At All City Tow Service we offer a wide variety of services. From Towing to jump starts, lock outs and tire changes. We are capable of handling light to super heavy duty towing and recovery.
All City Tow Service is a 3rd generation family owned tow company with 4 locations in Kansas and Missouri. We have over a 30 truck fleet. Our trucks consist of light duty flatbeds and wreckers, a 16 ton heavy wrecker, a 25 ton heavy wrecker, two 30 ton heavy wreckers as well as three 65 ton sliding rotating crane wreckers. We also have a skid steer, Landoll services and air cushion recovery bags. We service the whole Kansas City metropolitan, St. Joseph, and Odessa areas.

My experience with All city tow didn’t start off on the best note—while towing another vehicle, a window unexpectedly flew off and struck my windshield, causing damage. Naturally, I was frustrated, but when I went to their office, I was met with a professional and helpful team that immediately took responsibility and offered to make things right.
They handled the situation quickly and with care, replacing my windshield the very next day at no cost to me. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the process. I hired All City Tow Service to load a wrecked quad-axle dump truck onto my trailer at MHC Kenworth. Tim showed up on time (or a little early) in a big blue W990 tow truck and did a fantastic job from start to finish! He was very helpful and even open to suggestions on how to get this loaded quickly. Everything went smooth and he was even less than half the cost of Jackson County Towing! Coming up on my dads death anniversary I’m reminded of they released my dads car to someone pretending to be me, without proper verification (I pulled up with title , insurance, and police report) and the. Tried to treat me like I was crazy for being shocked. smh , shameful.

RUN RUN RUN! These folks in downtown KC are RIP OFF ARTISTS who charge for services NOT NECESSARY- they were MORE than the towing and $35 storage fee. Huh? My vehicle was towed after 1am and picked up by 1 that SAME AFTERNOON. So why were there Storage Fees? So they could deface my vehicle and make me wait at there gate for half an hour AFTER EVERYTHING was paid. The Supervisor in the office who was supposed to help me was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and had no intentions of helping anyone that day! Miserable woman who needs a different job!

Great service from the semi-tow truck driver and was very reassuring and Profesional.
He explained all the procedures for towing, like removing the driveshaft to protect the Allison transmission before towing our Monaco Diplomat 40pdq, 40,000 lbs motorhome safely to be repaired at Cummins, on Kearny Street, Springfield, Missouri.
This company is full of angels. They were able to come through when nobody else would even going the extra mile. They have friendly and efficient team members and are very kind and knowledgeable. They where the absolute KINDEST people through out this whole thing and I called over a dozen tow company’s! I would definitely recommend any services coming through them! I couldn’t thank them enough for all there efforts through such a horrific time.
Needed a tow for my hotshot truck (1ton truck dodge) and gooseneck trailer loaded, tow truck driver showed up in a semi truck and not rollback, driver seemed like he should've been dispatched an it needed rollback, which they knew I had drive tran issues...after hour of trying get my drive shaft out and calling for help his boss/owner decided to tow my truck in neutral and it running, driver on Speakerphone asked the owner if it was gonna be ok to tow like this an he OK IT 100%...After 8-9 miles in our 10 mile trip the driver noticed the Rear-end was smoking and had to pull over, worried to go on he called his boss again, it was clearly messed up by this point...got it to hotel and got no remorse or anything from company or owner, driver agreed again he should've been towing it an needed a rollback...After getting truck back to my mechanic shop, found out it broke axle only, nothing wrong with rest of rear-end...they ruined my whole rear-end over bad judgment and take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY

My car got stolen and KCPD had it towed. Horrible experience. I was out of town when I got the call. In the worst possible of circumstances this tow company was absolutely amazing. Helped me come up with a plan to get it back. Inspected it so I knew what to expect and were just nice in general. They didn’t damage my vehicle at all and were kind, helpful and went the extra mile. In a really bad circumstance they managed to make things easier and better. They even moved it to a place I could easily grab it on my trailer. Thank you!!!
Driver Damaged my driveway. When spoke with the manager Chris. Chris set appointment with me saying he was going to come out and inspect the driveway but never showed up to inspect my driveway since then Chris been ignoring my calls and has never contacted me back even with multiple messages left with the person answering the phone at the office.
All City towed my car after it was totaled in an accident.

Hopefully I won’t need a tow anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

This company was and is the best it can be , not only were they honestly humble they were pretty sound on the over turned truck I was driving. Set the ol girl back on her tires as easy as I have ever seen . I'm so grateful first off that no one was seriously injured but I'm also blessed that steve and the rest of the crew was available to help a horrible situation out. I would recommend All City Tow if you need anything tow related this company is honestly the best I have seen and I'm grateful for their help.
