I definitely won’t be going back there again. I went in to buy some oil and asked if they could price match Walmart. The employee looked at me and said, “No, we can’t price match that low.” The thing is, I’ve had them do it many times before, and I even know people who work at O’Reilly who’ve confirmed that they’re supposed to honor those price matches. It just seemed like he was trying to assert some authority because he was behind the counter.

Nichols was very helpful in getting me the right windshield wipers for my car after accidentally buying the wrong ones. He came out to the parking lot with me to attach it himself. Very friendly and helpful!

Ran over a strip of diese tire which mamde the shroud on the front end hang down and drag the road. Stopped in to see if I could grab some tape and if I could put it up on blocks to fix myself until we got home. Employee offered some actual clips and tossed it on himself. Friendly and more than helpful!

My check engine light came on so I stopped in at O'Reilly's they checked the computer and it showed gas cap so I bought a gas cap there and he put it on for me! Wonderful service thank you

Went in for a remanufactured starter for our 01 Mazda B2500 pickup at the O'Reilly on Southwest Blvd. It bolted up correctly, however, it banged loudly on start. O'Reilly Auto Parts was cool enough to do a warranty exchange but the same problem existed. We ended up picking up the warranty starter at the O'Reilly's on 4615 Shawnee in Kansas where the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had took place! Young Timothy gave me the replacement starter, listened to my story, gave me the replacement and called his co-worker Beau at home who promptly came in on his day off to help out. As it turned out Timothy was right. Sometimes remanufactured starters are not an exact match. Sure enough I installed the second starter and had the same problem. Took it back to the store on Southwest Blvd. and William helped us return, then order the brand new starter and it works perfectly. Maybe a little grinding on the flywheel where the first remanufactured starter didn't quite work, but were happy! Thanks William, Timothy and Beau for hanging in there till we got it right!! UPDATE: Mario is the MAN! Helped me find just the right parts! Once again the staff at this store rocks!!

Good store very helpful for staff. I ordered apart from my car. It happened to be the wrong part on my behalf, so they were able to order another part for me in exchange for the part that I got.So i've always preferred o'reilly's over all the other auto part brands.Around the area, they always seem to have the lowest price and best quality parts.Definitely recommend o'reilly's

Terrible service. There are some young people serving. I went to get a filter for my car and asked them if they had it and they told me to look for it. I didn't know where it was, so I asked them one more time and they didn't want to help me find it. I don't know what they do there. It's supposed to provide good customer service. I'm going to change stores to buy my products for my car.

Buick started acting up over the weekend, needed a new battery. Went in Monday to confirm diagnosis and replace. Mario was exceptional. He confirmed diagnosis, replaced the battery and had me on my way in under 10 minutes on a busy Monday. I would definitely come back.

I recently had open heart surgery.i went in the store purchased about a $120 in detail cleaning products when I left to leave my driver's wheel fell off I went in the store and ask if they had a jack I could borrow, the manager immediately said no we don't have any tools to loan you. A nice man stopped ask if I needed help ,he had to run to his shop to grab a socket and returned a few mins later Put my wheel on and was on his way. A employee came outside to empty the trash and I asked if the rent or loan tools out he said yes and I ask if they had a book to show what you could rent he said yes,I already knew this because I've done it multiple times ,I then ask if they had a socket set to rent on that list I said thank you and I was on my way the manager was very rude very unprofessional able as I just had open heart surgery i was on oxygen tank.change management or get sued. Because this unprofessional behavior is going to end up costing O'Reilly's money in the end

I have no knowledge of cars or their parts but I always have all the guidance I need from the experts at O'Reilly's. These experts double as cashiers so it is one person from start to finish. I am totally loyal to O'Reilly's and recommend them for anyone with a car no matter their skill level with auto parts.

Didn't have the sizes of what I needed.. the cashier didn't know anything about the questions i had. It was super annoying I was told to go to advanced auto for what I needed when they should of had it.

Not staffed enough or doesn’t have the equipment to provide the simple, free service they claim to offer of checking the code for a check engine light. One of two locations to give the same excuse. Managers and corporate need to fix this.

This store has terrible customer service. I stopped here on the way home from the hospital because the oil light came on. I was not feeling well and since I was driving my dad's vehicle I could not easily find the dipstick to check the oil. I went in the store to see if someone could offer help. Two of the male employees were laughing and goofing off with each other never coming to check if we needed help as we stood in line at the counter. When I inquired about my problem the girl at the counter advised me to drive home and wait to check the oil so the oil doesn't "blow up in my face". When I told her I needed to check it now because the light is on and I just need some help finding the dipstick she blankly stared at me as I exited the store. I finally found the dipstick myself then drove down the street and bought oil elsewhere. I don't know that much about cars and even I know it is safe to check the dipstick to check oil level.

To be honest I rarely give a 5 star rating. But I do give honest opinion. Sometimes customer service isn't that great. But over all they are good for new and refurbished parts for your vehicle.

Very bad customer service. Nobody in the store wanted to approach me at the counter when I entered the store and needed help. Representative at the counter, Eli, had no recollection of my order I placed the night before. He told me he would be at the store the day after my visit at 9am. I arrived at 5pm and it was nowhere to be found.

Call the store no one answers. Go to the store no employees could be found, so I walk to the back commercial counter, there two employees, I tell the about the part I ordered and I'm looking for. Then the manager shows up being rude asking if he can help me? I tell him what shop I'm with and what part I'm looking for. He finds the part and hands it to me. I say thank you, do you want to make sure someone billed me for this? He said no I have better things to do. Then walks off, I mean I guess thanks for the free part? Or delayed billing? It's just going to cause bigger problems later. The store has already gone to hell. What's the next step down?

I'm impressed and glad to see an all women staff in an auto store. The young woman that helped me, then offered to put on the wiper blades for me was informative and nice. (I said I was not going to forget her name and I did! )

So... Came in and asked the lady at desk (dark hair with lip piercing) if they have a breaker or cheater bar in stock. She laughed and said she'd never heard of them (okay, easy to rectify and learn?). I asked her to look for breaker bar or socket extension bar (on computer that she was standing at), she said no and just smirked at me. I left. I don't know if she was having a bad day or was just judging me and decided to react like that. Incredibly unprofessional. It wasn't close to closing time, there was no one else in line.... Genuinely don't understand.

I’ve always liked this Oreilly. They always seem to know their business. On this trip, assistant manager Joe, cautioned me to take care driving in to get my alternator checked, as the car could die suddenly in traffic. I made it, and he got me checked out and confirmed that I needed a new alternator. He helped me choose which replacement part looked best for my needs. If I’d asked him to help me replace it, I’ll be he wouldn’t have hesitated :)

I placed an online order for my part Thursday. Got a call Friday regarding availability. Showed up Saturday and the counter associate couldn't find my order. He was poorly trained at best and because of his ignorance on how to problem solve, I spent an additional two hours and two trips to the store to eventually retrieve my order, and my time at the store was extremely frustrating trying to just get a part. There was a supervisor of some kind in the office just behind where I was being "helped" who NEVER came out, even after the associate had been back to ask him questions about how to handle my situation. I am beyond disappointed in this store. I am reminded why I trek across town to find trained, helpful employees. Mind you I am not going to go into detail about the other associates socializing and placing calls on hold when they weren't busy with another customer. This store needs some serious help from a regional manager.
