I was in a car wreck and had to have my car towed. Very nice, professional Rodney did a wonderful job. Nice, friendly he even gave me his pen because I said the pen wrote nice. My son took me home got halfway there and I asked him for my house keys my son forgot so he called the person that was there and she was very nice and I believe they were closed and they let me come and get my house key.
Starts when we were stuck on the side of the road after slipping on ice. He helped us tow my truck out and then waited with us after his shift to make sure we weren't sitting outside in the snow and cold while we waited for the train to take us back home. Best tow truck experience ever

I was quoted a set price and needed towed .2 miles literally 2 blocks. When I got the bill it had an extra $40 tacked onto it. Seems misleading and shady business practices. Insane you charged me $180 to tow a vehicle literally 2 blocks. I won't be using your service or recommending it. .the truck driver was very nice tho. No issues with him. Just the way I was completely financially taken advantage of.
Exorbitant prices designed to seize your vehicle for auction, every one i know who has had the misfortune of getting a vehicle towed to this lot has nearly lost their vehicle. All City Tows is hands-down one of the most unprofessional and hostile businesses I’ve ever dealt with. We were in the middle of processing ownership of the vehicle—doing exactly what we were supposed to do—when staff rudely kicked us out instead of helping or even explaining the process.
The attitude was disgusting. No patience, no respect, no customer service whatsoever. They act like every person who walks in is a problem instead of a customer. If you ask a question, you’re treated like you’re wasting their time.
This company clearly hides behind the fact that people don’t have a choice once their car is towed. They abuse that power and treat people like trash because they know you’re stuck dealing with them.
If you value basic human decency, clear communication, or professionalism, avoid All City Tows at all costs. Being towed is already stressful—this place makes it intentionally worse.
Releaved and happy! Locked myself out of my loaner truck, and my company called All City. They came out quickly (35 minutes) and popped my lock in 1min. 45 seconds! Nice couple, great job!

Aaron P. was an angel in disguise. My son was on the phone with his insurance company requesting assistance when Aaron showed up. He went above an beyond customer service. Wow!! What an amazing service at midnight in the middle of a snow storm. Aimee was fast in answering the call and sent Robert right away to get our truck from the middle of a customers lot. We are so thankful for our friends at All City Tow with their sincere and professional service!
David got to the break down location in a timely manner. Communication on his arrival time was excellent. David did an excellent and efficient job on getting my vehicle both on and off the truck.

All City has been amazing to work with, they have been hauling our heavy equipment for a year now. Mark Boos has always handled all my heavy haul transport needs promptly and professionally. Mark has been a life saver more than a handful of times. Nick and Wes the drivers that usually move the equipment are top notch. They're the company to call if you need any thing from a car to bulldozer moved.
Braiden went above and beyond helping get my car towed. He was very responsive, wrote me up a new receipt for my insurance, tightened my battery terminals, and even gave a detailed diagnostic on the car. Excellent service and decent price
Shut this place down. All City Tow was not only an accomplice in the theft of my truck, but the tow truck driver himself loaded my truck onto the back of a semi truck who's LLC is based out of Texas. The truck had been reported stolen and they're legally obligated to report stolen vehicles. I have full video surveillance of the exchange taking place around 4am at a quick fuel station. The police were slow in the matter and the truck was never recovered. They are criminals.
My car broke down in the intersection of 13th and Oak in KCMO. I had worked with All Tow before, so I knew exactly what to do. In less than 30 minutes, we were on our way to the car shop. Had a fun pre-Holiday talk with the driver too... The service was great and the cost was not excessive.
I was very pleased with this company. They were very prompt and extremely helpful. In fact, I was so impressed with the customer service that I used them again the very next day to have my car towed to the shop. Great company thanks guys!

Two tires were destroyed by a nasty pothole. Called All City Tow Service and they were reasonably priced. Quick response and got me to the tire shop safely. At first I thought it was just one tire, but the driver noticed another tire was damaged beyond repair. Good job!
The driver was there in fifteen minute from calling, and he was very accommodating, letting my dog stay in the while he pulled it out of the ice and snow. My experience was certainly a improvement over the sliding off the icy interstate highway.

My experience with All city tow didn’t start off on the best note—while towing another vehicle, a window unexpectedly flew off and struck my windshield, causing damage. Naturally, I was frustrated, but when I went to their office, I was met with a professional and helpful team that immediately took responsibility and offered to make things right. They handled the situation quickly and with care, replacing my windshield the very next day at no cost to me. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the process.
