Went today to get a side mirror for 2000 pontiac grandprix and they wanted to charge me 41.00 dollars . Got home and their price list said 29.00, you lost me as a customer. Rock auto is cheaper and it's new.
This place was awesome! Checked their online inventory before driving in from Columbia, showed staff what vehicle I was looking for and they kindly pointed me in the right direction. Found all the parts we needed for our van and literally got out of there with so many great parts that would've cost what buying a single one of the parts would've cost online. I made a price list before going of all parts we were interested in using the online price list(so awesome they have a price list on their website!) and what they have online is what I was charged. Friendly staff, upfront pricing, and found what we needed. Couldn't have been happier with the experience!
What good is it to say it closes at 5:30, when you are not permitted to enter at 5:00, even if it’s without tools to look at a vehicle’s condition to decide if coming the next day early for a particular item.
I have a buick roadmaster that is almost impossible to find parts for. The lady I talked to on the phone was friendly and super helpful. They had what I needed at a very reasonable price and pulled the part for me before I got there. It is cash only, so come prepared. They are a bit difficult to get to, but we'll worth it. Other reviews said the lady was rude and unhelpful. I was polite and friendly to her and she treated me the same. Will definitely keep them on speed dial!
This place is only for those who know what they're doing. Staff told me where to go for what I wanted but neglected to tell me tires & wheels Were Not on vehicles like they were posted online. Not a very good experience but I did get more steps in, a lot more.
This was my third and last trip here. Never seem to find any cars that haven't already been stripped. I needed a windshield and thought I had 7 cars to choose from. All 7 were broken. Went to another local pick n pull and found 5 good windshields to chose from.
Overall a good place to get parts decent price in friendly staff let me borrow a 10 mm when mine broke so I can get a part I need will always do business with this place just wish they would put more mustangs out from 99 to 2004 would be great getting hard to find my parts
This place has so many different brands of cars although they are quite old. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I really enjoyed talking with them. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for some general parts from a junk car!
This location is the best for getting in and out and has not let me down yet with more than one choice and part functioned as expected. 4 stars cause it is a salvage yard not a day spa!
Wonderful first time experience! Lacey and her staff were very helpful and nice. Definitely coming back to this location. Found 2 things we were looking for and a few other good finds here.
The best prices and absolutely the best inventory of any junkyard in town. They have different things like motorcycles mopeds buses RVs boats which most of the other ones don't have. It's the only junkyard I go to these days.
I've been going to Muncie U Pull for years and years. My recent visit was extremely frustrating and is making me consider whether or not to support this business any more.
I purchased a bumper containing a single fog light. Upon checkout the bill seemed much higher than it should be, but I didn't check my receipt until I had left. I noticed they:
- charged me a core charge for the bumper (yes, a core charge for a junkyard bumper - which is going on a vehicle with no bumper, therefore making it impossible to return the core).
- I also noticed I was charged for a 365 day warranty on the bumper. This was never discussed at checkout or left up to me. - I was also charged a 365 day warranty on the one fog light still in the bumper.
I returned inside and was able to get my money back on the warranties that I never wanted, but not the core charge. The person who rang me up was not one of the regular front desk people as far as I could tell. I've already told multiple people about this and will continue to do so.
Even if you continue to do business here, I would watch the charges on your receipt like a hawk.
Muncie u pull is fantastic. I've been going there for over a decade, and have been able to find exactly what I needed each time I've gone. The staff is friendly and helpful. The yard is clean and they rotate the inventory every few weeks so the cars never go stale. They have promotions like half off and wheel barrow weekends that make it even more enticing.
I make the drive from Lawrence to go to that yard specifically. Well worth the drive
Prices a tad high because they get Great inventory. And the staff is really cool, if you are cool with them, and you don't start any funny stuff. It's the Only yard i ever need to go to.
My experiences with Midway U Pull have all been good. I've been to the Tulsa, Muncie, and Liberty locations. Warranty has been on point when necessary. Just save that receipt. And the prices are far better than the "competition'. Highly recommend if you're willing to do the work. Midway is a good company. Period
I enjoyed my first time experience at a car junk yard. Their website helps immensely. Tells me if if it's worth going or not. Front desk helped and was patient for a first timer. Went in and looked for what I needed. Best part was the savings. Holy cow, worth it. I'm definitely coming here again.
This automotive yard's prices are better than the rest.
Good selection of parts and vehicles.
The yard is very cluttered with random heavy parts.
Makes it hard to get around and major tripping hazards.
Awesome people working here! Hands down the most helpful associates at BOTH KC area locations! Went to both in one day, and had great success for picking parts. Really cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind and helping point me in the right direction for interested vehicles.
