuck in the middle of an intersection from the aftermath of a bad snowstorm.My tire had blown the engine overheated to the point of not being able to run... And then to top it off a police officer got a call and had to have it moved... (He was doing his job to keep safety) but yes frustration grew... I kept my ? And then B&L gave me a Miracle... & I Thank you B&L Truck and Auto for working with me like you did! If you guys ever need a favor im all ears & willing! I went to b and l and spent almost 650 dollars on a exhaust manifold to be put on on aswell as the catylic converter and mindful I've already done have the work myself by dissembling the manifold my self and removing all of the exhaust. Than after all said and done not even a week goes by and my exhaust falls off than I'm sitting here waiting for 2 hours for a quick weld job and clamp to be re-tightend back up when originally it was supposed to be welded from jump street very disappointed after this I'm not coming back.

Very professional towing company-not only did they arrive in a timely manner, but the man who picked us up was beyond kind & considerate! Great to work with! Unfortunately, truck was going to need some major repairs and opted into having our family mechanic in Texas complete the work-and needed to have truck towed once again over the weekend-these guys were more the kind to help us even on a non-business day! Professional crew to work with!

Used their services to replace my passenger side window. Unfortunately I was given the wrong one but was quickly able to locate the correct one needed. They finished and even allowed me to pickup after hours due to schedule issues. Very pleased and will use them in the future.

These guys are absolute crooks! I've never been so offended in my life! They're not someone I'd recommend to anyone! They're a joke! Shouldn't even be in business! Crooked as crooked can be, thieves to the end! They should be ashamed!

Bob and his team went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle was stranded 4 hours away from me but I called them and they got it towed in and fixed up for me at a reasonable price. They were very kind and patient with me throughout my entire situation.

These guys were great in helping me. I was in a terrible situation with my 5 year old where our car was stuck in the mud. We were scared in the middle of a dirt road in a different state. They made us feel safe, which is something I truly appreciate. After my insurance company screwed me, Bob made it right and I’m not sure I can thank him enough. A+++

Absolutely terrible. I recently purchased a fuel line from B & L, after getting the fuel line home I realized the threads were flat out slightly on the bottom two threads. It was already past the hours of operation. So I waited until the next day. In the mean time I was able to get the old one fixed, so I returned to the yard and was met by Bob whom yesterday was very nice aka fake. Today he was a completely different person. He ridiculed me and spoke down to me because he has labor rapped up in this fuel line that took the yard man 10 mins to get the part off. He tried not to refund anything but after the situation got further he finally paid me part of the money back. And followed me out the door still going off at the mouth. As I began to drive away one of his techs headed out after me. Granted he waited until I had already pulled out into traffic. Don't honor this disrespectful behavior with your business. Lumberts is now the only way to go.
