Getting everything set up was kind of a pain. Had to speak with 3 different reps (first the call center, then an agent who confirmed the offer, then dispatch to schedule a pickup) to fully sell my car, but once the process was past that it was smooth sailing.
Exceptionally professional from the first visit to their site to the tow truck driver’s departure! 10x’s the offer of any other salvage company I tried!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Well I called. Before even seeing the vehicles they offered me 500 for both of them with keys.
I waited and waited and finally Dominique gets back to me saying he could only give me 300 for both. scam. they waste ur time. I wouldn't wist ur time even calling this place. if I could give zero stars I would!!!!

They dropped their "guaranteed quote" by $50 when I scheduled the pick up. The driver that was coming to pick up the vehicle was suppose to give me an hour notice to meet him, he called saying he was be there in twenty minutes. I dropped everything and went to meet him, it took him over an hour to arrive after I called 3 times because the shop that the car was parked at was about to close and lock their gates. Then I had to argue with him that he was suppose to be giving me a check for the payment of my car.
I will never use this service again!
Sold Jeep to them, seems like I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get things set up. Many text and phone conversations. Latter the week of the sale of Jeep they were supposed to sent me a bill of sale. Well it’s been a month now and no bill of sale. Also when talking on phone had a few people that could speak English very well hard for me to understand, and did not understand my questions.
Lucas and the driver were both kind and professional. The process was clearly explained and performed above expectations. This is the second time I have sold to this company and u would recommend them to a friend. Good price paid for the car.
Great experience from start to finish! Easy to get a quote, Irfan was straight-forward and easy to work with, and the transaction was handled quickly and professionally. I accidentally forgot to remove the license plates from the vehicle - I called the office when I realized it, and they had them shipped out to me at no cost. In all honesty, I was a little unsure about the company at first, but I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again myself.
Very responsive...local body shop reco'd a local wrecking firm and they only offered $500 for the failed car. Cash for Cars offered $1,400 and picked it up with no hassle, check in hand, the next day. The young man with the tow truck was very nice and didn't miss a beat when he had to offload the car he already had on his bed to switch the order of vehicles because mine was locked up. I'd use them again!

I was fairly impressed but looking upon other sites I feel I could have received better payment. That's my fault should have done more research but customer service was great the guy who came out knew what he was doing and was very polite.
They gave us a quote told us and made an appointment. Didn’t show rescheduled then wanted to give us $500 less than the quote given! Horrible services nothing but trying to scam ppl out of money. Would NEVER recommend actually HIGHLY do NOT recommend
The bank was a nightmare. Bank has a lot of closed locations. Bank would not cash check due to two different colors of ink. Went to company tgey rewrote check. Went to bank again bank would not cash check referred me back to company. Also manager was great. Check finally cashed. Had 2cars to pick up theygot one but did not know about tge other car. I called office was told a driver was not dispatched and they did not know why. They scheduled for next next day by noon no tow truck I called I was told they don't know what happened but pick up would be next day. So I left home. I get a call from tow trucker. Driver on the way. It was confusing just terrible
Promised a pickup time window, but they didn't come and gave no notice of that intent. When I called I was promised a next-day pickup, but that didn't happen either. Then I called on a 3rd day, and they finally came and picked up my vehicle. As he was about to leave, I had remind the driver to pay me. I'm glad to have my vehicle gone, but overall not a very good showing by Cash for Cars.
Martha Cote was very helpful and helped to fix a couple of minor problems. She made the process simple and did it with a smile that could be heard through the phone.
Tow truck showed an hour and a half past the latest time, had to call multiple times to confirm they were still coming. People were nice but service wasn't the greatest.
Overall it was a good process. The price was respectable since I had a bad engine. Coordinating the pickup took some time. One group told me o e thing and another said a different thing. The pick driver was very courteous!!
No call, no show on the appointed day. I took a day off work (unpaid) to meet the driver that never showed. Supposed to show between 8-noon. At noon, I called and was told between noon and 6. No call. No show. Called again at 6. Was put on hold, transferred, then disconnected without speaking to anyone helpful. The driver called at 9 the next day wanting ME to be where I’M supposed to be. Left work again (unpaid), to finally sell the car. The last 5 minutes of the entire transaction was painless. Now half of what I got for the car, is what I lost taking off work to wait for a no show. Not coming? No problem. Just tell me instead of jerking me around. NO, I will not be using them again.
I haven't sold my car as yet because I'm debating weather I should or not, plus doing more research on other companies that buy cars as well to get the best deal but they are pretty friendly when I spoke to them and have satisfactory customer service...
Called them up to junk my vehicle. We settled on a price, but the real service was that they adhered to the time frame they gave of when they would be here. The representative/ driver was very professional and cordial. It was a simple, quick process that freed up space in my garage. Be sure you have a clear title in hand to expedite the removal of your junker. This isn’t a service I’ll use often, but I’ll only call them next time.
Mehhhhh.... very dissapointing, scattered, unprofessional, untrustworthy and they had us waiting and waiting for an hour or more where the truck wad parked for the employee to meet us he wasted our time. . Then, they paid us $100 less than they quoted us for our nice Nissan xterra. We got shorted, but took the monies, we just didn't wanted to fight it, we were just tired of dealing with them.
Extremely flexible, nice, and productive. Wrecked my car and they came to my house to pick it up for free. Offered me way more than expected by my car and I am very grateful how easy they made this process.
I only spoke to one guy but the guy I spoke to was absolutely rude and horrible before I got to the location I spoke with him on the phone about the vehicle in question but once I got to the store his story changed to something completely different and it definitely wasn't because of Any looks of the car or me over exaggerating about the condition of the car as a matter of fact it had been wrecked and it needed a passenger side panel and front bumper and headlight but it was a 2005 Chevy Malibu and everything works the car ran and drove it was perfect but I lost the title and I was getting a new car anyway and when I went to register my new car they wanted me to pay $175 to get a new title for that car to get rid of it and I didn't want to pay it so I'd rather just Salvage it the guy agreed to give me the money I asked for over the phone when I got there his story changed and he said look after we got off the phone I thought about it and I can only give you 50 the car was worth at least $4,000 but I didn't have the title that's all he is a complete liar and can't be trusted
Very happy with my process. they were very easy to work with and the fact they came and picked the car up with no charge was awesome and very convenient.
